This was my first time at Cava and Ke was super helpful in showing me what was what. There are so many options! It was very quiet when I came by, but in a nice way. I also overheard another customer say they recently renovated. I don't know what it looked like before, but it looks great now. Food was super tasty, so I'll definitely visit again! Food: 5 stars - The taste and quality were excellent! (As usual with all CAVA's) Wait Time: 3 stars - We waited a long 15 minutes, which felt even longer with hungry kids and nothing to do. Two ladies walked in and they said "I honestly rather stand in line for my turn to order than order online" like when you go to Chipotle's, I agreed. Service: 4 stars - Friendly overall, but not being able to get drink refills like at other CAVA's was a downside (though the juice options are delicious!). Ambience: 2 stars - The place is clean, but lacks warmth or welcoming decor. The seating area felt cold and the chairs weren't very comfortable, especially with the wait. My kids and I ended up eating in the car just to feel more comfy. read more

Dined inside. Fast casual delicious food. The staff behind the counter were beyond helpful. I had the garlic shrimp red pepper hummus bowl & it was perfect. It seemed like a small portion for the price, but it wasn't, as there was salad & rice & was very filling. Husband had tasty chicken & rice bowl with feta & loved it. Very clean & comfortable. Self-serve drink/condiments area very functional. This was our first visit & we will be back & will also order online for takeout. This used to be online only, but 6 weeks opened they reopened with dine-in option & we're glad they did! read more

As a cava lover this is the best place in the city to order a to go order. They are always timely and have good portions. This is not a traditional cava so you order online or on a screen at the restaurant. If you are looking to go through the line and pick out what you want, this is not the place for you. If you know what you want, order on the app and just want to pick up, it's the best! read more

This cava is amazing, lovely atmosphere, super yummy food, but most importantly the service was outstanding. Jakaihya took great care of me and made me feel so welcome! I was a little nervous abojt wanting to try something new, and guided me through and made the process so easy and stress free. She managed to handle a long line behind me with the same amazing attitude! She and the whole team deserve a raise haha! Side note, the manager there also has been so kind to me every time I have come since they've re opened, and I really appreciate it. I came a few days ago and was missing a small part of my order, and he happily got jt for me and even went the extra mile and gave me a free bowl coupon for my next visit! This cava is the best out of all the ones I go to in the city. I love the to go cava I'm typically in and out and their portions are a lot better than other locations. Ingredients always fresh the service is always good if you need anything they will definitely assist you and I love the outdoor sitting on a sunny day. read more

I didn't realize until I got here that this isn't a traditional Cava. It's online ordering only. I sat down to order on my phone and the earliest pickup time was in 20 minutes. Luckily, my order ended up being ready in about 10 minutes, which was the only redeeming quality of this experience. My order ended up being wrong. It was missing over half the ingredients. I've had similar experiences at other Cava locations, so unfortunately I think it's time to take them out of my rotation. read more

I have often picked up a Harissa Salad at Cava. It usually convenient, reasonable, and very tasty. Tonight my salad was very sub-par. First of all, there was about 1/2 of the usual amount in the bowl and the ingredients were soggy (even though my dressing was on the side), I felt like it was fairly near to closing time, and the toppings were the leftovers from the day. I've been to this location a few times since it opened because it's close to work. Every time, it has either been late, missing toppings, or full of inedible bits. It's frustrating, because I really love Cava, but I just don't see the point in this digital kitchen model when it results in such a lousy customer experience. read more

I tried the new concept in this space on their opening weekend. The food was what I expected having been to other CAVA locations. I am still not 100% on board with the ordering method. I wanted to like this place. But I just wasted almost $30 on one bowl (I did have it delivered) . The place in theory could be good. But putting hot meat that causes the lettuce to be mushy and too much dressing that over powers the whole thing ruins the dish. I ordered the Greek salad with lamb. Im not sure what I got was even lamb. My recommendation is to order the meat, salad dressing on the side. They were also out of several items. Strange for a chain. Also a prior dish was Hassa chicken. Again, too much seasoning. Wishing kalamata's was closer for Greek/Mediterranean food. read more

This digital kitchen setup is a terrible customer experience. There is no one at the front to help customers and the kitchen staff is completely uninterested the customers. My food came out 25 minutes late & I got to spend the whole time waiting awkwardly in the lobby (ignored) while the kitchen staff watched TV and talked about the drugs they did over the weekend. It's a 'digital kitchen' which means you can only order on app and you can't correct anything in person (no humans at store front) and my food was half the portion size I'd get at the counter at a normal cava. Rice was hard. Falafel was moist and not fully cooked. Completely missing a main ingredient. I was excited to have a closer cava option but I don't see myself giving this place another shot. Be sure to check your meal before you leave if you roll the dice on this location. read more

Online orders only. Ok, sure. Little to no help from the staff inside when asked two simple questions: Do you have high chairs? (no) and may I use your restroom? I was barely acknowledged or given an answer and a group of 5 workers stood around talking and certainly not prepping any orders during their busy lunch hour. Feel like this is a waste of space for this location because the dining section inside and outside is huge but hardly utilized. When I got my order (and what I've typically had plenty of in the past) it was merely half filled. Expected more for a $20 bowl. read more

Went to this cava today. Was delicious and great. Didn't know you had to go online or use the app, but it was still made quickly. The food was great as I said but the customer service from the manger I'm guessing was outstanding. If there's an employee with a tiger neck tattoo just know he's the goat and is one of the kindest restaurant employees I've ever met! He deserves a raise! read more

Waiting here at 12:35p still haven't got my food. With having no person to work the front counter, you get very salty service from back room kitchen staff. Was so excited for this to open but the service is horrific. We placed an order at 11:45 for 12pm and didn't get it until 12:40. Every person in there had to ask about their order before they were made (very late). There were only two people working and about 20 people waiting for food. There was no manager and the staff was clearly frustrated and rude. So incredibly rude. read more

This is a "digital kitchen" set up with little to no interaction with the staff. The minimal staff there is unbelievably rude and not amenable to any issues. I'd prefer to sit in traffic to go to another location. read more
