The team has such great energy they added to the whole night...not just with food, but also with their presence. We built an amazing menu (see the images) -- crowd favorites were the the pumpkin aranchini, porchini mushroom pasta and the homemade tiramisu. We had leftover meatballs the next day and they were just as good as the night of the party. I would highly recommend catering with Mamasama. The cosmic fries were below average and that could stem from the way the fries are made (shoestring style) but even then the seasoning on it was nothing special. The cosmic fries came with a cosmic sauce that was great and was a perfect addition to the burger. The Venus wings were solic with pretty good texture but ridiculously overpriced with a price tag of 13$ for 5 wings which is a scam, if you charging 15$ for wings they gotta be the best wings ever (they weren't). I'm happy to report that it was everything I wanted it to be! I love the thinness of the patties and just everything about the burger. The guys were very friendly and the wait was very short. I will definitely be visiting there soon to open brick and mortar location.

He says this was hands down some of the best barbecue he has ever had. He said, "Mom you have to post this truck". The food was awesome and the people were so nice. And so cheap. These aren't your "boiled-first-then-smoked" mushy ribs. These are toothsome and have texture; a beautiful smoke ring, smoky and a little spicy. Perfect without sauce and even more so with it. The Chuckwagon beans are my favorite iteration of baked beans I've ever had. Bits of ground beef add texture and the molasses a bit of sweetness. Give them a follow so you know where to stalk them

However, and this may be just my opinion but, if you're going to call your food truck "The Fried Egg" perhaps eggs should be a part of the make up of most of you menu items. Given the current menu options I think a better name for this truck would be "The Fried Egg is a $1 add-on option." I mentioned to the young lady taking my order that it surprised me that, given the name of the truck, I would have to pay an up charge for an egg. She relayed my sentiments to the cook, who may have been the manager or owner. Nevertheless, I ordered the Classic Smash Burger and did ask for the fried egg add-on. The food was prepared really quickly and the burger looked perfect. However, the young lady informed me that unfortunately they only had 4 eggs left and that they all fell and broke on the floor before my burger was ready. So she handed me a $1 bill as a refund.
