I used to love this place, and I wouldn't ever think of leaving a bad review until today. I ordered my usual today and found a long hair in the food, stuck really deep in the food. So disappointed read more

Very clean. lots of good/healthy choices :) i am not a big fan of watermelon but loved their watermelon mint juice. Yummm.

RUDE!!!! I've made a Yelp review before about how rude the staff and I'm going to say it again! These people are rude! It doesn't matter what time of day, what day the week or is or if you order from the app or in person, every single person there is RUDE! I get they're trying to work as fast as possible but you don't have to be rude and rush the customers and roll your eyes. Like excuse me? If y'all don't want to work at the food industry and learn customer service just say that!!! Cava's food is good but the customer service is forever TRASH! Unfortunately I love the food way too much to give it up, and the College park location is too far/out the way. Ughhhhhh go find another job if you can't provide good customer service or management needs to better train their employees! read more

Order delivery on June 25 and it was AMAZING. Not did it come really quickly the order was exactly correct and really delicious. I ordered the Greens & grains and the grain bowl the sauces were good the falafel was yummy. Perfect Friday night dinner. read more

CAVA is delicious and does not disappoint. The quality of the food and service is great. What I especially love about the place is the variety of options which allows for a multitude of combinations, each yummy and unique. The first time I had chicken and the second time I had meatballs, which is just as delicious, if not better. It may seem like they're giving you small portions at first, but honestly all the ingredients pile up, making for a well worth-it, satisfying meal. If anyone is new or wants to try a new combination, I got the greens and grains bowl with basically all the vegetables/toppings, red pepper humus, tzatziki, lemon herb tahini, green harrisa, pita crisps, and grilled meatballs. I asked for a side of lemon and pita too! The interior of the place is also modern and chic. Plenty of tables and seats. Last of all, the drinks are really interesting so don't forget to try those as well. read more

GREAT food! Awesome service! I eat here about once a week on my lunch break. The line can be a little long the closer to noon you arrive, so I typically try to get there before 11:30. The menu is simple and offers a wide variety of choices. Meals are assembled quickly by a friendly staff. Any/all up-charges are clearly labeled and the staff is sure to notify. Great place to grab something quick that's a healthier alternative. I'd definitely recommend eating here if you haven't already. I've recommended CAVA to several people now and all have enjoyed their food/experience. read more

Food is decent! Love the options. They just really skimp out on meat. Definitely more expensive than chipotle, but they also have more options. read more

Really good food, good location, love the order via the app and pick up in store however this is the 4th time my husband's order is missing ingredients. We've ate at the restaurant twice and it's never happened there but we usually order on the app, pick up and eat at home. This time he got no lettuce, which he did order but received lentils, which he did not order. Previously he has ordered chicken and his meal has been meatless this has happened during week nights and weekends so idk if the night staff isn't as well trained as the day staff. I hope they improve! read more

I do like this place, you can a lot of food for a good price. Quality of the protein is pretty bad though. Especially the chicken. Is that even chicken?!? Also wish people would stop categorizing falafel as a protein, it isn't. It's more of a carb. My friends have a joke that they want to buy chipotles chicken from next door and use it in cavas bowls. read more

Fabulous Food at Cava!! My family and I ordered dinner tonight and everything was outstanding! I loved my organic arugula salad with crazy feta, hummus, grilled chicken, cucumbers, slaw and avocado. The Greek dressing was delicious, too. My husband had the pita base with grilled chicken and crazy feta, too. Both my children had salad bases with grilled chicken and tons of healthy veggies, avocado a favorite. We also highly recommend the pita with hummus side.... AMAZING!!!! All ingredients fresh and delicious. Everything was devoured. When you consume healthy food, you feel so much better. I just wish there was a location in Maple Lawn, Fulton, HoCo!! read more

I ordered 5 bowls today for curb side pickup. Trying to help food businesses so I decided not to cook. 2 of the chicken bowls came with NO chicken. I mean Cava is so busy right now they can't get there orders correct. I really screwed up, they don't need my business. I really, really should have chosen a small local business. That mistake won't happen again I assure you. I called to mention that I did not get a correct order and was put on hold for 15 minutes! Are you kidding me, they could care less! I called back and asked for the manager. Got someone who did eventually help me, I have to say this employee was very nice. I couldn't quite get her name as she was reluctant to repeat it. I guess my final thought it that Cava has too much business right now to care if they make your order right. Order elsewhere and support your local small businesses. Stay safe all. read more

Drove to this location for cava just for dinner because it is the closest one to my house and just that good. $10 worth of food will get you 2 meals and the taste is well worth every penny. read more

I really love this place, I think that the concept of this restaurant chain is so great for all the variety of food that they have. Really healthy if you are in that kind of live or something more heavy. BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE THE TIME THAT WE EXPENDED HERE. This restaurant had been opened for over one month they haven't face care of that. Again I have over 40 minutes on line to order my food. I hope they take care of this issue ASAP. Again, I love this Restaurant but please take actions on the time of people. read more

