Had to have Chopt visiting Nashville since we don't have it where I live and had a good yummy dinner. Service was quick, place was clean, and portions were big. I enjoyed my food, but would get a dressing other than the honey dijon next time. read more

Just moved to the area and have been dying to try Chopt, I've heard so many great things so when things did not live up to expectations and for the price point, I was disappointed to say the least. I was particularly excited for the new summer salad with corn( big fan of corn) and there were maybe 3 kernels in the whole thing :( The bowl was also just bad, it was a simple order and did not live up to expectations. Very sad and disappointed as I really was looking forward to this. Grilled chicken was ice cold. Very very minimal portions read more

I placed an order for a salad to be delivered at 6:30. It showed a delivery timeframe range of 7:15-7:25. It is now 8pm and I still haven't received it. Their website states their order preference is direct through them, but they use a 3rd party (Uber) for delivery. Whatever you do, do not order from them directly if you want/need your delivery in their stated delivery time because they have literally no idea. You're better off ordering from Uber, who will refund your money or allow a cancellation if they aren't able to follow through with their stated timeframe. I'll never order from this place again. Super disappointing and very misleading...and no option to cancel. Zero customer service. read more

Despite what the ratings might indicate, the service here is impeccable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the salads are just as delicious as any other Chopt. The variety of toppings is incredible, and the types of salad dressings are seemingly endless from the incredibly healthy to the rather indulgent. I'm a huge fan of their hearts of palm, egg whites, fresh bacon, spicy peppers, bell peppers, olives, and scallions. Don't be scared off by the tepid ratings. These salads are wonderful, and the service is very good. read more

Clifford is THE BEST!!! I get a LOT of anxiety when I have to choose toppings etc to put together something edible when faced with so many decisions and Chopt has a lot of yummy looking choices. He was so patient, told me to take my time, helped with the decisions...because at this point tears were coming out of my eyes...but I'm not really actually crying it just happens/along with laughter. He was so nice...I'm sure I made him feel bad, and I'm so ridiculous. But thank you Clifford! My salad was delicious and perfect and I will definitely be a repeat customer thanks to you. And (I think) next time I'll be able to order like a real grown-up (63yr old) that I am. Haha. excellent! read more

Stumbled on this location and bummed as it isn't in a part of town I get to much and I looovveee it! As my experience has been with another Chopt, place was super clean, food was quality and fresh, and service was friendly. Went with Chicken tinga wrap and all the layers of delicious crafted flavor and generous portion. Everything I have tried has been great, and this location held that up. There are some short term parking spots to allow for pick up here which is great because the regular parking is a massive headache. read more

Obsessed with this salad! I was visiting a friend and we uber eatsed Chopt as we were craving salads. It traveled so well (I of course got the dressing on the side). I got the lemon crush and I'm still thinking about it days later. The chicken was juicy and tender, I loved the crispy shallot and pickled onion combo, and the fresh lemon + lemon olive oil paired perfectly with the salad. The only thing I would change is adding more kale, but that's just because I love a salad. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would go back! read more

Omgeeeee this was my first time here and my husband and I both really enjoyed it! While it seemed messy at the bar and not super tidy in the restaurant (inside and outside) everything was really really yummy! The staff did seem off, one person wasn't sure of the toppings and I was reading them off to her. Then another lady jumped in to help but was really rushing us. It made our first time not as good as it could have been. We shared a salad, not sure even what one but it was INCREDIBLE OMGEEEE then we also shared the bowl of buffalo chicken with whole grains and the flavor profile and textures was UNREAL OUT OF THIS WORLD so good. I literally cannot wait for our next CHOPT experience! I bet we would get the exact same thing! Maybe as a wrap just to try?!!! Please come to Franklin in the factory!!!! I wish I would have gotten the sweet tea! Hubs said it was good, but there's next time! Highly recommend!!!! read more

I just spent $35 to get one salad delivered and 85% of the ingredients were missing and the wrong dressing was on the side. The entire salad was a waste of money and got throw in the trash. Going to bed hungry now. In a sea full of great restaurants, avoid this Chopt at all costs. read more

My first time at a Chopt, COME TO ARIZONA!!! You'll have an audience. The salad I had was so crisp and the new sauté steak is 10/10! The team behind the counter were friendly and had great recommendations for a newbie like me. I would eat there everyday if I could. I liked the simplicity of the whole process. The establishment was clean and a cute aesthetic. read more

My sister has been telling me try this place for a while. And let's just say she was right. This play is really good. I ordered the Mexican ceasar once I saw it had jalapeños. I love spice! They added the right amount of jalapeños, the salad had the right amount of heat. The flavors of the salad were delicious. I did add chicken to the salad and it was tender. I will definitely be back! I didn't eat inside, I got my food to go; however, I totally recommend this place! read more

Robert is the best!! He is kind, attentive, and always has a smile on his face! Love coming in to this location

Robert is such a joy!!! Give this man a raise!! Salad was good but not $20 good... Robert is 5 stars. Food is 4. Price is 2. Thanks Robert!

I love a good salad! The thing about this particular location is you never know if you're going to get one or not. While at times they are awesome, half the time they forget ingredients, don't put dressings on the side as asked, or put the wrong ingredients in. Very unreliable. Location is convenient (at Green Hills mall next to Cava and North Italia) but the parking situation leaves much to be desired. Lots of great combos to choose from on their menu, or you can build you own. While I'll likely be a few more times as it's so close to my work, I much prefer the Brentwood location! read more

You learn something new every day, today I learned that I don't like kale. My salad was really good. I got the Kale Cesar salad, 7/10, I've never had kale before, also the salad was really big. The people there were so nice. And the decorations are to die for. read more

waaaaay understaffed. took forever to go through the line. if not fixed, we won't be back.

