The staff were all super friendly and communicative. Lindsay called after booking to confirm details (in particular, the power plan) to ensure success. Zack delivered and set up (with another guy, but i didn't catch his name) and was super friendly and said I could call his cell phone at any time with questions. He showed me how to turn the power on & off, and how to use the generator. I wish I got the name of the guys that picked up the inflatable because they were also incredibly nice, but they were self-efficient and we didn't really need to interact. We will definitely use them again.

I called all over the area, but most places either didn't have heaters available or couldn't deliver on the weekend. It quickly became a stressful situation! The team at The Bounce House went above and beyond to help. They had a last-minute cancellation and worked hard to secure three outdoor propane heaters for us. Since delivery wasn't an option, I arranged for someone to pick them up, and they worked closely with me to make everything happen. What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile and their wonderful follow-up. They called and texted to make sure everything was okay and that the heaters were working properly. Thank goodness for those heaters! It was absolutely frigid for an October day in St. Louis, and they made a huge difference in keeping our guests comfortable. I truly appreciated their flexibility, communication, and outstanding customer service during an already busy and stressful time. I highly recommend The Bounce House!

As expected, I'm sure some actors are better than others and it's the luck of the draw depending on availability but.. they called me 10 min before they were supposed to begin their performance and said that one of two performers were "stuck in traffic and going to be 10min late"... 1. That was probably false because I heard later she was stuck at another party. 2. I asked if they would be able to shorten their 30min performance to 20 if the venue would not allow us to stay later than our agreed timeframe.. and her response was "well we can just refund you"... What?! I had 12 toddlers waiting excitedly to see princesses. What kind of professional problem solving is that? I convinced the venue to give us a little extra time, even if I had to pay extra. Then the one princess that was in the parking lot finally decided to come in on her own. The "grand entrance " wasn't grand at all. A flop. The second princess finally showed up a little later.. they both looked disheveled.. the performance was so scripted and they were bad at being flexible with the little ones and answering their questions off script. The kids didn't notice but the performance was a 5/10 at best. The singing was fine but they sat on the floor which I thought was weird. They did not crown the birthday girl. They did the bit with giving her a wand. She would have loved the crown instead but they didn't ask me. One of my guests later told me that she had a similar experience when hiring them in the past and them showing up late. I was at her party and I remember the performance being better than this one but somewhat rushed. On top of all of that, the communication before is terrible. You email like they ask you to and no one responds. To speak to someone you have to schedule a call on the website. Would never hire them again. Skip them and save yourself the stress!

When I called to inquire about entertainment for the Black & Red Ball, Karen took down the info and got in touch with me immediately the next morning. She said she was sending a stilt walker & juggler, and naturally, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. The part that cracked me up the most was when I asked for the entertainer's first and last name in order to have it on hand for the venue, the answer I got was "Casey the Entertainer." Is "The Entertainer" his last name? When he was born, using the middle name Michael as an example, was "Casey Michael The Entertainer" listed on his birth certificate? Circus folks are such a funny breed! Casey T.E. showed up in plenty of time, and to my surprise was donned in black & red to fit the theme, which i thought was so thoughtful. He hopped right up on his giant stilts and made the way around the party with his light up rings! What i loved about him was that he felt totally natural and confident, so he didn't just stay where I suggested, he literally walked around everywhere. He also let one of our yelpers juggle (shoutout to Hao!) which was so much fun! I could not have asked for a more quality entertainer. Definitely give them a call if you need any sort of entertainment. They're a little on the pricey side (okay maybe a lot) but in my experience, it's worth it!

If you need a photographer in St. Louis, look no further…read more I've hired Jenn for both my professional headshots and a family session in the park and she was fantastic for both! I HATE having my photo taken, but she actually made the process fun and worked with me to produce really flattering headshots. I've gotten multiple compliments from friends and colleagues on my new headshots, and I would recommend her to any professional without hesitation. For our family photos, I was blown away by how patient she was with my 3 year old son, who was not in the mood to have photos taken the day of our shoot. She cheered him up in impressively short order, and ultimately she took gorgeous photos that captured our family's personality perfectly. And when I thought it couldn't get any better, she turned around the proofs and edits for both sessions very quickly! She was professional and communicative throughout, and I can't overstate just how much I've enjoyed working with her.

For my parents' party we let them choose what they thought was the best and they were beautiful! They were gold and white satin striped with gold lame (not lame, but lame with an accent that I can't type) bows. The centerpieces were also gold, not overpowering, just adding something to the table. This business started out when the owner's daughter was getting married and she wanted to cover those chairs at the hotel banquet room, so she made her own covers. Through word of mouth references, her business has grown and she has several facilities she deals with as well as many brides. I have to add that I have known the owner of this company for MANY years. She is very diligent and customer-oriented. She did a great job of dressing up the room for our party and for that I am grateful!
