    Terrible Customer Service. Lack of commutation. Do not hire this company for your wedding…read more My husband and I hired Party Creations for our wedding that was suppose to be on June 18th, 2016. We had something come up and we needed to change our date to April 23, 2016. In the beginning the woman we worked with was great and very responsive. We had a big order with them and when we spoke with her and the crew there they were very excited for our event. Everything was great, we paid our down payment and then we didn't hear from them again. .. and then the date change happened. We paid a decent amount on the down payment and we felt bad that we had to change our date BUT life happens. When I spoke with the woman we were working with she seemed alright about it on the phone and I was actually very excited because now we had more money to work with for decorations. Although, when we went into the office and sat down with her and told her all the changes and how we planned to use all of the money we already spent on other things, she immediately told us that they were going to keep a large amount of our downpayment because of our "cancellation." We gave her more than 90 days notice. After a few moments of frustration she finally agreed to work with us. I could barely speak to her, all of my ideas had gone out the door and basically left her the basics. It took her almost 3 to get back to us with a new quote. I would call her at least once a week and she would respond to my question of where she was at with adding 5 strings of lights and a pipe and drape background with "Ummmmmmm.... Ummmmm... I am still working on it. Can I call you tomorrow?" then she would not call. When she finally got our quote back to us I was furious. We had originally ordered 10 string of lights at $18 a piece ($180 all together) and the new quote only had 5 more and the price went to $500!! RIDICULOUS! Her explanation for this was that one of her "guys" was 7ft tall and he could do the perimeter with out using a latter. There were many other things I had issues with when it came to the quote but I wanted to be done with dealing with her. The week of the wedding was a whole separate issue. When I called this woman the Monday before to ask what time they would be arriving at Piper Glen, she answered "Ummmmm... I am not sure. I don't know the schedule." IT WAS THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING! And then she told me she would call me back "Later" and when I asked what time that would be she responded " later today" .... ok thank you. Again, I received no phone call and had to call her back on Tuesday. SHE WAS HORRIBLE! I am not the only one who feels this way. I have spoken with three other brides who have had this same type of experience. The sales woman has terrible customer service and is very very bad at communicating with her customers. She is very rude and does not care that this is YOUR special day. NOW, the crew that came to set up for our event did a GREAT job! They were so nice and everything looked perfect! We had some of our lanterns fall down Thursday night and when I called to see if they could come back out they were there within the hour! I was very pleased with their work and if I could have just worked with them instead of sales woman I think that I would have had a way better experience.

Some swift action on the part of the office resulted in the guys bringing two more pieces by the day's end which allowed the team to decorate as planned. They came precisely at the agreed upon time the next day to remove them so we could prepare for another event happening the next morning. Everyone was courteous during these arrangements and demonstrated true professionalism that will have me coming back to Party Creations for many other events.

I went to the initial meeting with wright's, my fiancé & mother in law. When we left all three of us we're under the impression we where paying for them to set up the decorations in the hall for the reception & along with the tent in a different location for the ceremony. They asked us specifically where everything needed to be set up, as detailed to where what tables & decorations went where. They set up only the tent. Didn't set up the lights that go with the tent. We had to bring in our own ladder to do that. Also we needed a speaker with a microphone for the ceremony & officiant. The one they sent us was so dated that there wasn't a Bluetooth option or usb option to plug in. We had to buy a separate piece to make it compatible. There where also a handful of items missing. Mind you this is all happening 1-2 days before the wedding. I wouldn't have paid any party company just to simply rent decorations that I had to also set up. So my stress free wedding became a nightmare in setting up. I would never use them again.

    We went with Premier Party Rentals for our backyard/barn wedding in Labadie, Missouri in September…read more We ordered 14 round tables, 130 wooden chairs and wine and water glasses for 130 guests for our DIY wedding along with a 40x40' tent and tent lighting. Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

Premier Rental was very fair in their pricing and delivery requirements. We rented three cocktail tables and 75 chairs and they were high quality products. They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

    These people are the absolute worst in the area. The owner is a complete jerk. My fiancé called to…read moremake the last payment a month before our wedding and the owner told her that no payments had been posted. She responded as anyone would (without yelling or using foul language) and the owner refused to accept her payment and told us they will not rent to us...after we had already paid them! My sister also rented from them and had a similar problem (as another reviewer) with the dance floor being completely unusable. Throughout the entire process, the owner and all the staff were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I just got off the phone with them, as they refuse to talk to my fiancé now, and the owner said she's posted a refund to our debit card but the transaction hasn't showed up and this is day 3. When asked how long it usually takes she responded: "I don't know, I'm not a credit person." in a very rude, cold tone. I'm afraid I may have to report them to the BBB and get in touch with an attorney in order to get our money back. The whole experience has been utterly terrible. We were initially quoted a price for tent + table + chairs + dance floor. They itemized the costs. When we removed the table and chairs, the price did not lower accordingly. The difference was a few hundred dollars higher than it should have been. It appears as if they set the cost at whatever they feel like at the time. If you want your wedding and/or party to be a disaster, these are your guys. Otherwise, save your bride the stress and look elsewhere :) Update 6-6-11: They short-changed us on the refund. BBB complaint was registered in hopes of receiving the rest of the refund. Update 8-8-11: BBB closed the complaint unresolved: "Customer not satisfied with business response; BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint". The complaint was to receive the rest of our refund to which the owner went on a 450 word rant about how good her business is, how many weddings they have a week, what liars we are, and how terrible we were as customers. Conclusion: This business has treated us like the trash. The owner is incredibly rude and our very simple problem of a refund was not resolved (they were willing to take a BBB hit rather than issue a full refund?? Talk about a hard-headed morons!). A business that dropped us days before the wedding and wouldn't even issue a full refund...I can't imagine why anybody would want to do business with these scammers.
