Barbie is not very impressed and we were coming here to see if they had one particular item that seems to be sold out all over and they didn't. They were friendly enough, and it's a really cool Mall and they have a lot of good stock if you like this kind of thing - but it doesn't really suit Barbie.

This young man is DEFLY an Asset to Nordstrom's and should be recognized for his OUTSTANDING Customer Service, which, quite Frankly rarely exists anymore! Thanks Pedro!!!

I waited for about 5 min, the gal that came out of nowhere was very rude! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, she has black hair in her early 40s. This has been the second time she has been rude. She looked like she couldn't be bothered. As she is going to the back she tells me I get the 10% discount so I can look around and I kindly tell her I'm only getting my order and I thank her and she huff and puffs and leaves to the back. She comes waving/shaking the package yelling "here you go" didn't bother to check if it was the right items or offered me a bag. Thankfully, I stop and check myself and yup the order was incorrect. I go back and tell her and she just seems so angry and tells me to call customer service. I ask her if she has a number I can call and she angrily pulls out a binder and flips through the pages so angry. Gives me the number and just walks away. My husband tells her thank you and she say you're welcome is such a distasteful way. So now im stuck with this package and I go back to ask for a bag and she is nowhere to be seen. Mind you there are other customers shopping. Girls like that should not be in customer service. Now, I get we all have our days, but this one is just miserable. I'm a very polite/kind person. I've worked retail myself, but this is unacceptable. Do better Torrid! Save yourself the headache and do online only.

The woman named CHRISTINA (She is a Caucasian looking female in her mid 40s, with red/ginger hair, a mole on her face, and she has blue eyes if I'm not mistaken.) started making small talk about the item being on clearance, but after I exclaimed how happy I was about the purchase, she then proceeds to say and I quote, "yeah I wasn't aware of the item being on discount! Also..., whoever did your hair...**SHAKES HER HEAD SIDE TO SIDE** it doesn't look good. It needs to be redone". I then just stop talking and then close my mouth. I let her know that she needs to "have a better day" and I left the store. After i make it back to my kiosk because I'm also working at the mall, I inform my manager and she states that the behavior of the sales associate was completely DISRESPECTFUL, and let me know to inform the manager that was working the floor about the incident. As someone who hardly shops and goes to H&M, I can confidently say that I will never go back to this location again, and I hope that H&M actually takes this seriously. *(I tried putting no stars but it wouldn't allow me)*

That was the one at NorthPark Center in the DFW area. And lo and behold, the one there had a pretty dope winter themed Aritzia arcade machine in the store. If I recall correctly, it had a two player mode that was sort of co-op, sorta competitive. Of course, the controls weren't in that great of a shape. So naturally when I was strolling around the shops at La Cantera, I was excited when I spotted an Aritzia. Because, where else can you find an arcade machine in a clothing store? I was super stoked. Walking in, I scoured the entire store for the metallic arcade machine. I saw the snow globe lit Aritzia puffy sphere, but unfortunately this Aritzia does not have the arcade machine. Queue sadness. What they do have, however, appears to be a selection stylish clothing that is not excessively priced. The staff working here are quite helpful and friendly. They also appear to wear articles of clothing available in the store. They can accurately assess your size for each article of clothing, and won't hesitate to gather and carry your selected articles to the dressing room area. The dressing area contains curtains for each dressing stall. Additionally, there are mirrors which assist you in assessing your own appearance. There are also a few chairs and a couch in that area. Would I come back again? Probably only if they have the arcade machine available. Otherwise, it's not really a place I'd normally shop at since it doesn't contain garments that I wear. It's definitely a comfortable store, and I applaud their interior design.

Not once did she speak a word to me or my friend while we were sampling, didn't offer any assistance or even acknowledge us. I'm willing to bet that it was because we looked younger and there's this stigma (especially in the fragrance industry because I work with fragrances), that the younger audience doesn't buy anything. Not only was Norma very unwelcoming and inhospitable, I also observed her eating chocolate pretzels right in front of us while scrolling on her phone. This was a very gross and unprofessional representation of Saks Fifth Avenue and Parfums de Marly. Norma needs better training because she seemed very comfortable doing this as if she does it all the time. There is one bright side to this story though; Patricia came to assist my friend and I and actually spoke to us like we were human beings. She seemed happy to assist us and even made light conversation with us. I felt a lot more welcome speaking with her. Norma could learn from her. If Saks Fifth is comfortable with having their name and luxury brands represented so sloppily, it's only a matter of time before this location closes. Very disappointing experience.

She wasn't sure where the salon was, but the gentleman she was speaking with (he also worked there), said to follow him and he'd take me to the salon. You can't get to it directly, he said. What!? Something about while the salon is part of Saks, it's not really part of Saks. Oh, okay. Well, we go in the back area where inventory is stored, go through a couple of hallways and doors. The last door puts you outside on the sidewalk. The salon entrance is only accessible from the outside, no inside entry. Who knew? After all this, they didn't have what I was looking for. Oh, well.

Not only were they the only folks with the Ariat Casanova in my size and specific shade, they had cute clothes to boot! I was pleased with both the standard pricing and clearance sections. Plus they do offer a military discount! I don't see how anyone couldn't find what they're looking for here boot, hat, or clothing wise. Plus they do have some shelves and displays of home goods that are darn cute! Great selection of Ariat, Levi's, Wrangler, etc. I tend to stick with well known brands as the quality remains but I did get a few random brand pieces that are stunning! The associate's were so sweet, they helped me gather all my things (pregnant belly problems) when I was struggling a bit after try on.
