I luckily came here during an off time on a weekday afternoon, but I could easily see a situation where this one ATM could get quite busy which would hinder your ability to get in and out quickly (& avoid having to go inside and wait for a teller). If you absolutely have to guarantee a quick trip, this might not be the right branch for you.

My husband and I decided to stop by this branch (which seems to be the largest Chase locations in the San Gabriel Valley) on a Saturday morning, around 10 am. We didn't have an appointment but were just hoping to see if we could have one of the customer service bankers (the people opposite of the tellers) help us, as a walk in. We were lucky since there was no one waiting and we were greeted by the branch manager when we walked over (but there was several people waiting when we left). He asked us what he could do for us and then referred us to Jason since he was free. Jason was very helpful and friendly. He was able to add my name to my husband's account and also answer a few questions that he had about his account, about a CD, etc. For the most part, this was a pretty easy task (according to Jason these were very simple things). But when we had gone to the Chase in Stanton the day before (we just happened to be in Orange County), this one banker told us that we had to make an appointment, even though there was no one waiting and he didn't have a customer in his cubicle. For those that may need Jason's assistance, he does speak both English and Mandarin. There is also more than one banker, at this location, that can also speak Spanish for those that may need it. In the future, we will come back to this location for any other assistance that we are not able to do online, on our own. And hope we can work with Jason again.

Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. I said okay sure let's do it. She gets all my info, sends me a link and I open a new account for the offer. Right after my account is opened, she tells me "oh I'm so sorry, this offer is only for new customers" I did a deep research and realized Bank of America never had that type of offer for current customers. So she made me open a new account so she can get an incentive. I have been a customer of Bank of America for 12 years and due to this, I will be closing my account permanently with taking all my family out as well.
