Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

My guests for a movie/birthday party had arrived and were waiting for the arrival of the equipment (I booked for setup hours earlier). The company offered to do another night for me at no cost, and I booked again for a few weeks later. I thought that was a nice gesture, however I must say that I am extremely disappointed that they were A NO SHOW for the second event. What an embarrassment for my family to have a yard full of invited guests for an evening of relaxation and entertainment and the equipment that I needed was never delivered or setup as promised.  Because of the pandemic we couldn't move the crowd indoors, so our evening was a bust. After several calls and leaving voicemail messages, they sent a text and told me that they would be late. We even waited 3+ hours (served dinner) for some type of cancellation communique, but nothing.  I never received any sort of communication or apology about this.  I sent an email to the company to this affect six days later and never received a response. This was a very poor standard of service, especially when they were the ones that offered the second package complementary to make up for the very late delivery on the original day.  I am now looking for a reputable rental company for more parties and we will not be using this company.

When I called the store, the woman answering was very nice, pulled up my quote and educated me on the process. My hubby and I visited the week of. Unfortunately his SUV wasn't large enough to transport the tables and they didn't have delivery available. We borrowed a friend's truck to pick up the items. A mishap occurred when they gave us the wrong chairs which we were able to quickly exchange. The employees were very apologetic and recognized their mistake. My deposit was returned within a week. BTW, Their wedding decor for rent is really unique. Not that I will need that but fellow Yelpers, keep them in mind for your upcoming nuptials!

Luckily, we could hide the other 5 tables that didn't match in the summer lighted areas. Returned all today, and Jim wasn't around. Person who i spoke with didn't seem like it was a concern. Started the process of choosing a party rental company for our daughter's October outdoor wedding…read morereception back in July. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

My daughter recently turned 12 years old and wanted to have friends over to the house for her…read morebirthday party. I wanted this to be a very special day for them all. So many kids birthday parties are held at trampoline parks and similar places, which are a lot of fun, but I was looking for something that would really stand out my daughter and her friends... Something that they could always look back on with the fondest of memories. That is where Book-N-Bounce comes in! I inquired about the services and received a prompt and friendly response. Because my thought to rent a water slide was sort of last-minute, I thought I would be out of luck - Not so! I worked with Matthew who was very accommodating and made it all happen. In addition to the water slide, I also ordered a snow cone machine with all the flavors. Matthew arrived early and got everything set up and tested. It all went very smooth and the kids had the time of their life. The snow cone machine also came with cups and scoop which was very helpful! Matthew and I agreed on a time for pickup, and he was there when he said he would be - Got everything taken down and loaded up in no time at all.
