I must say I pop into this store from time to time and I never leave out empty handed…read more I visited yesterday. My daughter needed a few things and this store was nearby. She found what she needed. Because the store wasn't that busy, I decided to browse for a few minutes. I left out with a pair of sneakers for under $15. Yes!! I am all about comfort and fashion when it comes to sneakers. My daughter likes the $80 plus shoes, because she does not know better. But I am always in the market for a bargain. I was looking for a sneaker to match some new workout pants I have on the way. I really wanted a shoe with all the colors in the shoe... C-i-t-i was a lifesaver. It was meat to be to visit this store! I found what I was looking for and they are super cute. I cannot hardly wait to wear them to the gym. This store has stylist masks. Clothing for the whole family. Accessories... some of everything. This store is always worth a peek a boo. The prices are good too. Plenty of parking. Check them out soon. This is along the lines of a Ross... but perhaps a step down. This store does not offer as much as Ross. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Well I've been back other times, but this is for most recent experience November 2025. I'm super fan of the Polo brand. I have a closet full of branded suits, shirts, pullovers and sweaters. I still have most of my purchases from decades ago. I'm confident I would have given the outlet a 4 star opening. But I just was not feeling it this month. The Polo store at the Norfolk Premium Outlets is nice. It's loaded with merchandise. A staff perspective n did engage me. Displays are attractive. They offer all the classic designs that customers depend on. So why the 3 stars? Pricing was staggeringly much higher. I'm sure I will return, especially with Christmas quickly approaching. However in all likelihood will purchase less. 3.5 rounding down.

I no longer wear any other yoga pants that are not theirs and am thrilled with each and every item that I have purchased! Yes, the cost is pricey but I will tell you that the items last forever and endure a lot of wear and tear! As someone who is constantly working out or living in these yoga pants, they are being well loved and you would never know! I've only had one pair that tore and that was completely user error! They also have other amazing products like tops, swim, dresses, jackets and more and all are very impressive plus super fashionable! The ladies that work at the store are extremely friendly, they will help you out in any way they can and the customer service is fantastic overall! They also do a lot for the community including give backs, events and more! I highly recommend that any lady that loves workout apparel or simply yoga pants, checks them out!

You rarely see them offer sales discounts, but to be fair, I rarely frequent these stores. The quality of clothing is good, but the prices are overrated. Each of us enjoys dressing stylishly in clothing that is nicely made and still affordable. There is seldom a visit where we have each taken at least 10 items back to the dressing room. It is easy to find sizes, colors, and the ability to find pieces that go together nicely. The staff is always very helpful. You are greeted upon entering the store, staff will take clothing and put it in a dressing room for you so you don't have to carry it around. They also have the work ethic of those that used to work in dress shops. They will hunt down a size or perhaps an item that would go nicely with an item you have in the dressing room. THAT is customer service. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

The staff make commission so they do tend to lean towards the overbearing side by bringing you a bunch of items and trying to get you to buy all kinds of things that you probably don't need, like, or want but they will cater to your needs and bring you whatever you want or ask for while you are in the store which can be nice if you know how to handle it... Since they no longer apparently carry the Lucky jeans I now wear their BKE but I am a picky jeans gal and am particular about the style of the back pockets. They have a beachy, shabby chic, grunge-type style if you ask me... torn and rhinestone jeans with faded T's and lots of Hurley stuff... I typically only buy jeans here - I do love them - but the shirts are not my style. My husband bought jeans, shirts, t-shirts, hats, flip flops, etc. I enjoy shopping here but, as I mentioned above, make sure you are firm about what you do and don't want or like when you first start working with one of the employees inside, otherwise they will waste your time showing you a bunch of things you probably won't even like or want to wear...

They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store is always 100% 5 star clean and organized. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this?
