Apparently I'm to go back every 10-14 days to pay for a refil. I called that day and was not helped, text a couple days later and then again yesterday & today. My poor dog has had no relief and they literally could care less and make having the issue brought up in the vet office taken care of. It's been an unnecessary mess & ongoing lack of treatmen. They do not send prescriptions to any third party. If they do carry the medication you will be forced to snail mail it to Chewy or the like. They do not offer the heart guard injections. You will need to give orally to your dog every month. Parking is a nightmare. There is a parking garage across the street but no elevator that I've ever been able to find and no validation. If the care was outstanding & people there responsive then maybe worthwhile otherwise, at this point, the squeeze is definitely not worth the juice.

Check-in was very easy, the staff at the desk were very kind and helpful. We were taken into the room within 10 minutes of the appointment time. I really appreciated that on the intake form, they survey you on exactly how involved you'd like to be in your pet's care, and how far financially you are willing to go for their care, because we are all thinking about that as owners of pets with expensive problems. Dr. Vlahos was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I felt as though I was offered reasonable options for imaging and testing (for example, an less invasive ultrasound was done first to check the bladder for stones), and I felt like my pet was well cared for. So far, the care for my cat has been going smoothly, and I'm very pleased with it!
