    Salad Bowl
    Sharonda D.

Great Food, But Cleanliness and Service Are a Major Concern!!! I visited this restaurant for the first time about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, it was not a great dining experience, despite how good the food was. The concept of the restaurant is actually really appealing. It has a Chipotle-style, build-your-own ordering setup where you can choose a bowl or a wrap and customize it as you go. I ordered a salad bowl with brown cilantro rice, romaine lettuce, roasted vegetables, avocado, red pickled onions, pico de gallo, cucumbers, and Harissa Honey Chicken. My son got a pita wrap with brown cilantro rice, roasted corn, avocado, romaine lettuce, and the same Harissa Honey Chicken. We both genuinely enjoyed our meals--the flavors were fresh, balanced, and well-seasoned. I especially appreciated the option of white or brown rice, which not every fast-casual spot offers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But here's where things went downhill--the cleanliness of the dining room was unacceptable. The floors were sticky, and the tables and chairs were also sticky and covered with leftover food debris[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The kicker? We were the very first customers of the day, which tells me that the restaurant was not cleaned the night before and definitely wasn't cleaned that morning before opening. That's unacceptable and honestly quite concerning. On top of that, we were not greeted upon entering. Instead, the staff stared at us awkwardly, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Customer service was minimal and lacked warmth or attentiveness. Ratings: Salad Bowl - 5/5 Pita Wrap - 5/5 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience - 2/5 (dull, no music or energy)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cleanliness - 0/5[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Customer Service - 2/5 Final Thoughts: As much as I enjoyed the food, I'm deeply concerned about the lack of cleanliness and hospitality. If the dining room is that neglected, I can't help but question the sanitation in the kitchen. Sadly, I won't be returning--not even for takeout. I don't want to risk food poisoning. Visit at your own risk. The food might be delicious, but poor upkeep and cold customer service ruined the experience for me.

I like the concept. Basically Mediterranean fast food where you have an assembly line to pick the items you want either in a bowl or pita (like Chipotle does). There are lots of choices and they do have suggested entrees as well. Staff is pleasant this time around but the very first time we came through I think the cashier may have been overwhelmed (I hope because that's the worst position to have if that's your CS attitude) but my daughter loves their falafel so we came back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating and has a clean look to the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Our family loves Cava. This place is far, but worth the drive. We have been to the new Cava in Hwy 6 and were disappointed. Here the service is much better with nice portion on the toppings.

Was in the mood for a quick Mediterranean food lunch and my kids brought me here. It was like a chipotle style restaurant where you can choose your favorite ingredients. It was very good and it was simple. It was what I wanted. The service was quick so the line moved along nicely. I also thought the prices were a little higher than usual but everything everywhere is high. The lunch was delicious- in fact I forgot to take a picture BEFORE I ate, so you will see the leftovers I took home. It heated up well in the microwave later that night. The water came in a can and I loved it! Never seen that before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, the bathroom is clean and I like that as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Chipotle style but make it Mediterranean! For all the negativity reviews that you're reading about the food, it's probably because they didn't order correctly when building their own bowl. They do have bowls that have selected ingredients you can choose from or you can make your own. If you don't know what to get, select a bowl that's already "pre made". can't speak to the service since we ordered through Uber Eats but my husband and I both got the harissa chicken and then chose the veggies and dressing that we wanted. BOMB. 10/10.

I ordered off of doordash around 4pm, and received my bowl around 5. I do live kind of far out so timing wasn't necessarily the issue. I ordered the grains and green bowl (with harissa chicken). I noticed I didn't receive any chicken nor the complimentary pita bread. I don't know if it was a honest mistake because it says grains and greens. However, there was still a requirement for protein.. AND it clearly says on the ticket to add harissa chicken. Also I know Cava has a menu, but I have never ordered off that menu. I've always gone with the build your own way. When I saw the option "grains and greens", I saw it as just the base of my order. Whenever I called doordash they gave me the option to replace this order, which I did. THEN a second bowl came in with the same issue. As someone who works in the service industry I feel as if it's common sense to check the ticket before sending out food.. Overall, this is the worst experience I have had with Cava. I've been waiting to eat since 4pm when I originally placed my order. It's 6:22pm now. So you can only imagine how irritated I am. I know doordash can be confusing sometimes. But this is still an employee issue that could've been prevented had the ticket been checked.

Just so yelp knows, cava is using bots to spam the email of anyone who posts a negative review. Let me know if you want a copy of the email

we never got to the food, staff was hostile The lady at the counter was very rude we will not be going back

