Finally, the wait is over. I have been wanting to try this place for such a long time and got the chance to do so yesterday. I was starving and asked my son to bring some food home. He was at the Marshall's next door and it worked out perfectly. He walked in around 5pm and was helped by Jennifer and Michelle. He said they were both fast, efficient, and friendly. The place was clean and had a line of 5 people, but they were all to-go orders so there were plenty of open tables. There's also a patio outside if you choose to dine there. Didn't use the bathroom. I ordered the Steak + Feta Pita which came with grilled steak, Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus, pickled onions, feta, pickles, romaine, garlic dressing, and Greek vinaigrette. I substituted regular cucumbers for the pickles. The sandwich was pretty heavy and a bit overwhelming to me. I also feel like the steak wasn't cooked too well. I also ordered the Chicken and Rice bowl, which came with grilled chicken, hummus, tzatziki, pickled onions, tomato + onion, cucumber, feta, arugula, brown rice, and Greek vinaigrette. I also added some corn and Kalamata olives on top. The bowl was very delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it, way more than the pita wrap. It really hit the spot and was very filling. Appropriate portion for the price. All the ingredients were very fresh and good quality. My son got the same bowl as me and he had the same feelings about it as well. Unfortunately, I am enchanted by how tasty the food is here and with it possible I'm coming here three times IN ONE WEEK. I had to write my review. Sonya was super friendly taking my order and while I admittedly feel my iq drop about 20 points when I start getting hungry, sonya was really nice about making sure I got exactly what I ordered. The DRINKS are so tasty as well, and if it was possible to have an IV drip of the blueberry lavender drink, I might never leave. The greek chicken pita is my go, and it's packed full of tasty bits of chicken and hearty to fill my gut. I'm not sponsered, I promise! I just really like the food! Cheers! read more

Service was fast, professional, helpful & very friendly...I wish I snapped a photo but everything was so fresh & mouth-wateringly tasty that I forgot (until it was too late)! They're like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle - you pick what you want as your base, then protein (they have Lamb, fyi), sauces, and all the different toppings (unlimited). I love this CAVA location. I went with my family and we had a great experience. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I've rarely seen such a positive, smiling, and polite team. My daughter also had a chance to speak with the manager, who was kind, helpful, and very professional. That really stood out to us. They even gave a little treat to our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's become one of our favorite neighborhood spots. Highly recommend. read more

Cava has been one of my favorite occasional treats for a few years now. Since we don't name one close to us, I usually go when I'm in the same area as one. This cava experience made me second guess if I really like the restaurant. Everything went as to be expected, but my bowl just wasn't good. I got a bowl with mixed greens and chicken. The mixed greens were so hard and chunky. It was as though it wasn't chipped up enough. The chicken was grisly and fatty. Half of the pieces had to be taken out. My husband was content with his steak bowl however. Oh and the pita chips were solid. They weren't freshly made like I've had in the past. But they weren't stale either. This is a busy shopping center with plenty of food options. I could see parking getting busy. But there is additional parking behind the back. read more

Me and my co worker decided to order lunch from here; I agreed because of how tasty the menu appeared and their promo on "healthy" We opted to pick up the order due to cost effective reasons and we weren't too far from this location. Arrived by 12:15pm, went inside and noticed it was kept clean, it was not loud or crowded and our order was ready. They also have 10 minute parking spots for pick up only so we were lucky to find a parking spot, however, the parking lot can get a tad bit busy during peek hours. I ordered the steak with rice (chicken with rice) decided to change the protein, greens and rice but kept everything else the same: basmati rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula, Greek vinaigrette, and more. I also order the half pita bread. The bowl was satisfying, I felt satiated and not stuffed or drowsy. Super healthy, fresh ingredients and packed with lots of flavor. I was impressed and I give this bowl a 5/5. Would definitely be back if I'm around the area or I'm looking for a light, fresh meal. Thanks again! read more

