Daughter was craving CAVA, thank God there was one on the way home. They're like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle - you pick what you want as your base, then protein (they have Lamb, fyi), sauces, and all the different toppings (unlimited). Healthy, fresh, and soooo good. Prices are decent for what you get and great portions! Staff super friendly- 8 out of 10 for me!

Cava has been one of my favorite occasional treats for a few years now. Since we don't name one close to us, I usually go when I'm in the same area as one. This cava experience made me second guess if I really like the restaurant. Everything went as to be expected, but my bowl just wasn't good. I got a bowl with mixed greens and chicken. The mixed greens were so hard and chunky. It was as though it wasn't chipped up enough. The chicken was grisly and fatty. Half of the pieces had to be taken out. My husband was content with his steak bowl however. Oh and the pita chips were solid. They weren't freshly made like I've had in the past. But they weren't stale either. This is a busy shopping center with plenty of food options. I could see parking getting busy. But there is additional parking behind the back.

Me and my co worker decided to order lunch from here; I agreed because of how tasty the menu appeared and their promo on "healthy" We opted to pick up the order due to cost effective reasons and we weren't too far from this location. Arrived by 12:15pm, went inside and noticed it was kept clean, it was not loud or crowded and our order was ready. They also have 10 minute parking spots for pick up only so we were lucky to find a parking spot, however, the parking lot can get a tad bit busy during peek hours. I ordered the steak with rice (chicken with rice) decided to change the protein, greens and rice but kept everything else the same: basmati rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula, Greek vinaigrette, and more. I also order the half pita bread. The bowl was satisfying, I felt satiated and not stuffed or drowsy. Super healthy, fresh ingredients and packed with lots of flavor. I was impressed and I give this bowl a 5/5. Would definitely be back if I'm around the area or I'm looking for a light, fresh meal. Thanks again!

The bowls are large, but they aren't filled anywhere near halfway, which already feels like poor value. On top of that, being charged extra for something as basic as rice is frustrating. If I'm paying more for a base item, the least I'd expect is for the food to be hot but everything was lukewarm at best. The heat lamps clearly aren't doing their job. It's also surprising that dips like hummus come at an additional cost, especially when there are plenty of unlimited toppings like vegetables. It would make more sense if something like hummus could be substituted in place of another topping rather than treated as a full add on. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude didn't help the experience. They also ask if you want your complimentary piece of pita...of course I do. It's the only thing I get for free. Maybe allow an extra dip in place of the pita if people decline it. That's a thought. Overall, between the portion sizes, extra charges, and lack of warmth in both the food and the service, it didn't feel like a great value.

First time visiting this cava location. I went on a weekend afternoon. The wait was minimal and reasonable. The ingredients felt fresh and the staff was super helpful with building my bowl. The restroom was decently clean. Napkins and utensils are available. I'll be back again!

I've always loved Cava for its fresh, customizable Mediterranean options, so when I saw a new location opening up in Studio City, I couldn't wait! Today, on 11/14/24, I finally got to experience it as they hosted a special Studio Village Community Day, which was not only delicious but meaningful. Cava went above and beyond by matching donations up to $1,000 to benefit FoodCycle LA, a fantastic cause supporting food recovery and redistribution to combat food insecurity. It's inspiring to see a restaurant so committed to both good food and uplifting their community. They offered options to join in for lunch or dinner, and I was thrilled to be the first person in line for lunch! I crafted my go-to Greens and Grains Bowl with all my favorite ingredients: -Arugula -Black Lentils -Tzatziki -Red Pepper Hummus -Harissa Honey Chicken -Fire-Roasted Corn -Avocado -Tomato and Cucumber Mix -Kalamata Olives -Pita Crisps -Sides of Lemon Herb Tahini & Balsamic Date Vinaigrette -Side Pita Creating my bowl was so fun (and tasty!), and the variety of fresh ingredients really hit the spot. I love that I now have a Cava close to home and work - I'll definitely be back to try something new! A huge thank you to the Cava team for bringing their amazing food and community spirit to Studio City! *Parking is super easy as they are in a large lot with a bunch of new places coming soon.

Food was amazing and fresh! The service is great and welcoming, Naima has great customer service! The place itself is clean and stocked up!

I like the food here and the place is pretty clean. My only complaint is the inconsistency with the portions of food they give you. Each time has been different for us. Recently, my husband and I got our food prepped by 2 different people. The left was my bowl and the right was my husbands. It's a little disappointing.

