Unfortunately, someone called out sick, which would have been understandable but I was not notified of this until after I asked about why there was only one cleaner at my house. The cleaner was very friendly but was horrible. After arriving on time, she left immediately to get more supplies, ok it happens but be better prepared. When she gets back 30 minutes after the original start time, I gave her a walk through of the house. I only asked her to not clean 1 of the 4 bedrooms (Unused guest room), however she never touched my sons room. When I asked her about the master bath mirrors and sinks, she was insistent that there was a "sticky residue" on the mirrors and couldn't get it off. Wiped clean when I did it.... the master toilet, I had to re-scrub since she missed a lot in her "scrub". she had to use my vacuum half way through the job since hers "broke" again unprepared for work..Meanwhile, I am working from home expecting that for someone that cleans houses for a living would not need direction.... however when she reported that she was "done" and loaded her car up before my walk through, I found my exterior fridge untouched, kitchen counters with visible debri and my half bath, laundry and walkway from garage to kitchen, unswept or mopped. When I asked her to complete those tasks she seemed irritated that I would even ask her. I was extremely irritated at this point and left to pick up my daughter from work. When asked how things "went" by the owner I was honest about my disappointment and would not be using them again. I was given multiple excuses, and honestly if I am hiring someone to clean my house it is not my job to babysit them cleaning my house! They should be an expert by now! I was offered a free reclean but there is no way in hell I would want them to give me another mediocre cleaning. I literally paid $150 ($25 discount for my troubles) but feel like I would have gotten a better clean from my 15 year old doing it for free! Don't bother wasting your time or money there are better options out there.

They came over and did a great job cleaning- on a surface level. After closer inspection, I discovered many things they missed that they specifically said they would cover. And the carpets were only vacuumed not cleaned. I took pictures in the inside tracks of my sliding glass door , the ceiling of my bathroom, and the inside of my window sills and sent them to the company. I asked why these things were not done when they were Listed under the things they clean for the "special". This was their response: Hi no the carpets we only vacuum we have a carpet guy but that is a different company with own prices. Im sorry about the tracks the girl must of over looked that. We can come back monday and clean the tracks for you. I was happy that they offered to come back, however I was very mislead by their first message. I felt like they told me that they did what I was looking for and then after the fact finally Mentioned that it was a separate fee with a separate company. Our job was supposed to be a complete clean, even had the manager come out and have a look at what needed to be done. So much was "missed" that we spent an afternoon cleaning after the "housekeeping" was done. Baseboards, windows, vacuuming in corners were all not done, even had to mop the floor because whatever they used to clean the floor left a film over the hardwood. The house was pretty clean, just needed the bathrooms, light fixtures, floors and kitchen cleaned. After 7 hours, and that includes the hour lunch break that came out of our pocket, the floor was covered with dustballs from the light fixtures and the floor had not been mopped. I had to go back and do a lot of cleaning myself. This cleaning service took us to the cleaners.

Liz and Roxie have consistently done a wonderful job each time they've cleaned a property for me. They show up on time and pay attention to details. They are trustworthy (I do not have to be there while they are cleaning because I know they are honest). They have been great to work with and I'm planning on continuing to use their house cleaning service on a continual basis.
