I had a terrible experience at Bank of America, and I do not recommend this bank to anyone…read more Recently, it seems like customer service at many Bank of America branches has become extremely poor. I went to the branch for one simple task: a wire transfer. Sebastian told me it would take about 10-15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, Daniel came over and told me I would need to wait another 45 minutes because I'm the only banker today and I have another appointment, when I asked why you didn't tell me from beginning he said we are short stuff very disappointing. I recommend to everybody to use Chase Bank , much better, customer service and more professional experience. Dear Yelp Support Team,…read more I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent outstanding experience I had at one of your business listings, Foothill Credit Union in Arcadia. During my visit, a staff member named Chandra took care of several issues for me directly from the teller window. Instead of making me wait for a manager to assist, she handled everything herself with great efficiency. I would give this establishment and Chandra five stars all the way for the excellent customer service. Please let me know how I can ensure this feedback is properly reflected on the business's page, or if you can assist in publishing this review. Thank you for your time and assistance.