Had the privilege of dining here last weekend and the staff were all super friendly. Given that they had just opened, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They did a great job of guiding me through the ordering process and ensuring I got some pita and extra sauces to try. I really love the falafel and hummuses as well as their hand crafted drinks. The seating was pretty ample and there were both inside and outside seating. The only downside is that none of the tables were really being wiped down and I found myself having to eat a dirty table. It's definitely a cozy spot and smaller than other Cavas I've been to.

I am recovering from a leg injury, and really wanted the great kale quinoa salad. Since walking is quite difficult at the moment, I decided to place a delivery order. It took a while, but the salad was finally delivered, but when I opened the package I was surprised by the look of the salad. It seemed to have a topping of bread crumbs, but upon inspection I saw that it was a small little dump of quinoa. Hmmm, usually there are lovely shavings of Parmesan, but nope. There was a smidge of Parmesan, not the usual amount. But the real failure was the missing sunflower seeds! Whaaaat???!!! I paid $27 for a bunch of kale and lettuce with a couple tbs of quinoa and a few Parmesan shavings?! I called just to see how they would handle the situation. First I was hung up on, before speaking. Then I was put through to catering though I pushed #6, the general number choice. I was then transferred to someone else (not sure which dept) and I explained about the missing sunflower seeds. After checking with the kitchen he confirmed that yep, they ran out of sunflower seeds. He said I could get $.50 refund, and he would transfer me to another number. The phone rang for several minutes but no one picked up. My painkiller turned me into a total "Karen", because I expected so much more from a favorite place. Oh, well, there are other places. Though that kale quinoa salad is really good when it works. Just don't trust their delivery.

Near Barham and on the way to Hollywood. They have a few metered parking spots out front, but I went in and asked if they had their own parking and Mehdi told me they had a couple of spots in the alley behind the building, so that's where we parked. It's a cute place, not too fancy. They refer to it as a Boutique Pastry Shop. There are some snacks/knick knacks available for purchase, along with a refrigerator of drinks towards the back. The left side of the space is the coffee bar and the right side has the pastry cases and food menus. This is where we placed our order with Mehdi, who was pleasant, nice and knowledgeable about the menu and all the pastry items. I was talking to another employee, Gabriel, and asking him questions about the omelettes. He talked me through a few different options and he was also pleasant and kind. I decided on the Veggie Omelette (add mozzarella +$2, and side baguette +$1) with a Decaf Latte (+$0.75 for Oat Milk). My son ordered the Chicken Caprese Panini, which came with Pesto and Mozzarella Cheese. ($17). We also wanted to sample some pastries and we got 1 Nutella Beignet ($5.50), 1 Caribbean & 1 Red Carpet ($8 each), 1 Pear/Almond Tart and 1 Raspberry Tart ($6.50 each). Our total for everything including tip was $91.59, and I'm still kind of in shock over it! This place was SO EXPENSIVE!! Mehdi plated our pastries for us and Gabriel immediately got to work on the omelette and panini. We sat down at one of their many tables and got situated while we waited for the food. It was pretty empty as we were there around 3pm, an hour before they closed. There were two other tables being occupied while we were there. They had nice pop music playing, ranging from 90s-00s songs and artists. There were some nice twinkly lights above us along with the regular lighting of the restaurant. The space was also very clean, but I noticed some wear and tear on the tables/chairs. Once Mehdi brought our food out, we got to eating. My omelette also came with a small side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and some potatoes. I think everything tasted good, especially the omelette, but the potatoes were a bit too greasy for my taste. I also think the portion size was too small for the price. This statement goes for everything we ordered. It was all extremely overpriced for the portions they're offering. My son said his panini was just mediocre and bland. He opened it and added a bunch of salt to it. It was also very skimpy on the chicken, about 4-5 tiny slices inside. Moving onto the pastries, the Pear/Almond was my favorite. It wasn't overly sweet (actually, none of the pastries were), which is what I prefer. It was very delicate and tasty. I also had a bite of the Caribbean which was delicious. They went well with my latte, which tasted very good. I will be trying the rest later. My son had a bite of everything and liked the Caribbean and the Nutella Beignet, saying the rest were just average. I didn't use the restroom but my son did and said it was spotless clean, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and room spray. The trash was empty, floors and counters were clean. They have one men's and one women's restroom and it's spacious. They began closing down the place about 5 minutes after we finished our bites and nibbling. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience by any means, but I don't think I'll be rushing here anytime soon to try it again. It was just outrageously expensive for what it was. I understand the cost of ingredients, labor, etc it takes to produce pastries and viennoiserie, but I just don't think the quality matched the prices. Just my opinion. I would say the service was great, both Gabriel and Mehdi are great employees! I may or may not come back. We'll see.
