Daughter was craving CAVA, thank God there was one on the way home. They're like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle - you pick what you want as your base, then protein (they have Lamb, fyi), sauces, and all the different toppings (unlimited). Healthy, fresh, and soooo good. Prices are decent for what you get and great portions! Staff super friendly- 8 out of 10 for me!

I love this CAVA location. I went with my family and we had a great experience. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I've rarely seen such a positive, smiling, and polite team. My daughter also had a chance to speak with the manager, who was kind, helpful, and very professional. That really stood out to us. They even gave a little treat to our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's become one of our favorite neighborhood spots. Highly recommend.

Cava has been one of my favorite occasional treats for a few years now. Since we don't name one close to us, I usually go when I'm in the same area as one. This cava experience made me second guess if I really like the restaurant. Everything went as to be expected, but my bowl just wasn't good. I got a bowl with mixed greens and chicken. The mixed greens were so hard and chunky. It was as though it wasn't chipped up enough. The chicken was grisly and fatty. Half of the pieces had to be taken out. My husband was content with his steak bowl however. Oh and the pita chips were solid. They weren't freshly made like I've had in the past. But they weren't stale either. This is a busy shopping center with plenty of food options. I could see parking getting busy. But there is additional parking behind the back.

Me and my co worker decided to order lunch from here; I agreed because of how tasty the menu appeared and their promo on "healthy" We opted to pick up the order due to cost effective reasons and we weren't too far from this location. Arrived by 12:15pm, went inside and noticed it was kept clean, it was not loud or crowded and our order was ready. They also have 10 minute parking spots for pick up only so we were lucky to find a parking spot, however, the parking lot can get a tad bit busy during peek hours. I ordered the steak with rice (chicken with rice) decided to change the protein, greens and rice but kept everything else the same: basmati rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula, Greek vinaigrette, and more. I also order the half pita bread. The bowl was satisfying, I felt satiated and not stuffed or drowsy. Super healthy, fresh ingredients and packed with lots of flavor. I was impressed and I give this bowl a 5/5. Would definitely be back if I'm around the area or I'm looking for a light, fresh meal. Thanks again!

First time visiting this cava location. I went on a weekend afternoon. The wait was minimal and reasonable. The ingredients felt fresh and the staff was super helpful with building my bowl. The restroom was decently clean. Napkins and utensils are available. I'll be back again!

I've always loved Cava for its fresh, customizable Mediterranean options, so when I saw a new location opening up in Studio City, I couldn't wait! Today, on 11/14/24, I finally got to experience it as they hosted a special Studio Village Community Day, which was not only delicious but meaningful. Cava went above and beyond by matching donations up to $1,000 to benefit FoodCycle LA, a fantastic cause supporting food recovery and redistribution to combat food insecurity. It's inspiring to see a restaurant so committed to both good food and uplifting their community. They offered options to join in for lunch or dinner, and I was thrilled to be the first person in line for lunch! I crafted my go-to Greens and Grains Bowl with all my favorite ingredients: -Arugula -Black Lentils -Tzatziki -Red Pepper Hummus -Harissa Honey Chicken -Fire-Roasted Corn -Avocado -Tomato and Cucumber Mix -Kalamata Olives -Pita Crisps -Sides of Lemon Herb Tahini & Balsamic Date Vinaigrette -Side Pita Creating my bowl was so fun (and tasty!), and the variety of fresh ingredients really hit the spot. I love that I now have a Cava close to home and work - I'll definitely be back to try something new! A huge thank you to the Cava team for bringing their amazing food and community spirit to Studio City! *Parking is super easy as they are in a large lot with a bunch of new places coming soon.

