We were going to use Book n Bounce which has been fantastic but they were booked several months out. We should have just got on the wait list for Book n Bounce, Jolly Jumps is a joke. If you read the other reviews, they cancel and take deposits often. Don't use them.

They are located in a small sort of strip mall set up, with tons of parking, and very big signage so that you cannot miss it. The staff was extremely nice and chatty. They thanked us for our business and for trying them out. The girls raved about it the entire drive home, and it seems like they had a very good time! To be honest, it is uncomfortable to write details about my experience; but to keep it short and to the point. Shannon just doesn't have what it takes to manage many moving parts. You can hire her to plan your kids birthday party, but by no means can she handle a wedding; and mine had under 150 guests. My other vendors had a hard time coordinating with her and appeared disgruntled towards her. understandably so.
