Instead of taking the time to diagnose the issue, they jumped straight to prescribing expensive medication without any real understanding of her condition. Even worse, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I brought up specific symptoms, only to be ignored. Basic diagnostic steps--like a simple blood test--weren't even offered, which is both shocking and unacceptable for any veterinary practice. To top it off, they attempted to push an additional treatment that had nothing to do with my cat's actual symptoms an obvious attempt to squeeze out more money rather than provide proper care. I have zero confidence in their judgment or ethics. I would not trust this place with the care of any animal. Do yourself a favor and take your pet somewhere that actually prioritizes their health over profit.
