Have been wanting to try this and finally went out today! I had a great experience, loved the food! Service was good and the ambiance is casual. You can easily sit and eat they have outdoor seats too. My husband and I went here for lunch and did the 'make your own bowl' We both got grilled chicken I got it with the salad and my husband got it with rice. He didn't like the rice very much but overall he was happy with the flavor. I loved the harissa paste and sauce very nice kick and tzatziki sauce gives a nice flavor too! Definitely going to try again and maybe try the lamb next time! A good Mediterranean twist to a kind of chipotle concept. I will say that the tables weren't clean and maybe they need to work on that all the tables were dirty.

Aside from the people in front of me not being able to make up their minds, my visit was great. I haven't been to the location before, but try their lemonades! Sooo good! I got a bowl with white rice, lentils and romaine as a base. I had the honey chicken which was good, I did get a piece of bone. I can't remember all the items I got but it was fresh, they showed me the servings (except for chicken or dip) to make sure I was happy with the size. Everything was fresh and the people were friendly. It's basically a build your own Greek type food. Lots of options- spicy and not! The people working are knowledgeable and seem to want to help you get what you want. Give it a try! Oh and the warm pita bread is great!

Visiting Cava today for lunch was surprisingly really good. The service was excellent and moved at a fairly fast pace with creating our bowls and placing our orders. I put together a bowl with lamb, super greens, rice, toppings and an assortment of sauces and dressing with pita bread on the side . All ingredients taste fresh and were very flavorful. I told my husband that this is my new favorite place after a Saturday run . For drinks, they offered beside soda's, assorted teas and lemonades. We ate outside on the patio and overall it was a great experience. We will definitely come back and explore the menu and new flavors.

I visited the CAVA location on Highway 6 in Missouri City on June 6, 2025, and found a sharp, burnt object in my food. It may have been a chicken bone, or maybe not -- but either way, it was hard, sharp, and clearly not something that should've been in my meal. When I brought it back, the manager, Sergio, asked me what it was and then casually said it was "probably a bone." He was completely nonchalant, unapologetic, and borderline rude. I had to ask for a refund -- nothing was offered, and I left feeling like my concern wasn't taken seriously at all. I've been a regular customer, but after this experience, I can't trust the food safety or customer care at this location. Definitely disappointed.

The food is great.. can't really be improved upon so I'd give a 5 for the food. We were served quickly by professional staff. Unfortunately I have to only give an overall 4 because over half the tables needed cleaning (there was only one other customer seated when we came in). It was quiet when we arrived (3:30,ish). However quite a lineup formed before we finished eating so it got a little louder but overall not too bad. We will be back.

I absolutely love CAVA but I am so disappointed. I got a bowl today and the portion was so paltry it was ridiculous and there was rotten avacado on it. CAVA is too expensive for rotten produce.

Recently came to this location for lunch the atmosphere was nice and service was pleasant. I was helped by Dania and Nelly they were helpful and answered all questions for this Cava newbie. I'll definitely come back great customer service and yummy food!

When we entered the vibe was relatable to the name of the restaurant but after a few minutes we heard Bollywood songs and I love Bollywood songs but I feel like the vibe of the restaurant should relate to the cuisine and ambiance. It automatically gives an impression that the restaurant isn't Greek or Lebanese for example. Anyway, we had ordered kibeh and lentil soup for appetizers. The lentil soup was the worst lentil soup I've ever had it was frozen we asked them to heat it but it still tasted disgusting. I couldn't eat it. The kibeh was alright the dip with the kibeh was good. For entrees, we ordered the chicken shawarma plate and combo kebabs. The plates came with a salad the dressing was interesting but I'm not a fan of feta cheese so I didn't have the salad. The shrimps and chicken kebab of the combo kebabs were not bad I really liked the shrimps. The hummus was okay and the rice was very bland. The service was quick I believe because everything felt like it was pre-cooked except for the kebabs but the beef kebab wasn't cooked entirely one of the pieces it was raw. The shawarma was not good at all! Very disappointing Our bill was $60 and we were charged a 2.5% fees for credit card!

When we arrived on a Tuesday evening, it was empty other than maybe one other family. When we entered we were told to pick a seat and then given the menus. The second I saw the menu it seemed a bit expensive- I was looking at the vegetarian plate where you can pick 5 which was for $25 I think- I got falafels, tazeki, hummus, another spread, pickled turnips. They didn't have many other options that were appetizing- I'm not into the eggplant or okra. While waiting for the food the waitresses were sitting on their phones chatting laughing, I thought it was unprofessional, that's not what you want to see when you go to a nice place. We were given salad- the salad already had dressing on it which was spicy! Me and my friend could not figure out what it is - it was tangy spicy I think from garlic more chemically tasting rather than Cheyenne spicy. A bit too spicy for both of us. I would have wished they put the dressing on the side so we can add on our own. The food arrived and was given pita bread as well which was nice. The food was not flavorful, the hummus tasted Bland, falafels were actually pretty good but only were given . The pita bread I was hoping was gonna be fluffy but this was so thin and chewy didnt like it. Everything wasn't to my liking or lacking something except the falafels which I only had two of. I think the falafel wrap might have been a better option but due to the price I won't be back.

I'm not usually a falafel person, but this one changed me. The kibbeh and the fried cheese was incredible as well!! As for the main dish, I got the shish kabob combo and was served a hefty portion - honestly enough for 2 people. The rice was so fluffy and the shish was moist and cooked wonderfully! ORDERED VEGAN GYRITO AND GOT LAMB!!! #DISGUSTED…read more I ordered on DoorDash so I can't speak on the ambiance. However, I got y'all on the food and service. I got to be real with y'all if they hadn't messed up my order I would've given them a 4 star rating. Shall we???... I ordered a Gyrito (Burrito) with [Half Turmeric Rice and Half Spicy Rice, Avocado Hummus $2+, Falafel, Tzatziki, Red Hot Sauce, Garlic Alioli, Pickled Onion, Jalapeños, Chickpeas, Black Olives, Lettuce, Onion, Cucumber and Bell Peppers] from Gyro Republic in Sugarland @9:17pm for a total of $20.50 including service fee and tax. I received my meal at 10:03pm because the DoorDash driver picked up another order on the way to me (ANNOYING BTW) but not the worse part. I had my girlfriend go meet the driver and tip him in cash, although he didn't follow my instructions; to contact me upon arrival to meet in lobby. When she got down there he was trying to take a picture to leave the food at the front desk. Anyways, she comes upstairs with a bag that looked different than the bag that was taken upon pickup. Brushed it off, checked out the bag and food, everything seemed fine. Off initial looks the gyrito was HUUUGGGEEEE! I was so excited to dig in. BOOOM, it's really saucy (*IM A SAUCE GIRL *), the flavors are flavoring, like they should....then, I taste something that immediately had my radar go off and I spit everything out. ITS LAMB!!! I'm like this is meat. I go to check the rest of the gyrito; there's indeed meat throughout the entire burrito. I call the restaurant told them the issue and y'all....they had the nerve to tell me they ran out of falafel for the night and that's why LAMB was put into it. WTFFFFF???!!! Why not just add more chickpeas since that's what falafel is made of???? Make it make sense. The problem is my girlfriend and I started to feel queasy because we've been doing a fast and parasite cleanse so our intake of meat has been extremely LOW for the last month. So I was HOT!
