They never showed up for a company picnic I was hosting. I received an email confirming our appointment an hour before the event started saying they would be there, but when it came time to start they were nowhere to be found. Several calls and an email weren't returned, no explanation, no apology. Fortunately, I was to pay them on-site which I guess they don't prefer but in retrospect that was the best thing about my experience with them. At least now I don't have to call a number with a full voicemail box to track down a refund. Some of their reviews are great, some are not. The company constantly emailed during the day pushing back the time of their arrival until they didn't even show up at all! This is terrible customer service and professionalism on their part. Because of this issue my boss had to go last minute to figure out a solution to what was supposed to be a fun day. My coworkers and I were highly dissapointed. And due to reading simliar reviews of them not showing up randomly, I would not waste your time or energy with calling the company and utilizing them for future events. Our manager tried to get in touch with them, and finally, fifteen minutes before the event was supposed to start, they replied back and informed her that they had to cancel, due to "not having a driver." How do you not have a driver for an event scheduled over a month in advance? Our bosses had to run around to fix the issue and find another fun activity for us to do. We had been talking about this dunk tank for weeks and were very excited for it. This company is sketchy, and it looks like we aren't the only ones who think so. Don't waste your money. I would give this company negative stars if I could! They delivered a bounce house to my grandkids birthday party only to come get it 5:00 hours early because there was predicted weather which they new before the confirmed that morning. There was no rain, wind or nearby storm; as a matter of fact the storm never came. They refused any refund and one of their employees let his pants fall down then flipped off a crowd of disappointed children ages 12-2 with both hands because we objected. I rented from this conpany for my kids double birthday party (2 & 5 year olds), they called me that morning to ask if i still wanted to keep my rental which the forecast of possible bad weather. I agreed to keep it. They called 5 hours prior to my scheduled pick up time to tell me they were coming to get the bounce house due to forecast of storms later. The weather was perfect, sunny with no wind and warm! I requested at least another hour of a partial refund. They did neither. They came to the party, approached my husband and i very disrespectful. I attempted to continue to ask for my request nicely until they still declined. After the long show of their poor customer service and dragging the house out of the backyard in front of the while party, they proceeded to let their pants drop to their knees (showed their hind end) and the made volgure hand gesture towards the party that included 20+ children. This company and their employees are rude, greedy, unreliable and down right unruly! If you are looking for entertainment AVOID THIS COMPANY! My small children plus many more lost out in great weather due to this horrible company! And to top it all of the weather continued to remain nice and sunny the remainder of the party without the main attraction. This was a poor way to spend $300.00. read more
