Sent out unedibale eggplant parts. No pizzas available. Spaghetti cold with no sauce. Manager hide in the back. Will never eat here again! When we said we would pay for the bad meals they called the police because we said we aren't paying for the bad food. Kristen refused to help and was rude. Usually when a restaurant has too many options the quality suffers, but we ordered onion rings as an appetizer that were super tasty and fresh. I got the shrimp platter and it was huge and awesome. He got a big meat lovers personal pizza and it was delicious and the crust was so good. 10/10 and the service was amazing. read more

Went here to eat with a party of 10. Waited almost 2 hours to get food. Food came out 2 at the time so several were almost done by the time the last ones received their food. They said it was bc the kitchen was backed up but there were only 2 other tables occupied. Food was mediocre. Waitress struggled to get the tickets correct. We will not be back. Good batter and juicy but other than that this was a sub par meal. I had blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken wasn't actually blackened but only had some seasoning sprinkled on top. The chicken was rubbery and tasted previously frozen. The Alfredo was bland and didn't taste any better than a powdered packet you can buy at the store. On top of the poor food was poor service and an unclean restaurant. The table was sticky with a coat of grime that made me think it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The pepper shaker was rusty and gross. I have seen cleaner restrooms at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a favor and just go to Applebee's or Olive Garden. Friendly & relaxed service. My pasta dish was very good in general but the chicken was a little dry. My GF had chicken fajitas and she liked them - she said they were above average and both of our meals had large portions. I've never reviewed a restaurant before (I use Yelp to find places to eat when I travel for work). This shithole is so bad I had to leave a review. The waiter straight up quit in the middle of his shift this place sucks so bad. The bathroom is a disaster. The waiters/waitresses sat at the bar and barely did anything and we're just loudly talking. We waited to be sat after a waitress saw us standing there and then was rude as shit we even came there like wtf. The food was shit. How do you ruin a Delmonico? Come here to find out. The sour cream was bad that came on my potato. This place also smells like a fryer that was used vigorously for years without anyone changing the oil and then left out in the rain during a South GA summer. Stay away. read more

To get straight to the point. Save your money, keep driving. First impression - WOW this place is huge, why is it empty? Buffet style. The salad bar consited of lettuce, cheese and bacon bits - wait let me be honest they also had onions. The deserts, to quote my four year old 'all taste the same'. I would give this business a 3 star because the Server was very nice and was on point very attempted. The eggplant parmesan was not good the noodles was a little hard and eggplant with soggy .I ordered a Delmonico steak and the steak was mostly fat And was not cooked the way that I wanted it .The pumpernickel bread That we got with the honey butter was delicious. The appetizer that we ordered was mozzarella cheese sticks jalapeno poppers and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms was soggy But the mozzarella cheese sticks and the jalapeno poppers was good. The food is usually good but........ If you sit at the bar you'll find out and see small bugs and roaches crawling while you sit and wait forever to get a drink or have someone take your order because management doesn't seem to exist or could care less. Hell, honestly I believe it's intentional because rumor has it that they are selling soon and don't give a shit if they run it in the ground! Also the waitresses are either outside smoking, on their phones or finding something to do other than their job. Another thing is when you get your check receipt make sure you have cash because if you use a card they tack on a convenience fee! And when you pay cash say your bill is maybe $15 and for instance you pay with a $50 bill, the waitresses go ahead and ask you if you need change back trying to get a bigger tip than they deserve and act pissy when you say yes because they then have to take time and go figure up how much change to give back so you better count it before you leave any tip at all because most of them don't take care of customers enough to earn a tip. It's sad that the management has gone to hell and don't care because that could be a booming place with real management and better staff! read more

Great salad. I was so looking forward to a Great pizza, BUT.....why do restaurants think they can precook anything and pass it off as fresh??? True, the ingredients on the pizza are fresh, no doubt. The pizza was a precooked pepparoni pizza with added toppings and heated, not very appealing to those looking for a freshly made pizza. read more

This place was pretty good. The place is large. The staff is friendly. My uncle wanted a smaller salad than the normal size salads and our waitress got a side salad for him (which normally only comes with a meal). This is the best place to eat in Waycross. The prices are great and the portions are HUGE. The staff is always friendly and fast. Servers are typically upbeat. The manager (I think she is the manager) always asks how our meal was. She's done this every time we've been there. That's a great finishing touch to an already great meal read more

I called ahead with a large group of 20, and asked for 2 servers. Amanda said" It's me and 2 new girls and I'm sorry I can't pull someone away from their area, I've been here a long time, and I can take care of ya'll" we get there everythings going great, drinks are great. A few in the group order aps and there meal (smart) by now we have been here 45 min to an hour, and we order food. Another hour later still no food. Most of our group have boxed up their meals and are ready to go. One in the group finally went to the back and asked for her check due to no food. By now our server Amanda is in the back she never came back out too overwhelmed I guess. Finally a lady came out, and said we have 2 cooks and they are trying to fix food for ya'll and the people out front. There were 3 other tables besides us when we first arrived, and five when we left. My husband never got his order, mine was wrong, and 2 others were cold. We finally just asked for the check , and they did take out food off, that was nice of them. A few of us were there a while back and it was a little slow then, but nothing like this hot mess.
