I feel bad for anyone that orders from here through DoorDash. The orders will sit on a cold stainless steal table and when the drivers come to pick them up they ignore them causing them to give up and leave only for the next driver to go through the same experience. I like cava if I need to get a quick meal I'd rather go here than any other fast food places. Now I have a lot of respect for food service workers, but please don't make fun of the customer when they are right in front of you. I know that you are not working an easy job, but please be considerate of other people especially if they haven't done anything that warrants being made fun of. This location was already a bit rocky for me, but that kinda sealed it for me. I don't see myself coming back to this location. I order through the app everytime as I get nervous going down the line and the last few times I've come here I've waited up to 40 minutes. And this past time I picked up my order, it was missing half the items. I know it gets busy and it's hard to stay on top of stuff but this past time it was not busy at all. I honestly believe they give you better portions when you order through the app. Usually when I'm ordering in person, it's like what did I just get for over $18. This go round I got my $18 worth! The only reason I am giving them a 3/5 is because they said my order would be done at 7:20 pm, it was not ready until after 7:56 pm. I had to stand there and wait for it. Went for a work lunch! WOWEE! Tasty. I'd heard about it a few weeks ago with high reviews and I was even blown away after hearing good reviews! Very tasty, healthy options and a variety of choices. The service was friendly and quick for lunch. The seating layout was NOT jammed as many restaurants can be. I hope to return soon! Cava is my new addiction! This location is better than the other location in the area. The food here is always super fresh. I always get the bowl with grains and greens, it makes me feel super healthy. Even when the lines are long, they're able to take your order without too much wait time. Very disappointed in cava today. I order from them all the time & go through the drive-through digital pick up. And today I ordered, and when I picked it up, the attendant handed me my bowl and my pitas without a bag. I told her I requested a bag and silverware and pitas and I got none of those things. My bowl looks like it's half empty and the chips that I purchased are apparently from this morning's lunch hour because they're so old tasting it's ridiculous. So if this was my first order or first visit here, it probably would be my last. Very very disappointed in the food and the service today. read more

One star is too much. We went here about 9pm, an hour or so before closing and the food station and floor were filthy. No drink available but unsweetened black tea and Maine root soda. When asked about any food/drinks they were missing, they simply said, "we are out" not because they didn't have it, because they didn't want to make/refill it. I can see if it is about 10mins before closing but it wasn't! Also, the person who served me put soo much dressing on my bowl I couldn't even enjoy it! This is a management issue. If they don't have enough staff to clean, refill etc., where is the manager/supervisor to fill in to cover or delegate when there isn't enough staff. Customer service was not there. When asked for pita bread, one worker basically threw it in our bag. SMH. Completely unacceptable ! I come to Cava at least once a week and this one is the worse by far. This is a food place, do better. I wish I would've gotten a picture of the food station. They started to clean it. Also, the dining area wasn't clean. Unacceptable!! read more

Cava is a great lunch place. Fast service, great food . Manager Toon was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.

I went here once, and it was delicious! Sadly, don't have any pictures, but it's really cool because it's kind of like chipotle but for Mediterranean food. You can assemble your own bowls and salads and wraps. And they do have some premade/pre-designed Bowls on the menu that you can order. I think I had falafel and hummus and pickled vegetables over a bit of greens with a pita slice, and it was divine! Will be back. read more

This cava used to be my favorite location, but the past couple of times I've went the people have been so rude, I go midday and majority of the food options are out, simply because they don't want to refill it because there's no way they can be out of food the entire day, the overall workstation is disgusting, they don't pay attention to any detail they put my bowl in another person's bag, the manager was ditzy and dropped an entire bowl on the counter and then made her employees remake the bowl because she didn't want to, also they left the mess there, overall just feel gross eating my bowl, and also the cava looks like a school lunchroom. read more

Absolutely amazing! Our whole family loves Cava! We eat here once a week atleast. I love the salad bowls with chicken, sweet potato, tons of veggies, crazy feta, garlic sauce etc. the pita chips are just insane with the crazy feta. Hubby likes the pita wraps with the honey harissa chicken and tons of topping. Great selection of fresh juice/mexican cola and cane sugar soft drinks. Staff is always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The inside has always been clean and the drive thru used to be pretty slow but has since sped up and had all my orders ready on time. HIGHLY SUGGEST this place! Oh and a bonus the portions are HUGE! read more

Leaving this review because every time I come to this location they are always out of food items. Also, the staff is not the friendliest, but I believe this could be due to being over worked. Tonight I went out of my way and drove to the Elmwood location after witnessing multiple online orders be filled before anyone in the lobby was addressed. cava is one of my favorites. the food is great. unfortunately my food was not great today. i had gotten the text that my order was ready so i drove in. told them my name, and waited 10 minutes. finally someone passed by and i asked if they had just forgotten i was out there, to which they rudely answered they were waiting on chips. would've been nice to know lol! 20 minutes later i got my cold pita, and they also forgot my dressing that i ordered on the side in the app. i was just extremely uncomfortable by the customer service here. i walked inside and asked for my extra sauce and wasn't acknowledged by a worker for another 5 minutes. i told them i had just been in the drive through line. they really didn't care. long story short: do not come here if you are looking for a quick meal with attentive and helpful staff!! read more

Not only was the bowl made incorrectly, the steak was so cold as if it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. The tomatoes are soggy. And the bowl is only filled up halfway.
