Orders can be placed on the app and grabbed from the cubbies to the left of the registers. My food has always been ready by the promised time. An employee is always behind the cubbies in case you need to talk to someone. On my last visit an employee noticed I'd have trouble grabbing my order with my toddler on my hip. She grabbed my order and brought it right around. Ordering in line feels like yelling the same thing over and over again. I wonder if marking off options on a sheet of paper would be better for everyone. It's not too bad if you're getting one item, but it's a lot if you have multiple items. The prices are reasonable for a healthier option. I find the bowls to be plenty of food. I like that bowls usually have a couple of protein sources.