So I'm finally leaving a review for this Cava, because I've been here only twice, but both times left me feeling like why do I got to deal with horrible customer service. Nothing to do about the quality of the food or prices. It's mainly the employees!!! They are rude, unhelpful and not friendly. Like I said, I only been there twice and they act you're supposed to know exactly how the whole process works. I can't even ask a question without them having an attitude!! Very impatient, makes you feel stressed and rushed, and I end up with something I didn't really want or forgot something. Not everybody has been there 100 times so please do better with your workers. I ordered CAVA for the first time the other day and, while I can't speak to the staff or ambience since I ordered online, I can definitely speak on the food--they've gained a customer. The steak was well seasoned, the rice was nice and fluffy, and all the toppings were fresh. Everything mixed together really well, making for a very satisfying bowl. Next time, I'll be ordering the grains bowl for the extra rice. I loved all the sauces--the tzatziki is amazing, the lemon herb sauce was delicious, and the yogurt dill really ties the whole bowl together. If you like spice, the hot harissa is a must; my family absolutely loves it. Great flavors, great quality--looking forward to ordering again. Today, on 11/14/24, I finally got to experience it as they hosted a special Studio Village Community Day, which was not only delicious but meaningful. Cava went above and beyond by matching donations up to $1,000 to benefit FoodCycle LA, a fantastic cause supporting food recovery and redistribution to combat food insecurity. It's inspiring to see a restaurant so committed to both good food and uplifting their community. They offered options to join in for lunch or dinner, and I was thrilled to be the first person in line for lunch! I crafted my go-to Greens and Grains Bowl with all my favorite ingredients: -Arugula -Black Lentils -Tzatziki -Red Pepper Hummus -Harissa Honey Chicken -Fire-Roasted Corn -Avocado -Tomato and Cucumber Mix -Kalamata Olives -Pita Crisps -Sides of Lemon Herb Tahini & Balsamic Date Vinaigrette -Side Pita Creating my bowl was so fun (and tasty!), and the variety of fresh ingredients really hit the spot. I love that I now have a Cava close to home and work - I'll definitely be back to try something new! The bowls are large, but they aren't filled anywhere near halfway, which already feels like poor value. On top of that, being charged extra for something as basic as rice is frustrating. If I'm paying more for a base item, the least I'd expect is for the food to be hot but everything was lukewarm at best. The heat lamps clearly aren't doing their job. It's also surprising that dips like hummus come at an additional cost, especially when there are plenty of unlimited toppings like vegetables. It would make more sense if something like hummus could be substituted in place of another topping rather than treated as a full add on. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude didn't help the experience. They also ask if you want your complimentary piece of pita...of course I do. It's the only thing I get for free. Maybe allow an extra dip in place of the pita if people decline it. That's a thought. Overall, between the portion sizes, extra charges, and lack of warmth in both the food and the service, it didn't feel like a great value. read more

I absolutely love Mediterranean food, and the fact that I can get it in a "fast food" type of setting is absolutely phenomenal! My go to is the Greek salad with a bunch of additions, (e.g. red onions, feta, Kalamata olives, just to name a few ) and those RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS PITA CHIPS, (please, I IMPLORE YOU to try the pita chips, if you have yet to) that elevate your meal. The service is always given with a smile, and even though they can get pretty busy, they never seem to be too rattled, which is good because you want whomever is making your food to come off with some sort of confidence, like they actually know what they're doing ‍ and not just working at some food joint. When you first walk into any CAVA location, you immediately notice that it is pretty bright inside, with the colors of the walls tables and even uniforms complementing each other very well. It's become a pattern that every time I visit Cava, the experience gets worse and the portions get smaller. Today was enough to make me write a review. We walked in around 5 PM on Saturday 07/19/25 to grab dinner. We're still relatively new to Mediterranean food but have grown to love it and this Cava location just opened up, so I tend to take a few extra seconds when ordering. Despite this, the man serving us was extremely impatient. He kept tapping his tongs and repeatedly asked, "What else? What else?" while we were making our selections, rushing us to the point that I actually chose not to order my own bowl just to avoid the stress. When it came time to add sauce, we asked for the garlic dressing which they were running low on. They initially offered a very small amount and seemed ready to move on, but I politely asked if we could have more and said I didn't mind waiting. This seemed to annoy the woman helping me. She rolled her eyes, threw her hands up, and mumbled "Fine, but..." before walking away. I didn't catch the rest of what she said. At checkout, I tried to add my rewards by giving my phone number. The cashier repeated it back incorrectly, then brushed me off with, "I'll just give you your receipt." I asked politely if we could try again, and he repeated, "Let me give you your receipt," clearly not willing to try. After paying, I said thank you and he ignored me. Then, as we were leaving, we realized they had forgotten our pita bread. I went back to ask for it, and again, not a word. He just handed it to me silently and walked off, even after I said thank you again. We did not come in with an attitude or any intention to make the employees' jobs harder. We enjoy the food and have grown to appreciate the Cava brand, but this experience was incredibly off-putting. They appeared understaffed and running low on food, but it's not the first time we've felt rushed or spoken to condescendingly here, but it was definitely the worst. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the food is great but no meal is worth feeling unwelcome. read more

Had the privilege of dining here last weekend and the staff were all super friendly. Given that they had just opened, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They did a great job of guiding me through the ordering process and ensuring I got some pita and extra sauces to try. I really love the falafel and hummuses as well as their hand crafted drinks. The seating was pretty ample and there were both inside and outside seating. The only downside is that none of the tables were really being wiped down and I found myself having to eat a dirty table. I really wanted to love this place so I popped in and got the steak & harissa bowl. All the flavors are very well paired and balanced, but more than half of the steak was fat and inedible *sigh*!!! She was moving with purpose, keeping the line flowing, helping her team, and still found time to be warm and welcoming to every guest. It's rare to see someone working that hard and still bringing good vibes. Brook'Lynn was clearly the heartbeat of the place that day, and honestly, if Cava gives out "Employee of the Month," she should already have the title. However, the customer service at this particular branch could use some improvement. On multiple visits, I've noticed that several team members seem unhappy or disengaged, which affects the overall experience.
