I visited during the 90% clearance sale to purchase items to send to my family out of the country…read more I ended up buying over 200 pieces of clothing, but the selection was already limited. While checking out, I asked the cashier to confirm that all items qualified for the sale. He assured me they did, but it was clear he wasn't really checking and was just scanning items quickly. After the transaction, I immediately noticed some items did not qualify. He refunded a few on the spot, which I appreciated. However, there were about 10 tops that I also noticed on the receipt while I was still in the store. The cashier told me I could bring them back later for a refund since I had multiple bags and it would take time to sort through everything. I trusted that information. When I got home and reviewed everything, I realized I had paid about $100 for items that were not part of the sale and that I did not want. Unfortunately, I later found out there is only a 7-day return window, which I was not aware of, and now I'm unable to return them. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I feel I was given inaccurate information, and the lack of clear communication cost me money. On top of that, the cashier's attitude made the situation worse--he seemed irritated throughout the process and even made an unnecessary comment when I decided not to purchase a pair of boots. I understand that clearance sales can be busy, but customer service and clear communication are still important. This experience left me disappointed. Dale is who helped me out.

While I understand the frustration that can accompany customers heading into a retail environment…read morewithin the last 30min-1hr prior to closing. I have been in these same shoes, in different retailers. *HOWEVER* we entered the establishment a full fifteen prior to your POSTED HOURS OF OPERATION-which *means* you are to serve customers and guests with the same amount of courtesy, energy, and RESPECT that one would utilize during the middle of a shift, the beginning of a shift, the WHOLE SHIFT for whIch you have been scheduled. ALL PURCHASING CUSTOMERS are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING MONEY IN YOUR BANK AND FOOD ON YOUR TABLE. PERIOD. We went into the store knowing exactly what we were looking for -the discount bin for a few items that we missed the last time we had entered the establishment. As we were confirming that you still had our sizes on your discount racks (because we love clothes that fit, don't we?) I could not help but notice that a three of your floor associates -who were not working in the back area, but standing around-decided to (in a very obvious and projected fashion ) verbalize the closing time. This was a passive aggressive slap- border lining on actual aggression. What was stated verbatim was "WELL look at the time it is 7 o'clock." So please check your schedule 1/25/2021 for your floor walking "customer service " associates schedule for a closing shift. And yes the " " are a slight at these employees as they provided us nothing worthy of the term. As I walked away with my side-eye in full effect and stank face looking right at them, I made sure to also project (very much meeting them with the same aggression) "I know how to look at a damn clock." We did not ask for the names of these three associates in the back. Quite frankly, we had better things to do along a *memorial* dinner to attend. Your employees need sensitivity training -that is 100% a given. They had no idea what the people who just walked in have been going through. Had I been *anybody* else- with a little bit more of a ghetto streak for example -walking away saying "I know how to look at a damn clock," would've been the least of their worries. I question whether or not this location is worth visiting at any time for any reason. I will commend the front end workers. The cashiers were very pleasant and discovered that I was part of the rewards program resulting in an additional discount for my purchase. That was the *only positive experience* I had in your establishment today. Note that it is 7:16 now in the evening. By the time we reached the front door of the mall it was only 7:08(literally across the entire mall). This is how impatient your back of the store workers were. Sensitivity training. Soft skills training.** Get it done**, otherwise the fear of being yet another failing store in a very unoccupied mall, should start setting in very soon. NOTE: BOTH RECEIPTS COMPLETED transaction AND PRINTED by 7:01pm-Making ANY snide remarks laced with vitriol absolutely unnecessary, and shows the value your floor associates place on their positions-little to none.