Cava has become my guilty pleasure at Lunch Time. I mean, I bring lunch to work, with the intentions of eating it, and then someone mentions "Cava", and my mind instantly goes "Mmmmm Cava, gotta have it." The food is Amazing, and I get the same thing every time, and I don't even care, because its that good. Cava is set up just like Chipotle where you go down the line and pick everything you want in your bowl or pita. You start off by picking grain or green, then a protein, dips, toppings, and a sauce. My go to is a Grain Bowl with Saffron Rice, Chicken, 3 scoops of Tzatziki sauce, shredded romaine, pita chips, diced cucumber, tomatoes & red onions, pickled onions, and cabbage slaw topped off with Lemon Herb Tahini sauce. I know it sounds like a lot, but when its all together, its so freakin good. If you haven't been, you need to go. read more

I ordered food for my husband and myself, our usual. Which includes the lamb meatballs. We love the meatballs. However, this time they were not cooked at all. It was really red in the middle. We had to throw them away. Very disappointed. read more

I never knew how much I loved cava until I had the lamb! I always just get the chicken as my protein but the lamb is a game changer! Definitely suggest everyone sample the lamb! read more

Iam a frequent flier here! Always fresh and healthy at it too. The only downside is the frequent long lines to order.

I'm into it, my husband isn't. I go probably twice a month, when I want a quick, filling meal. I like all the toppings, especially the onions. I've had a couple of rude workers here and there, but they're all just kids, and I usually don't see them ever again. read more

This Cava location is coasting on what was once a great reputation. Each time I come here, I hope for a better experience, yet I always leave and think "that's it for this place". First of all it's dirty. Sitting here tonight, 1/2 of the open tables are dirty and have not been wiped off since the last customers were here. Gross. Second big issue is that the employees are surly, unhelpful , and apathetic at best. While you try to decide on what you want, you'll enjoy the "thousand yard stare" from the servers as they are hoping you just give up and move to the next station.. classic case of the owner not being present to be involved while their investment spins down the drain. read more

Always enjoy Cava as a treat and ingredients are fresh. Fills me up well without feeling heavy :)

think of this one like Mediterranean Chipotle. They have a lot of options, the calories are clearly labeled, and everyone is really nice. The process and the payment make everything really easy too. The drinks are unique enough that I often get them and add some soda water to give it some bubble and soften the flavor. I will be coming back consistently when I am here. read more

Wow! So glad I found this place! Delicious fresh lunch, I had the salad w super greens, grilled meatballs, feta, hummus, you name it! I thought it was priced very reasonably and food was so good! Y'all! Why did I wait this long to try cava! When i tell you guys this is probably my new absolute favorite "fast foods" ever. I heard for months about "cava" but never got the chance to give it a try and honestly i was so obsessed with chipotle, i didn't wanna give anything else a try. I finally decided to go here with one of my friends last week. Since last week, I've had the same thing about 4-5 times! Service is fast, food tastes so fresh and delicious! The menu can be kind of confusing but doing some online research of the menu helps a bunch because the line moves kind of fast similar to chipotle. I typically get the same thing... greens/grains bowl. I get splendid greens with brown rice, 2 scoops of spicy harissa, chicken, tomato and onion salad, tomato and cucumber salad, romaine and crumbled feta. Topped with Greek vinaigrette and green Harrisa on the side. It's super delicious and healthy! If you like spicy, the harissa spread will definitely fufill your spicy cravings! read more

First time trying at CAVA What a great food with nasty customer service.. Very rude and unfriendly manner makes me feel very uncomfortable to place an order. it ruins my food flavor too. I believe employees at serving food station and cashier really hates this job. They dont know how to say thank you and you're welcome lol No more for this location Btw, 5 star for food and 0 star for customer service read more

Much as I adore the juices and generally enjoy the food, our experience with this particular version of the shop was not acceptable. Missing ingredients [onions, among other things- how do you run out of onions?] and undercooked meatballs were problematic enough, but the response from the staff about the sub-par food was even more underwhelming. Raw mixed meats, with the possibility of cross-contamination, should not be met with the assurance that the food is fine to eat, but with a prompt apology. Thankfully, this isn't the location closest my house. read more

This location is convenient to shopping at the nearby shopping center. It sits next to Chipotle and Cosi, there are a lot of other food options nearby, but I definitely prefer Cava above the rest. Similar to the other locations I've visited, the decor is clean, sleek, modern, with a touch of warmth. The employees were all teenagers/young adults but were surprisingly kind and engaging. I ordered 2 grain bowls, one with half spicy lamb sliders and braised lamb, the other with chicken. I love the variety of spreads, dips, and fresh toppings offered because I love to color with all the crayons in the box! I always get harissa, crazy feta, and tzatziki on my bowl, this time I tried the roasted eggplant spread, which wasn't memorable. The seasonal sauces were plentiful, I'm a sucker for tahini so I asked for the lemon tahini and spicy green colored tahini on the side (amongst others), and of course the vinaigrette! My only suggestion would be to put some to go ramekins near the self serve vinaigrette. The seasonal beverage station always excites me (I'd be even more excited if there was some Hendricks or spiced rum available). I left with apple-ginger something or the other, it was delicious. All in all, I'll be back! I am a little biased, but I feel like the food at their Columbia Heights location seems to pack more flavor. read more

