Their work was awesome however they are advertising in social media that with every contract you will get $250.00 discount. After the work was done, I asked the owner or co owner (supervisor) about the $250.00 discount. He stated to me with my grandson present that his company wasn't offering such a thing and that I must be confused with,other estimates we received. So I was ok with that received the invoice and paid in full. When I was on social media last evening I saw this offer again. When I inquired about it I was told that because they gave me such a good deal that the $250 was I guess incorporated into "the good deal". No where on the invoice does it state anything about a $250 credit. Just wanted to make people aware that something just isn't right with this. Why when a customer ask a question do you deny offering such a deal and it must have been another company Why do people ruin a good thing Please share with your friends and family. Just be careful when social media offers you a good deal. You may never see it in the end AND now they have blocked me from communicating with them. Guilty conscious maybe!!!