I'M DONE!!! BUSINESS OWNERS PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR WORKERS!!!…read more I have visited this location several times in the past and vowed that I would not brighten their dining room with my beautiful diamond-like presence ever again due to poor customer service. The workers are extremely rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming! I wish I would have stuck to my guns and not graced this place again, but it's all good. I just hate spending my money in establishments where I am treated with disrespect and disregarded as a paying customer. Firstly, my daughter and I decided to have lunch after our workout on this particular day and we both wanted salads. Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the workers which was a surprise to me, because in the past they have never greeted me when I walk in. So, I'm thinking to myself that they have made some changes and that it may not be bad anymore to visit here. WRONG! As I was placing my order for a small salad, I asked if I could have a little more lettuce. The server paused a moment and then responded, "no we cannot give you more." I told her that I would pay extra money if she could give me a little more lettuce and that I have no problem paying. Before she could respond back to me, another worker who may have been the store manager, was standing behind her sweeping the floor, hurriedly and responded in a rude manner pointing and saying, "Read the signs. You only get this amount of lettuce for a small salad. We cannot give you more." I responded, "Ma'am I'm willing to pay. I really like a lot of lettuce in my salad." She then responded detestably, "Well you need to order a large salad!" I politely replied, "Okay, no problem. I can do that. You could have just said that in the first place, but thank you anyway. It's all worked out! Yay!" I did not want that much lettuce of a large salad but just a little bit more added to my small salad but was refused with such disdain. To make matters worse, I asked the server if she could please give me some of the fresh lettuce instead of the withered lettuce that was mixed in with the fresh. That really cooked their noodles. By this time, they were steaming-mad-hot with me. Furthermore, as I went down the line asking for my toppings, I dared not ask for extra, even though the amount of the toppings that they serve are the size of a freaking nickel. You know that little tiny serving spoon that they serve the toppings with? They only gave me one scoop of each of my toppings, but I dared not ask for two scoops, especially with the manager getting emotional behind me asking for extra lettuce as if she owns the place, lol. They also gave my daughter a hard time because she asked for extra chickpeas on her salad and for some of the fresh lettuce instead of the withered lettuce. They gave it to her but with such a nasty attitude, slamming her bowl of salad on the counter. We should have walked out right then and there and reported them to corporate. However, I just don't have the time and energy to waste on these unhappy and ungrateful people and besides, I was starving. I just know that I will never go back ever again to this location. Moreover, for my salad, I ordered Romaine Lettuce, jalapeños, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, banana peppers, black olives, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, and pesto chicken with the Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing on the side. My daughter ordered a small salad consisting of Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chickpeas, avocado, and pesto chicken. We both opted out of them mixing and chopping our salads as we always do. As we approached the checkout counter, we were not offered any of the complimentary bread or chips that accompanies the salads. Although I didn't want either one of them, I waited for them to offer it up but they refused. So, I turned to my daughter and asked her if she wanted the complimentary bread or chips and she said, "no." Then and only then is when they opened their mouth to offer it to us. Overall, I love the concept of this establishment because it offers healthy eating options and has a variety of toppings and proteins to choose from. However, this location with its staff and their nasty attitudes and poor customer service skills can kick rocks. The dining room is always half clean each and every time I have visited. The food is expensive, which is to be expected because it is expensive to eat healthy, and I absolutely don't mind paying the high prices of eating healthy. However, when it comes to spending my money in any establishment, I expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and amiability. Is that too much to ask for? I spent a little over $40 for two salads and a drink. Oh, and let me not forget to mention the extra charge for the avocado that was added to my salad. Business owners should check in on their staff regularly at these places because I'm pretty sure they would not be too pleased with them running customers away, especially with other healthy restaurants popping up!

They do have a lunch menu weekly with 4 choices for $12-$13 that come with a 2pc harumaki. As others have indicated, this restaurant is cute and decked out with a lot of small japanese toys, nick nacks, books and claw machines. The good thing is the claw machines are pretty easy to win and actually guaranteed to win with every 10 tries. I won 2 items on 4 tries if that gives you any idea. I ordered a combination of sushi and cooked food on my visit. I tried the Beef Yakiniku Don and the yellowtail with scallion roll. My group also ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, kids bento box with chicken karrage and a creamy cold noodle ramen. Don - comes with miso soup which is pretty standard. The Don bowl is impressive with a lot of beef and onions all throughout the bowl. The beef is very tender, flavorful and slightly peppery. It wasn't spicy so I asked for something to go on top. The owner came by and gave me some chili oil and togarashi. This dish has pretty good flavor. Cold noodles - this dish is truly cold and a little strange to get used to at first..but the flavor is pretty good. It does come with a slightly spicy paste on the interior side of the bowl if you want to make it spicy. The owner described it as slightly less spicy than wasabi. Kids bento - fried chicken thighs with white rice and snap peas....a fairly healthy meal. Tips for owner/manager - the water is terrible here, wish they had low sodium soy sauce option on the tables, seating is limited, check expiration dates on your sauces and condiments on a regular basis as my chili oil was expired.

It was a great choice the restaurant was clean and our server Rayne was great. She was bubbly and attentive. My wife ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with a bowl of chicken and gnocchi soup. I got the Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce and the SALAD!!! I also got a grand pour of the Chianti Classico to go with it. The Breadsticks and Salad! If you're an aficionado of this restaurant chain then you know these two items are what makes or breaks a restaurant that bears the name Olive Garden, and this location passes. The breadsticks were fluffy and fresh. The salad had crisp lettuce, the tomatoes burst with flavor, and the banana peppers added that tangy zing. My Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce was good. Olive Garden isn't the best but it's nice and I love the vibe I get there. The Chianti Classico was a little too acidic for my taste but it paired well with the spaghetti. My wife's Fettuccine Alfredo was good. I'm not a fan of Alfredo but this seemed very classic and not slopped with that heavy white sauce. It was just Parmesan and butter. The Chicken and Gnocchi was the best. This soup is my wife's favorite and one of the reasons she wanted Olive Garden. I love it too, the chicken is always well cooked and the gnocchi is a soft delicacy soaked in the herbs and spices of the creamy broth (this makes me want another bowl.)
