Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready. Stephanie and Mary arrived about an hour before the guests and set to work transforming our little place into a festive, inviting party spot. We had holiday cocktails and mocktails, delicious heavy appetizers and desserts that were out of this world. Stephanie literally thought of everything. All the food was labeled so our guests could choose foods that were best for their food sensitivities. Multiple people in the fields with big buckets and multiple bags full. The place where you turn the eggs in didn't care at all about this. Pointless activity when no one follows the rules. The contact was very simple to understand, the process was flawless. The decorated exactly how I wanted. Amen I walked into the event hall it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. The place was set up beautifully. It was very professionally run. The food was top notch, really really good. They actually handled everything perfectly. My only complaint of that the food servers put the good away too quickly. None of the guest were given the opportunity to go up for seconds although there was a ton of food left over. It stated in the contract that food cannot be removed from the premises and that's was fine with me but I would expect my guest to be able to get what was there instead of it being packed away so quickly. Some of my guest left and went and picked up a burger because they were still hungry. There were several guest that did not make the event which means there was more than enough for some folks to get seconds. I'm not sure what happened to the food that was left over but it was a significant amount. My nephew actually did ask for s couple of played to go and was given what he asked for but I'm my opinion the servers should have allowed a little more time for people to eat their fill. I would definitely use them again but I would make sure there would be a better understanding about the serving of the food.

They worked around their already booked day to get me my order and I felt like I was being treated the same as if I had spent hundreds of dollars, making my order a priority. Upon arrival, they waived the delivery fee for my trouble. Yes, there was a mistake, but they knew how to make up for it. The ices were delicious, smooth and creamy with lots of flavor.
