I have called 3 times to have someone from Lenihan paving to come look at my driveway that they just paved within the last few weeks, there is several spots that look like round marks in the new pavement and the end of the paving towards my backyard is too high so when doing the lawn the blades hit the pavement. Received a call yesterday saying they would come and look at the marks, no one showed up ( and I was home all day) when you pay thousand to have a job done you expect better follow up than this. read more

One star is a gift and overly generous. I would caution you to stay away from this business. I had my driveway paved in June 2017. The contract stated the driveway would be "1" thick". It looked great initially, but this was a facade. Two years later, there are at least 6 holes through the pavement into the base. Measurements of thickness is far from the one inch contractually called for. The thickness is between 1/4' and 3/8" with the majority at 1/4" thick. Obviously, this is done out of pure greed and concern for the profit margin. BTW, the job was $22,000 so there should have been adequate margin. Multiple calls and messages are unreturned, which is contrast to all calls for estimates and scheduling. Obviously afraid of confrontation with the truth and dishonest. I would never hire Justin Lenihan again for anything based on this adolescent and less than honest behavior. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE. read more

We sought proposals for four driveways to be removed and replaced. We contacted four contractors, all with positive reviews on various platforms. Lenihan Paving came in lowest by far. The work was everything promised and then some. They were professional, ahead of schedule and exceeded all expectations. They ended up doing seven driveways on our block alone so far and have more work in the neighborhood lined up. Word quickly spread about the quality of work and reasonable pricing. They were meticulous right down to the cleaning of the street when they wrapped up. Justin personally supervises every aspect of the work to assure quality. It is obvious that his guys take great pride in their work. I spent over thirty years in facility and construction management. Believe me, this is a class operation. read more

I had them install a new driveway for me. They did not install a base coat and the driveway was and still is very soft. Normal car tires leave marks in my driveway, We called them multiple times for service however they would not reture calls. read more

OK, full confession I have not used these guys myself... BUT I have recommended them to 2 of my friends, one commercial business and one residential, and they both selected Justin from multiple bids and raved about the results. I met Justin a few years ago and he's a family man with an extensive background and expertising in paving. What most people may not know is that he also specialized in upscale and custom jobs. Here's an example of his business practices: after winning a job by presenting the best price to my friend, Justin ended up with some extra material at the end of the job. Instead of dumping it and calling it a day, Justin asked if there was anything else that needed paving and my friend ended up with an extra paved walkway from his driveway to his front porch on the house!!! He was very precise during the estimate as to how he would do the job to produce a quality product, and quoted me a very competitive price. The day of the work, he and his crew arrived with a line of very capable and well maintained equipment. His crew was very personable, efficient, meticulous, and it was obvious they took great pride in their work. Would never recommend Lenihan Paving! I had my driveway re-paved in July 2016 and I do not consider them at all professional. I was never given a date when they were coming , but received a phone call that they were at my house when I was on my way to work. He told me I didn't need to be there. He and his crew let themselves into my garage through my unlocked side door and when I got home they had left my beach chairs in the middle of the garage and their uneaten food and garbage along side it. They obviously had no respect for my property, and who knows if they went in my house while I wasn't here. He didn't come that day to pick up his check, nor did they put out any sign that Lenihan Pavng were the ones that had done the job. I thought that was strange. When he came a few days later, he had his cell phone up to his face the entire time. He asked me to rewrite my check to Justin Lenihan, instead of "Lenihan Paving". I said no, we never discussed that was the way I should pay him and I wasn't going to rewrite it. He never once put down his cell phone to talk to me. My newly paved driveway now has a low spot where water accumulates and when I called him to have it corrected ,three times he told me that he would take care of it. To this day - He has not - and when I texted him pictures of where the water pools, granted it was on a Sunday morning, he called me and started using the "F" word. My only recourse will be to take to him to small claims court to have it corrected. So I say - Buyers Beware!! read more
