First thing me bathroom and my wife looking at menu. 1 bathroom for everybody Dirty, papertowels flowing out the garbage on the floor, clean paper towels in dispenser hanging in the garbage, toilet paper dispenser kicked sideways on the wall and very little toilet paper, sink dirty, toilet dirty all sums up to dirty food handling pratices. Left bathroom my wife did not have what she wanted (Good) floor dirty surprised health department has not shut down the place. Glad we did not order and will not ever return. The customer service is the worst. Ordered to go twice for a family of five. I spent over 50 dollars each time. The first I didn't even leave and they forgot my dessert. The lady wants all the food back to check it before i was given the two cookies I paid for. The second time they forgot our drinks. I get the window slammed in my face. Great, healthy food and fast! Good keto option! Since moving here from Tennessee, I had been disappointed in the Greek food options. Back home, there is a Greek made-to-order restaurant on every corner that is run by authentic Greeks. I have to admit that I was doubtful since this place is a chain. However, I have been craving a keto-friendly Greek salad with a touch of taziki. This salad was AMAZING. I did not try the pita bread or rice, so I can't testify to those. However, the chicken, taziki, cucumber & tomatoes, and Greek vinaigrette were on-point. I will say that the rice did not look like the typical rice at Greek places I'm accustomed to. I loved that you had the option of 3 scoops of dip/spread that you can mix and match. They have a nutritional info page they can give you if it helps to keep you in your carb count. read more

My go-to place for healthy fast-food. Like others have mentioned, it's similar to Chipotle in terms of how it is served. But honestly, I wouldn't even compare it with Chipotle because CAVA is soooooo much better. You can pick between what type of salad/greens or grains that you want. There's a lot of variety. I recommend building your own bowl from scratch (it comes with a mini pita). Dips & Spreads: My favorite are the roasted eggplant and the red pepper hummus. Protein: I've had the falafel, grilled chicken, lamb, and the roasted sweet potato as the protein in separate bowls - and you can't go wrong with any of those options. Except if you go for the lamb, be weary about the spices. Even though some of the dishes may not say "spicy", it tasted spicy (and this was later confirmed by corporate when I asked about it). Toppings, I recommend the tabbouleh (but honestly, I pretty much get all of it.) Since I already mentioned Chipotle, CAVA is more expensive than Chipotle, but I think it's worth the extra dollars to get more flavor in the food AND have healthier ingredients in my stomach. :-) read more

CAVA is a great alternative to the many fast food restaurants surrounding the mall. I have dined in and ordered carry out from this location and both have been great. My husband tried 5 times to enter 5 bowls into the app to pre-order and pay. It continuously crashed. I drove up to the window to advise what happened and asked to place the order at the window. I was advised that was not possible because they did not have a register by the window. They said I would need to walk in to place my order and pay. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't mind. However, I could clearly see into the restaurant from the window that ZERO customers in line were wearing masks. The worker could just say sorry, nothing he could do. I drove around to the entrance, where more customers filed in with NO masks. Perhaps you should have a sign on the door?? I will not go to Cava anymore, as you clearly don't care enough about your employees or customers' health. read more

Brand new and AWESOME service. I used to work across the street from a cava and never went. Tried today for the first time and I couldn't have been more happy. Food is SO YUMMY. One of the reasons I never tried it before was because I though it was just another salad place. Man was I wrong. I got a grain bowl with saffron basmati rice and braised lamb. The lamb was pretty delicious and the line was an absolute breeze to get through around 11:15am on a Monday. Can't wait to come back! read more

I have been so excited for this place and I finally got to go today. It did not disappoint!! My husband got the pita with braised lamb and I got the grains and greens bowl with chicken. I was surprised by the portions they give for meat, very generous! Both meats were delicious and all of our toppings and sauces were amazing. We don't have many favorite spots in town, but this one makes the list of our favs. The atmosphere of this place is also really great. I am so happy this is here. Awesome fresh food and great atmosphere. You can compare it to a chipotle style of ordering and there is a drive through for pick up orders. I recommend ordering online for the first time due to the many options to choose from. Super friendly staff, they gave me my order on the house just to share the love. After having a great experience at Cava the first time, decided to go again. This time, the customer service was terrible. They ran out of several meat & ingredients and the employee was annoyed to have to go to the back and refill the containers. After the employee made several trips to the back, since they literally had multiple food containers empty, I was charged for things I never ordered. I showed the cashier the receipt and compared it to the items I had in my plate and they ended up refunding me over $5. No longer recommend this place. read more

Woah what a terrific Mediterranean served fresh dish. This is a new and must visit place in Fredericksburg,VA. The unfortunate thing about having spicy cabbage and chicken is not having the water working properly and having the drink dispenser broken. Many of their drink oprions that sound good such as Classic Lemonade and the Mexican Coke was out. Was forced to drink lukewarm Jasmine tea instead tame the heatness of some of my bites. We went here today for the first time to see what it was all about and immediately upon walking up to the counter had an employee that was on break helping herself to a cup of soup and scooping rice into it which wasn't a problem. What she did next really disgusted me cause she started eating the rice off the top of her soup over the meal that the other employee was making. It was unsanitary for a number of reasons but mainly cause she was using her fingers and the rice was falling out onto the floor and counter. After we got through that the second girl that helped us seemed to be absolutely miserable. She had the most annoyed look on her face and did not say 2 words to us. Overall the food was ok but the experience really turned us off from coming back. I hope they figure the customer service piece out cause this place has potential and could be great.
