Chicken bowl
Claudia C.

This was first visit to a Cava , this location has shared parking with both outdoor and indoor seating. Upon entering we were greeted but never felt rushed. The menu is clear and easy to understand. I had the new grilled salmon bowl (arugula, brown rice, hummus, yogurt, salmon, with my choice of toppings-cucumber, olives, corn with a yogurt dill dressing. We also ordered a chicken bowl with white rice chicken, lettuce, corn, cucumbers, yogurt, hummus and yogurt dressing as well as an order of pita. Everything was fresh made in front of us and plenty for 2 meals! I will definitely keep Cava as a top go to restaurant.

First visit, glad I went in person, since online menu doesn't have the detailed description. I don't typically enjoy Spice, so was appreciative of the employee could assist in recommending sauces. Generous serving for bowl.

This was the most disappointing Cava I've been to. They were out of the dressing I wanted and they had an attitude when I asked for it. They were also out of some of the drinks. The tomato topping was also mushy, as if the tomatoes had gone bad. This was a surprise because I went for dinner around 5, so it wasn't very late. I did appreciate that it wasn't freezing. Every other location is typically really cold. The dining room is also really small, but we were lucky enough to get a table. I'll be opting for other locations in the future as I've never run into these issues before.

Visited this new location for lunch today, but I'm disappointed in my experience. It was aesthetically pleasing and I loved the interior and the outdoor seating with the umbrellas but I am sad about the quality. I ordered a total of three bowls, all with chicken. I don't know if we just got a bad cut of the chicken but all of ours bowls had several chewy, inedible pieces in them. Also, one of our bowls did have a hair in them- we remember seeing the employee cutting the chicken, she did have her hair tied up but there was no hair net. I love cava, and I'll keep ordering but I'm not sure it'll be from this location.

Chicken + Rice Bowl - Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Tzatziki, Hummus, Feta, Pickled Onion, Tomato, Arugula, Greek Vinaigrette

Today is Veteran's Day, November 11, 2025 and the newest location of the CAVA dining chain has just opened their doors to the public. As any true Yelper will tell you, being the first to try out and review a new establishment, especially a restaurant, is something we look forward to. Not only will you be the first to review and set the standard but, getting an FTR is getting difficult these days...there's just so many of us Yelpers out and about itching to discover the newest eatery. That being said, CAVA offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a fast-casual atmosphere. Their tagline "Bold Flavor, Better Value", is right on point. You have the choice of creating your own bowl or selecting one of their curated bowls or having the same ingredients in a pita. And as to the ingredients, they are certainly fresh and flavorful. I opted for the Chicken + Rice Bowl which included grilled chicken, brown rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula, and Greek vinaigrette. An appetizing and nutritious meal for a very reasonable price of $11.35! WIN! And since it was their Grand Opening, I received some nice CAVA swag consisting of a tote bag and tumbler! DOUBLE WIN! CAVA's stated mission is to bring heart, health and humanity to food. Truer words were never spoken. CAVA is at the forefront of that movement. Wishing all the best for CAVA's latest venue!

So happy to see a Cava open in this location! I think this is the perfect spot for one. I popped by after some shopping for a late lunch, and there wasn't much of a line. The restaurant is clean and new looking, and the folks who prepared my bowl were nice and efficient. I did a build your own option, and the ingredients were fresh and tasty! This is a great bowl spot, and I hope it gets a lot of traffic in the Colonial area.

This cava location is consistent with the cava brand in terms of service, ambiance and delicious food. Cava is my favorite casual restaurant and this is a conveniently located option. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very limited parking in front but there is a larger shared parking lot behind so don't stress.

The call was answered by an automated service that seemed determined to not let me talk to anyone. Over and over it told me I must order online. It texted me the link to the clover app for ordering. I placed the order with the app which told me pick up would be in 25 minutes. Then the odyssey began. I got a call from a phone number without caller id. I called back and was told Istanbul Grill is backed up and it would take an extra 20-30 minutes. So I arrived at the restaurant 1 hour after ordering and was told they had no idea when the order would be ready. I finally got my order about 1 hour 45 minutes after placing the order. While I understand they are trying to eliminate staff to take and track orders, the whole process and extra wait makes it worse since there doesn't seem to be any feedback to Clover about extra time required. Once I finally got the food and took it home, we enjoyed every bit of it. The baba and lavas was fantastic and the lahmacun was good. I considered ordering family platters, but did not because they all contained chicken. I ordered lamb based dinners which were also great. A single dinner is enough for 2 adults in our experience. I observed most tables were taking home food. So overall food was great. Ordering and pickup were quite bad.

On my current quest to expand my restaurant horizons (and chase the high of an unforgettable…read moreTurkish meal I had in the UK), this downtown Winter Park spot casually blew me away. First off, you walk in and to your left there's a bar that already sets the tone. We were greeted by Kevin--yes, I'm naming names because when service is that good, it deserves recognition. The man knew the menu, gave solid recommendations, and made the whole experience feel effortless. 10/10, no notes. We kicked things off with the hummus, which came with this massive, pillowy bubble bread that was equal parts dramatic and delicious. Then... fried feta sticks. I don't even have the proper words--just know they were dangerously good. And now, the main event: Turkish pizza. Absolutely loaded with lamb, served with fresh toppings on the side, and a sauce that I'm convinced I would drink if socially acceptable. Bold, flavorful, and honestly the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite just to process your life choices (in a good way). Between the vibrant atmosphere, standout service, and food that actually lives up to the hype, this place understood the assignment. Safe to say I'll be back... probably for that pizza alone.

It is a very lively atmosphere inside, with guest chatter and warm lighting taking over the space beautifully. There are a few tables outside as well. Our server was prompt and helpful. We ordered the lavas and the appetizer sampler. Definitely recommend! My fiance and I split the mix grill for two. We figured it was the best way to try all the different items at a decent price. Our favorites by far were the lamb & chicken sis kebaps.

I love this little authentic Lebanese Grill! Nothing fancy - but just like grandmas old kitchen -…read morethe food is what you come for! Prices are very fair for this fresh food. I've been on the go since before the sun was up today. Usually I would get the food to go - but today I just needed to sit and eat like a human instead of in the car etc I wanted a few minutes of peace and quiet before going to my chaotic home. Is there sometimes a 10 to 15 minute wait for the food - yes... I'm more than happy to wait because everything is prepared fresh in your view. I grabbed my phone and expected to watch TikTok for entertainment... Be aware! If you can't wait the 15 minutes - save this place for another day unlike a nasty woman who was loosing her mind that 15 minutes had passed and they were putting her meal together. People are wild - I wanted to say mam - do you not see these guys moving as quickly as they can? I sat and watched for a moment. Both of the guys working tried nicely and calmly to explain that they were preparing the food etc - she was literally having a temper tantrum. Thank goodness I don't work in that field as I think she would have been wearing that food. Anyway this review is long overdue! I am always happy with the food. Seeing how they handled a wacko customer made me sure these guys care very much about their business. The garlic sauce is to die for! We have never got any dish or dessert from here and not gobbled it up! Enjoy!!
