Just moved to the area and have been dying to try Chopt, I've heard so many great things so when things did not live up to expectations and for the price point, I was disappointed to say the least. I placed an order for a salad to be delivered at 6:30. It showed a delivery timeframe range of 7:15-7:25. It is now 8pm and I still haven't received it. Their website states their order preference is direct through them, but they use a 3rd party (Uber) for delivery. Whatever you do, do not order from them directly if you want/need your delivery in their stated delivery time because they have literally no idea. You're better off ordering from Uber, who will refund your money or allow a cancellation if they aren't able to follow through with their stated timeframe. I'll never order from this place again. Super disappointing and very misleading...and no option to cancel. Zero customer service. read more

Despite what the ratings might indicate, the service here is impeccable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the salads are just as delicious as any other Chopt. The variety of toppings is incredible, and the types of salad dressings are seemingly endless from the incredibly healthy to the rather indulgent. I'm a huge fan of their hearts of palm, egg whites, fresh bacon, spicy peppers, bell peppers, olives, and scallions. Don't be scared off by the tepid ratings. Stumbled on this location and bummed as it isn't in a part of town I get to much and I looovveee it! As my experience has been with another Chopt, place was super clean, food was quality and fresh, and service was friendly. Went with Chicken tinga wrap and all the layers of delicious crafted flavor and generous portion. Everything I have tried has been great, and this location held that up. Obsessed with this salad! I was visiting a friend and we uber eatsed Chopt as we were craving salads. It traveled so well (I of course got the dressing on the side). I got the lemon crush and I'm still thinking about it days later. The chicken was juicy and tender, I loved the crispy shallot and pickled onion combo, and the fresh lemon + lemon olive oil paired perfectly with the salad. The only thing I would change is adding more kale, but that's just because I love a salad. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would go back! read more

Omgeeeee this was my first time here and my husband and I both really enjoyed it! While it seemed messy at the bar and not super tidy in the restaurant (inside and outside) everything was really really yummy! Chopt by far as the best salad in the city. I always do the built my own adding chicken and shrimp together and I couldn't be more satisfied my fav is the chopt vinaigrette and the ranch. The service is pretty good majority of the time depending on who's working that day.. I love a good salad! The thing about this particular location is you never know if you're going to get one or not. While at times they are awesome, half the time they forget ingredients, don't put dressings on the side as asked, or put the wrong ingredients in. Very unreliable. Location is convenient (at Green Hills mall next to Cava and North Italia) but the parking situation leaves much to be desired. Lots of great combos to choose from on their menu, or you can build you own. While I'll likely be a few more times as it's so close to my work, I much prefer the Brentwood location! read more

Today was the 1st time a coworker and myself stopped at Chopt for lunch. I ordered the Sweet Apple Grilled Chicken Salad w/ white balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and it was AMAZING. My coworker and I were very pleased with our meals. The portions were nice sized, and we left feeling good & not sluggish like ordinary lunch meals. I am not big on salads, but I was brought here on a Monday afternoon. The chicken tinga salad caught my attention because it was a warm bowl and it contained meat. I surprisingly liked the salad because I was experiencing hunger. It is hard to judge food when you are extremely hungry, but the chicken had a decent flavor and I really liked the crunch of the corn chips. It was very reminiscent of fiesta salad but with a different flavor profile. The restaurant itself had tables that need attention to be cleaned. The inside area looks modestly new and the service was standard. Some may consider these salads a little pricey so judge for yourself if you like salads. read more

Loved Chopt in other cities but after trying this one a couple times I have to opine. The ingredients are NOT fresh looking or tasting. The lettuces are brown at the edges as if they weren't freshly chopped and the other items each look old. I'm so disappointed as I would have come here all the time. I love the Chopt in Brentwood and was really excited to discover this one at the Green Hills Mall! My go-to is the Chicken Tinga, but today I tried the Mediterranean Bowl. I ordered it to-go, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are large and everything was fresh. Because I was doing to-go, I was able to take advantage of one of the many "order pickup" parking spots. There's plenty of parking, but the lot can get really full. As a head's up - if you're ordering to-go, don't rely on text updates. I never received one but went inside a few minutes after my estimated time and my food was waiting for me in the pickup area. He was wearing gloves but prior to reaching out to grab the salad leaves to put into my bowl his pants were falling off so he just grabbed his pants and then grabbed the salad... I've been to chopt a few times and I've liked it, but I am really displeased with my salad this time. It's the only time I've gotten a salad to go and the curbside salad was quick, however my salad was not good. These salads are huge so I just did a customized kids salad and found SO many other things that I didn't want in my salad. I found a few beats, sweet potatoes, carrots, a craisin (?), cucumbers, and more I couldn't identify. Aside from hating cucumbers and ordering the food that I actually like and want to eat, I'm afraid to eat the rest of my salad because I'm allergic to beans and now I have no confidence that they didn't accidentally drop beans in my salad. I want to love this chain but they do NOT TRAIN THEIR STAFF ENOugh! Everytime I have been there, the children helping me do not know the menu and have messed up their own recipes. Lol! I have had to recite to them how to make what's on their menu. Not their fault, upper management is the culprit here. Starts from the top always. Food was great as always but what stood out to me most was the kindness of the staff. Robert specifically did an excellent job preparing my salad but more than that he brightened my day. He was sure to ask me how I was doing and compliment my smile -- simple actions like this can go such a long way. You never know when someone is having a less than perfect day (which was the case for me today), but because of Robert's genuine kindness I was able to walk out of the store feeling much better than I did when I walked in.