Good, healthy food. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Questionable service. I went there for my first time and wasn't really sure how it all worked. The staff weren't very helpful nor did they seem like they wanted to work. I brought my 10-month-old son with me, and they didn't have any high chairs available. So I had to end up eating in my car. Although I had a questionable experience with the service, the bowl I made was very tasty. The concept of the restaurant is similar to Chipotle or Nalley Fresh. You choose your ingredients and they make it in front of you. I would go back again if I'm in the area because of the food. read more

This is my second lunch at Cava and I will return. Love all the options especially the roasted veggies. I feel it's pricey for a salad bowl but I'll pay a little more for healthy food since the options are limited in my area. The soda choices are a nice touch with less sugar but delicious flavors. The Columbia location is loud w high ceilings and expect to wait in a long line. read more

Ordered through DoorDash on Saturday night. Simple order, two salads. One salad was prepared properly. The other was was literally lettuce, avocado and harissa sauce. It was clear that it wasn't a full sized salad. It looked as if there was a communication breakdown on the prep line. I ordered a salad with honey harissa chicken and multiple toppings. By the time I received my order the location was closed. I lost $16.35 and was still hungry. Poor quality assurance practices. read more

Same concept as Naf Naf my Mediterranean go to in Chicagoland but Cava has lettuce choices instead of strictly romaine. Their falafel looks homemade not by a machine like most other places. Pita at Naf Naf is super soft and fluffy and Cava not so much but Cava really hits the mark on everything else. Drink selection is also unique and varied. Loved my Cava bowl! read more

Cava can be a bit confusing Let's start with everyone comparing it to Chipotle. Yes, you walk up to a counter, order food and have it heavily customized... but if you want Chipotle, Cava is not an alternative (or vice versa). They are entirely different types of food. And that's a good thing - we need a variety of alternate fast foods. Next is that it's part of the Cava chain. If you've been to Cava Mezze before, Cava Grill (this one) is not at all the same. It's a fresh food/fast food, not a sit down mediteranian place. Once again, this is a good thing - since sometimes you like to grab your food to go. However, this location is very large with ample seating, so you could eat your food there. What CAVA is: You walk up to a long bar to order you food. First you choose if you want a wrap, salad or grain bowl. Next you choose a protein (shrimp costs more). Then you choose toppings. Finally you choose a dressing. It's pretty straight forward. I went with a bowl and falafel. The falafel isn't my favorite type - denser and less crispy - but I recognize it as well done, hearty and probably healthier than my preference. I got four in my order. It was rather tasty over all, with a mixed grain (not sure what it was) that had a nice earthy taste and crunch. It would be a solid lunch, but maybe on the light side for dinner. You can add to it by just saying yes to every item. My wife got half falafel half roasted veggie - she got a ton of roasted veggies and only two falafel. The guy in front of me ordered meatballs and was given a generous portion - but I'm not sure if he paid for double protein, knew people there or if you just get more with certain items. Fortunately, the food was pretty good, so I'll be happy to come back and try things out. My two suggestions for the location - make sure all your items are labeled. It would make ordering faster if I don't have to say "what's that" to a bunch of different items. The other is having ready made options. They have some... but you still have to make a dozen decisions. It would be nice to walk in, see a special bown of the day/week/month and say "I want that", get "that" and pay. read more

oh cava, i love you. i'm originally from the bay area and there's a place here called yalla that's considered the go-to place for chipotle style mediterranean food. let me just say that cava makes yalla seem like a plate of hot garbage in comparison. the ingredients and items at cava may seem very simple, but they consistently taste fantastic together. i've been here twice and have loved both visits. the first time i got the lamb and the second time i got the falafel. delicious! i personally love the harissa sauce. soooo spicy. soooo good! you really can't go wrong with anything here. i'm craving it right now... cava, when will you open up a location in the bay area?! read more

I absolutely love this place! It's my go to after church lately. I've been getting the grain and greens bowl with super greens and black lentils. My protein is this amazing grilled chicken that is full of flavor like it actually came off of your back yard grill! Then I get it topped with crazy feta, harissa (spicy) and hummus. To that I have to choice of additional toppings such as the cucumber tomato mix and roasted red peppers etc. By the time I'm finished I have a nutritionally packed, but tasty meal. This also comes with a side of tasty pita bread. To wash all of this down is your choice of seasonal drinks sweetened with agave or natural sodas. My favorites are the blueberry soda, the watermelon mint drink and the turmeric lemonade! Fabulous and refreshing! Now if you're not feeling adventurous they usually have infused water with lemon and mint available for free! This business often has a good flow of traffic but the service is always good and usually pretty fast. The staff works really well together and they really make you feel like a valued customer. Now, if they could only build one in Owings Mills I wouldn't have to be limited to once a week! read more