Honestly I've had diabolical food poisoning from here at least 5 times but it's good so I just keep going. Like have to pull the car over and have explosive diarrhea in a public bathroom for 30 minutes type food poisoning. Shaking and sweating. It happened again yesterday but I'll probably still go again in the future. read more

Genuinely the worst place I've been to out here. These two women that work here are so extremely rude I will never spend a dollar here as long as I live just so rude and nasty for no reasons and take complete advantage of not having to wear name tags. Today was the 1st time a coworker and myself stopped at Chopt for lunch. I ordered the Sweet Apple Grilled Chicken Salad w/ white balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and it was AMAZING. My coworker and I were very pleased with our meals. The portions were nice sized, and we left feeling good & not sluggish like ordinary lunch meals. There was a nice young lady by the name of Takesha who served us, and she did a GREAT job. Next time we're in the Green Hills area and want something clean and refreshing, Chopt will definitely be an option. THANKS. read more

I am not big on salads, but I was brought here on a Monday afternoon. The chicken tinga salad caught my attention because it was a warm bowl and it contained meat. I surprisingly liked the salad because I was experiencing hunger. It is hard to judge food when you are extremely hungry, but the chicken had a decent flavor and I really liked the crunch of the corn chips. It was very reminiscent of fiesta salad but with a different flavor profile. The restaurant itself had tables that need attention to be cleaned. The inside area looks modestly new and the service was standard. Some may consider these salads a little pricey so judge for yourself if you like salads. read more

Loved Chopt in other cities but after trying this one a couple times I have to opine. The ingredients are NOT fresh looking or tasting. The lettuces are brown at the edges as if they weren't freshly chopped and the other items each look old. I'm so disappointed as I would have come here all the time. The people serving me were very nice. read more

I love the Chopt in Brentwood and was really excited to discover this one at the Green Hills Mall! My go-to is the Chicken Tinga, but today I tried the Mediterranean Bowl. I ordered it to-go, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are large and everything was fresh. Because I was doing to-go, I was able to take advantage of one of the many "order pickup" parking spots. There's plenty of parking, but the lot can get really full. As a head's up - if you're ordering to-go, don't rely on text updates. I never received one but went inside a few minutes after my estimated time and my food was waiting for me in the pickup area. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there. read more

The salad was delicious but it was not sanitary. After a long day of shopping I have decided to fuel up on some healthy food since I've got a photoshoot coming up I didn't want to damage my perfect body with fast food. Lmao. The place seemed clean BUT employees were not friendly and they seemed like they didn't really want to be there. The person who made my salad had his mask down on his chin. He was wearing gloves but prior to reaching out to grab the salad leaves to put into my bowl his pants were falling off so he just grabbed his pants and then grabbed the salad... No one else is wearing a mask while making salad and talking over the salad they were making. Even though the salad was tasty but it was not sanitary so I would not be back. read more

After being disappointed that you can't order half salad/half grain base, I settled on the kale caesar with salmon. The salad bowls are REALLY deep, so it is hard to mix. And, it was basically just a bowl of lettuce with the salmon on top.... I couldn't tell that there was any parmesan at all, and very few croutons (that were a wheat? Odd choice of croutons for a caesar!) But, most importantly, the salmon did not seem very fresh, as also noted by one of my coworker's that ordered it, too, and our pre-ordered meals were 20mins late. read more

I've been to chopt a few times and I've liked it, but I am really displeased with my salad this time. It's the only time I've gotten a salad to go and the curbside salad was quick, however my salad was not good. These salads are huge so I just did a customized kids salad and found SO many other things that I didn't want in my salad. I found a few beats, sweet potatoes, carrots, a craisin (?), cucumbers, and more I couldn't identify. Aside from hating cucumbers and ordering the food that I actually like and want to eat, I'm afraid to eat the rest of my salad because I'm allergic to beans and now I have no confidence that they didn't accidentally drop beans in my salad. I'm sure they stay busy, but really the amount of misplaced foods I found in my salad after just 5 minutes of looking is unacceptable. read more

These people are professionals! Always have my salad, ready exactly the way I want it and on time!

I want to love this chain but they do NOT TRAIN THEIR STAFF ENOugh! Everytime I have been there, the children helping me do not know the menu and have messed up their own recipes. Lol! I have had to recite to them how to make what's on their menu. Not their fault, upper management is the culprit here. Starts from the top always. I stopped my order from getting made and had a rude manager not even know how to tell his staff how to make the warm bowl. Anyway, went to North Italia next door and got an amazing caesar for less than I would have paid at Chopt. NOUGH SAID! read more

BLESSED to have a Chopt closer to me! I can never make my way to the Brentwood location and a second location is now at the Green Hills Mall. For a first-timer I went the easy route and orders a salad from the menu and I was very impressed with it and how they prepare each salad to your liking. They also have warm bowls that use rice or quinoa as a base and with over 20 different dressings that will make your dish just right. The service was very friendly and helpful. The building is visually pleasing and there are tons of places to sit and when the weather gets better there is some outdoor seating that I want to try out! read more
