I LOVE Cava! There hasn't been a single time when I've left here disappointed. The food is fresh, delicious, and filling. Not to mention, it's actually good for you! To pull it all together, they have several unique juice options, cucumber mint lime is my fav! Cava is my go to mid-week lunch spot. I had never tried Cava until I stumbled upon this newly opened location near Arvada's Olde Town. Fresh, healthy, & customizable bowls & pita wraps--absolutely delicious, addictive, & affordable! My go-to custom bowl, LOADED with greens, lentils, veggies, and grilled chicken is $12 + tax! A fresh take on Mediterranean flavors in a concept similar to Qdoba & Motomaki. I've now been to 3 other Cava locations in the metro area & hands down, the Arvada location had the friendliest & most helpful staff! The only drawback of this location is it's in a newly built strip, sharing a relatively small parking lot with other popular eateries & a soon to be opened hotel. So go try it NOW & you'll willingly bear any future parking hassles! read more

I am a huge Cava fan. I've been going to other locations for a long time before the Arvada one opened. I was so excited that it came to the neighborhood! Unfortunately, it's obvious that the portion sizes are much smaller at this location than other ones I've been to in the past. I've been about 5 times since it opened, and it's clear that the portion sizes are really really small here. Everything else about this location is good (staff, cleanliness, quality, etc.). However, for spending $15-20 for a meal, I expect it to be $15-20 worth of food. I really hope the management sees this and decides to give a full plate worth of food in the future! read more

My new favorite over Chipotle. It's very simple. Don't be intimidated. The menu is a guide. We custom ordered everything. The shug sauce and garlic sauce are good on everything even leftovers at home. Can I get a quart? I got a salad and added everything from their fixins bar. Two days later a falafal pita. It's great as the falafel was crispy and full of flavor. Saw a lot of steak going on pitas. Lots of mixed diversity of staff and customers. Clean. Bright lights. Nice. Super tasty! The food is so fresh. I walked in and told them it was my first time there and they were so nice and accommodating. Really glad we found this place. Healthier Middle Eastern style food. The bowls are huge, had enough left over for lunch the next day. Staff are really friendly and helpful with dietary restrictions. I started to ask which items were gluten free (celiac, not dietary preference) and as she was answering she was changing her gloves to prevent cross contamination. The food itself is really delicious. Had the harissa honey and avocado chicken bowl. Everything was really fresh and tasted great. It was even better the next day honestly. Husband had the falafel pita. It was also huge and husband said it was pretty good. Will definitely be back. Location is very accessible for mobility devices. I usually love Cava ,but tonight I picked up my order , drove home in traffic, opened my bowl , which didn't have more than half the ingredients. I ordered the market spice bowl, all it was , was rock hard shriveled up falafel , hummus, rice, and garlic dressing. Missing 9 ingredients. I am so angry!! read more