My fiancé finally gave it a try through Uber Eats, and after my first bite of their Chicken Shawarma Half Pita Sandwich, I completely understood the hype. And when you see a Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal on a sandwich this good... how can you pass it up? The half pita is filled with chicken shawarma, tomato, onion, parsley, tahini, and amba sauce, all tucked into freshly baked pita. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced, and the portion is surprisingly filling for a quick meal. I love Mediterranean food, and this has become one of those easy go-to options where I already know I'm going to be happy with what I order. We've gotten the Chicken Shawarma Half Pita several times now, and the consistency is what really keeps me coming back. It's just as tasty every time, which is a big deal when you're ordering delivery. The flavors are bright and fresh without feeling heavy, and for me it's the perfect combination of delicious and still feeling like a pretty healthy choice when I need something quick. We also tried the fries once, and I have to agree with the other Yelpers--they absolutely live up to the hype. I'm definitely looking forward to branching out and trying more of the menu, especially since Avi Cue specializes in artisanal Wagyu shawarma and clearly takes the quality of their ingredients seriously. And then there was last night's order, which honestly deserves its own mention. At 9:59 p.m., I suddenly realized I hadn't eaten dinner yet. I checked Google and it actually showed Avi Cue as closing at 10:00 p.m., but Uber Eats was still allowing me to place an order. I figured there was a pretty good chance it might be canceled, especially that late at night, and honestly, I completely understand when restaurants aren't able to take those last-minute orders. But Avi Cue accepted it, a driver picked it up within minutes, and my food arrived quickly--still just as fresh and delicious as it has been during the dinner rush. I was genuinely surprised and so appreciative. That was the icing on the cake for me! LA has no shortage of places to grab a quick bite, but Avi Cue has become one of my favorites. Fresh, flavorful, filling, consistent, and easy to count on when I need a great meal without making a whole production out of dinner. For now, that Chicken Shawarma Half Pita has my heart. But I'm definitely ready to start working my way through the rest of the menu!

I got the aforementioned wagyu shawarma, full size, because you go big or go home! Actually, I did both since I took it to go. It didn't take too long to make my pita and it was securely wrapped and placed in a nice paper bag for the ride back. I loved all the components of the meal, from the soft pillowy pita, oh so tender wagyu shawarma, fresh veggies and 2 types of sauce. The sauce is quite potent so a little goes a long way. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant has a contemporary feel with warm toned wood, as well as blue and white accents. The price for the full wagyu pita is $25 and the half pita is $15.

Located on the corner of Ventura and Colfax, Amir's has fantastic meat on a spit and Israeli salads. I love their carrot salad, their smoked eggplant, and their tomato and cucumber salad. Meats are well seasoned, juicy, and the portions are generous. Their falafel balls are well seasoned, and their hummus has a texture that I really enjoy -- it's got a tiny bit of grit to it instead of being perfectly smooth. I lived in Israel when I was in college, and I find their food to be very authentic to what I used to eat on Ben Yehuda Street. The parking lot can get a little crowded, but it's free parking, which is a plus. Service is friendly and pretty quick! There are so many great falafel and Shawarma places in the valley...but my heart belongs to Amir's.

The shawarma plate also comes with a delicious lentil soup that perfectly starts the meal. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The service has always been friendly, and one of my favorite things about this restaurant is the people it brings together. During a weekday lunch, you'll hear English, Arabic, Armenian, and Hebrew all being spoken in the same dining room. It's a reminder that good food has a way of bringing people from all walks of life together. I wish the world mirrored this environment. The only thing I miss is the original décor. Before the remodel, the walls were decorated with beautiful photographs of Lebanon that gave the restaurant so much character. The updated space is clean, but it feels a little plain in comparison. If you're visiting on a weekend, expect a wait because this place is popular. Be sure to save room for the homemade baklava. I also appreciate that they're one of the few restaurants in Los Angeles that serves Coke Zero. This is one of those places I keep coming back to, and for good reason.

I selected rice as one side, then paid an additional $4.50 to upgrade my second side to grilled vegetables. When my order arrived, there was no rice--only the vegetables. I called the restaurant, assuming it was a simple mistake. Instead, I was told that ordering grilled vegetables automatically replaces the rice because it's considered a "double side." That makes absolutely no sense. I paid extra for the vegetables, yet somehow ended up with less food, not more. The worst part is that this policy is nowhere on the menu or website. If ordering grilled vegetables means you forfeit your rice, that should be clearly disclosed before customers pay extra--not explained only after the food arrives. So here I am, standing in my kitchen making my own rice because something needs to accompany these dry ass kababs. There are far too many honest, customer-friendly Middle Eastern restaurants in the area to waste your money on a place that charges you more while giving you less. I don't care how long they've managed to survive on these sneaky ways- I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
