Cool place with a good selection of whiskies gin and vodka. They do flights with five 1/2 oz pours. You can get a flight and one cocktail. Or alternatively you can have two cocktails. Apparently the law here in NH restricts distillers to those limits. Their straight Bourbon was a favorite among those with us. Also they have a vodka based maple syrup liquor that everyone liked. The place is neat and modern with a variety of table sizes for any side group. The staff were nice and helpful. I would recommend trying it out.

Beautiful facility- all wood and very clean. We sat at the bar and each got a flight of 3 and a mixed cocktail. Both "bartenders" were knowledgeable and patient as we made our choices. We learned a bit more about what we like as they have multiple types of Gin, Bourbon and Vodka. Mixed drinks were delicious. Bought a bottle of ginger infused vodka for making mules at home. There are pre packaged snacks available as well as a few other local product for sale.

We were seated quickly and purchased a flight of vodka and whiskeys. I enjoyed the fig and ginger infused vodka the best. Very clean and modern looking tasting/bar area.

Absolutely loved our tasting and the knowledge level of the young woman guiding us through the tasting! The fig, maple and bourbon were truly spectacular! Everything in our tastings was good but those really shined!! The maple though!!! Had to buy a bottle of that! For missed drinks I got a chicory maple pecan old fashion-very smooth but the amount was disappointing! My cousin got a Bloody Mary....that was fantastic! So good she bought the mix and some horseradish vodka. We really recommend coming here (book a tour too!) and enjoying their creations.

We stopped in here for a tasting and the tour and had a great time! Their maple liqueur is amazing and we ended up taking home two bottles! I also got the blueberry vodka lemonade cocktail and damn, that's dangerous because I could down a pitcher of that and end up in a lot of trouble and not even realize it was alcoholic! The tour was $5 per person and we enjoyed learning about the distilling process. It was well worth the time. The ambiance of their distillery is wonderful with the smells of the ground grains and the wood finish. I could spend all day here.

A wonderful distillery with great variety. Maple and fig vodka were my favorites. Extremely friendly staff. The place is very clean. Outside area and when we were there they had a food truck in the parking lot. Cute gift shop. I loved that I could bring my dog.

A nice distillery with a great atmosphere. I really enjoy their cocktails. Their staff are really knowledgeable as well. All around nice place to visit for some drinks or a flight.

Stopped here after Diana's Bath. Had 2 cocktails each and some snacks before heading back south. Great atmosphere very good spirits and we had an excellent server/mixologist.

I both love (and hate) to write this rave review because I want to keep this lovely distillery to myself. But the point of Yelp is to share, so here goes... I LOVE THIS PLACE and their organic products! Their commitment to the environment, sustainability, and quality of products is far superior to competitors. The fact that everything is organic is important. The care they take in creating their spirits is evident in everything we tasted (which was nearly the whole lineup between the two of us). The prices are very reasonable for what you get. We took home bottles of the gin, horseradish vodka, and the aquavit, but easily could have bought one of everything. The rest of the tasting room is so well curated. From bitters to Miir vessels to apparel, the businesses Cathedral Ledge chose to partner with have values similar to their own. Loved seeing some of my favorite brands that don the distillery name and enjoyed finding news companies to try out. Wish we were closer so that we could visit more often. Can't wait to go back!

Spent our Anniversary in New Hampshire and found this distillery in the bustling town of North Conway. It's a beautiful place with a good amount of seating. We sat at the bar and while we were there the place filled to capacity. It's dog-friendly and we met a 12-week old puppy named Mac who was living his best life with all the attention he received! Hubby got a flight of spirits-mostly infused vodkas. Our favorites were the maple liqueur, horseradish vodka, and cucumber mint vodka. I had the blueberry lemonade which was also good. We purchased a bottle of the maple liqueur - prices are comparable to other breweries and distilleries.

Pretty new distillery in the area. We spoke with the bar tenders a bit and they mentioned the tasting space has been open for about a year now. You can order a tasting flight of any 5 liquors AND they have cocktails they can serve you. They do have VERY limited food available, but its crackers, pretzels, hummus, just basic snack foods. My husband and I each got a cocktail and split a flight of liquors. My cocktail was the fig mule and it was DELICIOUS! Not too sweet and not too strong but you could still taste the different flavors interacting. My husband got the orange dream which was meh, too much club soda in it in my opinion. The tasting flight of 5 maybe combines to an ounce or an ounce and half tops. It is really designed to get sips and not necessarily get drunk from tasting 5 liquors. My favorites were the gin and the maple liquer and we ended up buying bottles of both to bring home with us.

Very friendly staff. Dogs are allowed and ours was lavished with attention. I tasted most of the vodkas and enjoyed them. My favorite was the fig and the maple liquor.

The interior is spacious and chic, everyone greets you with a smile, and the service is just so kind. The cocktails are also delicious and reasonably priced: highly recommend doing the cocktail flight ($11 for three pours) so you can try a variety! We usually order their popcorn as well: $5 for a bowl with unlimited refills. Great cocktails + great popcorn + any of the boardgames that they have on hand = a perfect rainy-day afternoon. I also have to give a special shout-out to the staff at Three of Strong for allowing me to host part of my 30th birthday at the distillery when a previously planned picnic got rained out. I cannot emphasize enough how welcoming and helpful everyone was, setting tables up last minute to seat our large group, getting us paper plates, a knife, and a lighter when I was woefully unprepared for the cake-cutting, and slinging great drinks all afternoon to keep everyone entertained. We've since moved out of Portland, but Three of Strong remains one of our favorite go-to's during our time there. I'd give them 10 stars if they could, and you can be sure we'll be visiting next time we're back in town!

I had never had that before, and it was a delicious pairing. The server was so accommodating about my food allergies. It's been a recent development, so I forgot to tell her till after we had ordered appetizers. She went in the kitchen and modified what they were making in the moment so that I could eat it. I was so grateful. Her and the bartender were in communication with me about which dishes would be safe for me to eat, so they really try to help people in that department. Everything I ate was delicious. Especially the cauliflower bites, pan seared tuna and cauliflower risotto. They hand made me a salad dressing so it would be allergy friendly and it was delicious. I loved looking at the cool stuff on the walls (everything I saw was genuine and relevant to the theme, not just "old stuff" like other restaurants), and the bathroom is astounding. I really enjoyed coming here and I am excited to come again.

You would think the mashed potatoes or braised short rib would soften up the dish but quite the opposite. It was a little hard to eat. We had to use some of the sauce from the Vermont butter chicken dish to finish the rest of the shepherds pie. The Vermont butter chicken was OK. I'm used to traditional butter chicken which has lots of spices as we are big fans of Indian food. So the butter chicken did lack some depth. The triple B and smash burger were on the other hand delicious The drinks all around were a disappointment. I ordered one their margarita, and it tasted so bland. My companions also did not like their cocktails that they resorted to beer the next round. The staff was very friendly although our waitress seemed some what new, as she got confused with the menu a few times. The distillery itself seems to be a popular place but likely more for gin tasting. The venue is spacious and suitable for families. I like that they have different rooms, which can accommodate for groups.
