Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

He called me 30 minutes before they arrived to say they were on the way. They were polite and hard working men. They did the job rapidly and safely. All of the things that Weinhardt provided were high quality and in excellent condition. I especially appreciated that they did not agree to do the job until they had an inspector come to my house to make sure what I requested would fit in my yard. Extremely disappointing and dangerous experience with Expert Rentals…read more My husband and I rented a trailer and Bobcat from Expert Rentals. While traveling approximately 60 mph on the highway while towing the Bobcat, one of the trailer tires catastrophically failed. As the photos show, the tire was completely shredded, while the remaining tire was also visibly very worn with very little tread. There was no spare tire and no emergency/roadside assistance number provided. We were extremely fortunate that nobody was injured or that this didn't result in a serious accident. A tire failure at 60 mph while towing heavy equipment could have had much more serious consequences. I went in to speak with the manager, Gary Hesskamp, expecting at least some concern or accountability. Instead, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He initially referred to it as "the tire you damaged," implying that we caused the failure. He repeatedly insisted that their equipment was not faulty and that the tires had plenty of tread and were not dry-rotted, despite what is clearly visible in the photos. When I explained that we used a rental company for a reason and that it is their responsibility to properly maintain the equipment they own, his response was essentially, "If your car tire pops, are you going to take it back to the dealership?" I explained that I own my vehicle, so its maintenance is my responsibility. That's exactly why we RENT equipment--we expect the rental company to maintain the equipment they own and provide it in safe, roadworthy condition. Despite all of this, they are still expecting us to pay for the fuel and additional Bobcat hours, even though the tire failure prevented us from completing the job we rented the equipment for. The biggest issue isn't even the money. It's the complete lack of accountability and concern for customer safety. We rented equipment because we trusted Expert Rentals to provide safe, properly maintained equipment. After this experience and the way Gary Hesskamp handled the situation, we will absolutely not be renting from Expert Rentals again. If you rent from this company, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the equipment and especially the tires before leaving their property.

Advised to come back the next day, and they would make it right. Had to have someone else pick up and deliver to the wedding venue over an hour away. Once again, we had miss matched colors. As seen in the picture attached, one of the four head tables did not match. Seriously, the main focal point of the room for the first two hours looked like crap! Luckily, we could hide the other 5 tables that didn't match in the summer lighted areas. Returned all today, and Jim wasn't around. Person who i spoke with didn't seem like it was a concern. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO WITH THE PROFESIONALS.

Started the process of choosing a party rental company for our daughter's October outdoor wedding…read morereception back in July. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

My guests for a movie/birthday party had arrived and were waiting for the arrival of the equipment (I booked for setup hours earlier). The company offered to do another night for me at no cost, and I booked again for a few weeks later. I thought that was a nice gesture, however I must say that I am extremely disappointed that they were A NO SHOW for the second event. What an embarrassment for my family to have a yard full of invited guests for an evening of relaxation and entertainment and the equipment that I needed was never delivered or setup as promised.  Because of the pandemic we couldn't move the crowd indoors, so our evening was a bust. After several calls and leaving voicemail messages, they sent a text and told me that they would be late. We even waited 3+ hours (served dinner) for some type of cancellation communique, but nothing.  I never received any sort of communication or apology about this.  I sent an email to the company to this affect six days later and never received a response. This was a very poor standard of service, especially when they were the ones that offered the second package complementary to make up for the very late delivery on the original day.  I am now looking for a reputable rental company for more parties and we will not be using this company.

My so called "linens" were severely wrinkled with large creases and looked absolutely terrible for my wedding. I cannot even believe this guy is still in business. Firstly, the linens they gave us are not linens because if they were, they would lay perfectly with no wrinkles or creases. The "linens" that were given to us were folded in Saran platic wrap(not hung up like they should be) and with severe creases. My venue called & I called the owner. The owner said," There is nothing I can do about it. We've been doing this for 30 years and we have never had a complaint." He's a liar and a con-artist. He wouldn't even send anyone out to iron the wrinkles/creases. It wouldve taken a whole day to iron the amount of table cloths we got. Thank God we had enough on our tables to hide some of the creases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want trashed Polyester junk with creases & wrinkles.
