We have planned events with St. Louis Snow Cone and have wonderful service. The treats are always a hit. They should get 10 stars!

Best snow cones in St Louis! Plus they have other tasty treats as well. Popcorn, s'mores, funnel cakes, kettle corn...the list is big!

Initially, when we started looking at our catering needs, we solicited quotes from several companies. Most catering companies weren't able to deliver all of our wants in our budget, but Hollyberry offered flexibility and competitive pricing to meet our needs. We ultimately decided on Hollyberry based on several factors: they were honest and upfront about their pricing and it was affordable, they offered a fun and innovative menu, and their dishes were able to accommodate multiple dietary needs. It turned out to be a great decision! Once we partnered with Hollyberry, they worked with us to construct our ideal menu including a variety of appetizers, plated entrees, desserts, and late-night snacks. We felt supported throughout the process and having the ability to taste our menu beforehand offered us welcome insights and influenced how our menu was constructed. We ended up working with Nickie who was a wonderful partner. She was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience! The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, Nickie was flexible in accommodating changes to our guest count and was able to take design ideas from us and run with them to create a cohesive vision for the evening. One thing to note: we signed a contract with Hollyberry nearly a year prior to our event and built our contract and menu with one coordinator, but were ultimately reassigned to Nickie. Nickie was so excited to take on our event, but we wished Hollyberry would have shared with her more details and decisions made previously revolving around our event. She wasn't given our updated contract so we had to sync up many of the details we had confirmed 4 months prior. At the end of the day, we were very much on the same page and wouldn't expect this to be a common occurrence. The night of our 140-person reception, Hollyberry was on it! Their waitstaff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the experience at our venue was seamless. Nickie was very much in the moment and made sure to call out guests where there were dietary needs--we never had concerns about folks getting the wrong meal or accidently getting served something that could have caused a health issue. As far as the food goes--DELICIOUS! Particular highlights include the bacon wrapped dates (passed hors d'oeuvre), toasted cannelloni bites and buffalo chicken dippers (late night snack), and the fudgy flourless mini cake bites (gluten free dessert). We ended up selecting stuffed acorn squash (vegan friendly), mozzarella stuffed chicken, and beef tenderloin as the entrees, all of which were excellent, but particularly the beef, with many guests of ours commenting on how great the food was! In all, our experience with Hollyberry was great. They were able to build out an appetizing menu that adhered to our goals, arranged a cohesive vision for the food that enhanced the experience, estimated the perfect amount of food needed for our guest count and delivered a wonderful evening! We would absolutely recommend Hollyberry Catering!

Their selections in both categories are delicious from personal experience when someone did this for me after returning home after a month in ICU. It's very nice to have available when you are home recovering. Although I loved home cooked dishes I also recieved, I also liked this gift as well because everything is also packaged to go in to the freezer and reheating was a breeze in microwave or stove top. Warning.... Beware of delivery. I thought they did their own but for individual orders, they farm it out and the cost is high and IMO not worth it if you are able to pick it up at their cute shop in webster groves and deliver on your own. I almost paid $42 to deliver 1 grocery bag of food to chesterfield! My car costs less for a full tank of gas so round trip delivering on my own was way way less. The amount was not shared with me on order placement and when the charge hit my bank I was really surprised! I called and cancelled the delivery and was issued a credit, but it was a surprise I did not need, if they had just been upfront about the charge while ordering. Love the food, great local business/neighbor and always a pleasure to give them business.

Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. The Good: The Brisket burnt ends were very good with good flavor. The service was very good and the food was delivered very quickly. But that's the extent of the good.... The Bad: The "Pork Steak Burger" was a major disappointment. It was served with nothing on the bun. No Onion...No Pickle...No lettuce...Nothing. Dry ground meat on a cheap hamburger bun. The burger did not have the flavor or moistness of a pork steak. It is pork run through a meat grinder with no seasoning added. VERY Bland...and at $7 was overpriced. I was amazed that there were NO Pork Steaks on the menu...! That is a fatal flaw that will prevent us from ever returning. The slaw was flavorless with too much vinegar and large chunks of cabbage that should have been ground or cut into smaller pieces. It was closer to a cabbage salad with vinegar dressing than traditional "slaw". My wife could not eat more than 1/4th of her serving due to the taste. The sides were substantially more expensive than the local BBQ competition. Standard sides like potato salad/beans/ slaw were all $3 for an average serving. Sides at competitive BBQ in the area are $1.89-$1.99 for better tasting food. A slab of ribs with (2) sides was $24. A slab with (3) sides at the competition is $2 cheaper. The only water they offer is bottled water for $1 a bottle. The BBQ sauce is served in bottles that have no labels. You have no idea what you are getting. They need to install a fly trap. We had pesky fly's competing with us for our meal throughout dinner. If you want excellent BBQ...Including Pork Steaks...Caledonia BBQ, Bailey Jo's in Ironton and Dexter BBQ are ALL better BBQ and more reasonably priced. When the new Sugar Fire BBQ opens in Farmington I will be surprised if Big Dick's in Farmington is still open a year from now.
