TWO HOURS BEFORE the drop off time. I planned my entire nephews graduation around these items as a focal point. The crew said they would call their boss and see. When they returned to our front door, they stated that they could not setup the rental and that they had to cancel due to the weather and that they would need 4 people to remove the rental that night and could not do that. When my wife called Cindy at their office and explained the situation Cindy stated they would still keep our deposit even though their crew cancelled the setup not us. We were going to use Book n Bounce which has been fantastic but they were booked several months out. We should have just got on the wait list for Book n Bounce, Jolly Jumps is a joke. If you read the other reviews, they cancel and take deposits often. Don't use them.

We were planning a holiday gathering for family and friends when I learned about Lillian Judith…read moreCatering. Thank goodness!! Stephanie worked closely with us to determine the menu. Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. At the end of the party they gathered everything up, helped set aside uneaten food for later consumption and left with very little for us to other than sweep the floor and fall into bed after a very fun and satisfying gathering of friends. Eek! Methinks not…read more Many brides prefer to not write a review rather than inform unsuspecting brides of a bad experience. To be honest, it is uncomfortable to write details about my experience; but to keep it short and to the point. Shannon just doesn't have what it takes to manage many moving parts. You can hire her to plan your kids birthday party, but by no means can she handle a wedding; and mine had under 150 guests. My other vendors had a hard time coordinating with her and appeared disgruntled towards her. understandably so.
