It is a small restaurant and it is definitely a no-frills type place. My server took awhile to get over to me when I first seated myself and after giving me a menu, took a bit of time to get back to me to take my order. She was friendly enough, though. As I said, I am pretty obsessed with pupusas, so I went with them. I will say that they are a bit more expensive than what I normally pay for them. I usually pay about three dollars a piece for them. Here, they offered a plate of three pupusas for thirteen dollars. So, I paid four dollars more than what I would pay at most other places. The food came out and I tore into my pupusas. They were okay, but nothing beyond average. It seems the filling was more bean and not so much meat. I guess overall, I can only give it three stars. The food warrants three stars, but the value compared to the quality and taste is only two stars, but I will still keep it at three stars overall.

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Mexico, so these tacos definitely hit the spot. Our favorite was the tacos de asada, and a close second for me were the flautas, though I wish we could have got them with asada as well (the option wasn't online). I think next time I'll just order at the truck, but there WILL be a next time lol. I'd also love to sit and enjoy them at their outside tables on a nice day too.

The place looks clean and the bathroom too. My Dad wanted to try a soup, but they only has those for lunch apparently. We ordered pupusas, fried yucca, beef tacos, chicken tacos and carne asada. The pupusas were good, they needed a little more filling. The chicken tacos really were like Mexican flautas, but they were cover on Mayonnaise and a salad. It was too much mayo, to be honest. The carne asada was a big plate, unfortunately the meat was overcooked and dry. They fried yuccas were good and the beef tacos. I think overall the pupusas were the best. The service was good. We order at the counter and then they bring you the food. They have a selection of juices and desserts too. So overall I recommend it to go and try it for yourself!
