No grapes were harmed in any way at this winery. All were made with various berries from the area. I will admit that they have developed some very good berry based wines that are superior to the typical blueberry or huckleberry wine I've tasted. Still it's difficult to mimic a good Pinot Noir without grapes, etc. I could make a better argument for trying their ciders. I enjoyed a few of them. Apple cyser tastes like adult apple juice and lavender lemonade is absolutely crisp in the best way, the mint aftertaste is just an added bonus.
