Charles Schwab has a hit and miss reputation as far as locations and services offered goes. None of the location in vegas was willing to sit down and help you form a financial plan for an existing account. This location however, went above and beyond to help and Kevin was amazing in his explanation and dumbing it down for the normal person. Appt went very smoothly and I was able to do what I wanted. This location is amazing and extremely helpful. read more

Excellent customer service. Henry Wong is a true gem, professional and caring in a very humanistic manner.

Nobody at that office pick up their phone. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Wei Choa shen took a copy of my driver license and never contact me or leave a note in my account said already verify me. She didn't do her job correctly. I thought front desk pick up phone but not this store. read more

I can't say enough good words about Schwab. Their banking and investing products are smart and easy to use and their customer service is impeccable. This office has challenging parking, so give yourself a few extra minutes when you visit. read more

Customer service is really good here. There was an asian man who helped us who works in the front and he was patient and genuinely trying to assist us. They also have great perks for clients better than other bank institutions. read more

Chris was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond and was happy to help me with my questions.

Very good service and informative! I'm glad there is a building location I can go to instead of doing everything online.

Charles Schwab (Arcadia Branch) - its customer service is top notch. Andrew Chen is very polite and answers all my questions timely. He calls back right away and follow through. I am glad I make the decision to transfer my IRA to Schwab! Good deal. read more

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Andy Chang for the excellent service in my recent banking experience. I have working with Charles Schwab for many years and numerous other banks. Mr. Chang takes the time to explain any questions I may have and goes above and beyond to find the solution for me with professionalism and respect. The passion Mr. Chang has for his job reflects in the way he treats his customers and I am very lucky to have had Mr. Andy Chang's service. You are truly an asset for any corporation and I cannot thank you enough for the time and dedication you spent in making my banking with Charles Schwab such a great experience. read more

Not a fan of this office. Walked in to rectify an account issue because I was in the neighborhood. I've been a Schwab client for years. Was treated like I didn't look the part of the typical clientele. I expect service like you treated other clients who were present... read more

Opened an investment account so that I could get their checking account. No fees or minimum balance!!! If you are traveling overseas and do not want to pay any ATM fees or transaction fees, open a Charles Schwab account. They refund you back all the fees so you can basically use your debit card anywhere!!! So awesome! They do not take cash deposits when you open the account so bring a check book. It was quick to open the account, parked and was in and out within 15 minutes. read more

I came here to make a deposit for my account. There were two ladies who were taking care of customers coming in. The one helping me was very friendly and really great with answering all my questions. I had quite a few so I really appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions and scenarios. Haha. I made my deposit and they gave me my receipt and I was on my way! This office caters to the Chinese community with bilingual paperwork as well as people who speak Chinese. Everyone I've seen here looks like they can assist in English and Chinese (I'm assuming) though I don't know if it's limited to Cantonese and/or Mandarin. The parking here is a bit troublesome as it can get very crowded because Din Tai Fung and JJ Bakery are also in the same shopping area. This location is very convenient for me and I'll be back again! read more

Both times I've been here I've experienced great customer service - the people at the front counter were attentive, patient, answered all of my questions, and walked me through my situation step by step even though most of my issues were supposed to be resolved via Schwab's customer service over the phone. read more

Very courteous and helpful staff. Ample parking. Told them what I needed and completed my transaction within 4 minutes. Very happy.

Tried to schedule an appointment by calling the number they posted on the door as they are closed due to Covid 19. My call was transferred to their customer service and they said someone will call me to schedule an appointment within 48 business hours. No one ever called. I have tried for more than two weeks but still no one called. read more

The people here were very nice, and they treated me very well. I opened up 2 new accounts, and the experience itself was 5 stars. Why am I only giving this location a 3? The rep that signed me up promised to call me and help me navigate through the process a bit--but he did not. I will figure it out on my own, but that was really disappointing. New customers need a bit of extra attention to make sure they know what is going on. As of now all I know is that I have thousands of dollars in two accounts, and a few envelopes I haven't opened yet on my desk from Charles Schwab. At my usual bank (Wells Fargo) if you do anything someone always calls you just to follow up--a courtesy I just assumed was universal. read more

Hubby and I wanted to see what investing products they offer. We stood there waiting and the receptionist didn't ask if we need anything at all. We finally just got annoyed and left. read more

I thought I should give the office a high mark just to balance out the negative review by food S. One does not go to Schwab to inquire about IPOs. They are a discount broker. These receptionist speaks Chinese because the office is catered to Chinese speaking investors. If you don't speak Chinese then you should go to the Pasadena branch. I love the office because it is convenient. I never had to wait as it is low traffic office. I get in and out on deposits. When I do need to speak to some one more I get to see Irene Choi, the branch manager. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr.Leung read more

I called in to schedule an appointment for opening some and transfer retirement accounts. The staff said will call me back but I have never received a call back. read more

I have been to this Schwab office for the last 9 years. The branch manager always is very friendly, competent , cooperative and follows up with every detail of the accounting documents. She always take time from her very hectic schedule, to clarify the details of my investment patiently and deligently. I feel very relaxed and comfortable to have her as my investment advisor. She is a superstar and sets a model for all others to follow ! Thanks for walking the " second" mile ! Her receptionists and staff also work as a team in a professional manner. They are all very customer-oriented ! Hurray ! I am glad I am a Schwab customer ! read more

just popped in an hour ago to make deposit....yes....they do not accept cash.....had to get a cashier's check ( extra trip) but the gentleman spoke perfect english and very professional..to respond to Dr. Leung one does not need to visit the Pasadena office or any other office if he/she is not Chinese or othe asian persuasion.... read more

This is by far the most pathetic Charles Schwab branch I have ever visited. The receptionist just sat there and didn't even bother to see if I need something. I was going to inquire about an IPO but obviously she knows nothing about customer service. The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism are sickening. The financial sector would be better off without her. read more

Definitely the place to go for investment advice. Their personnel are very pleasant and efficient, especially Irene Choi with such a sunshine smile, she was able to answer all my investment questions. read more
