After waiting another week, I followed up again and never received a response. I completely understand that you're busy and that your schedule may be full. What I find disappointing isn't the wait, it's the lack of communication. As someone who was prepared to invest both the time and money into this service, I expected the same level of professionalism and follow-through that was asked of me. Being left to repeatedly follow up without a response feels disrespectful, and unfortunately it has left a poor impression of the experience.

I even asked her if she used 40 volume bleach because I could literally see the bottle when she poured it. She told me no, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially because when I called beforehand, the owner assured me I was "in good hands." Clearly I was very wrong. There was NOTHING good about this experience. Honestly, I should have gotten up and walked out the second she started foiling my hair because the entire process was chaotic and careless.
