We had brisket, pulled pork, two large sides, Texas toast, and four drinks. Then Ernie ordered a side of fries and Arlynn and Noe ordered two large sides(come slaw and Mac n cheese)of BBQ Baked beans. We met at 2pm, after the lunch crowd was gone. I loved the murals all around the building on Roosevelt Blvd(near Edgewood exit). Parking was fine. I went in and told the Waitress I was there a little early. When everyone was there, I went up and ordered. Everyone employee was so nice. The BBQ & sides were delicious. The sweet tea was very good. Now that know exactly where they're located-I will be back soon for more great food and warm atmosphere. Thanks going out to the Owner and staff that served us.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they offered burnt ends as not many spots do. I ordered that, the Cole slaw, and the potato salad. Not a huge fan of the potato salad but i enjoyed everything else! I was also able to try their ribs and pulled pork from other plates at the table with me and those items are really good as well. Solid spot!

Well, the owner of the food truck (Will) is a Jacksonville'n. He wanted to go home and give his home town Jax peeps a lil sumthin sumthin of what they have to offer, Hawaiian and Filipino food. So on their first trial, they set camp just right outside the Orange Park Mall parking lot....and it was a hit. The smell and aroma alone coming out of their roof vents was enough to attract you to the truck like Zombies to noises. Their menu is pretty simple. The top sellers here are their Signature Plates: Huli Huli Chicken, Teriyaki Beef and Kalua Pork. I ordered the Huli Huli Chicken (5/5), Kalua Pork (5/5), Spicy Spam Musubi (5/5) and Regular Spam Musubi (4/5)...all fantastic in their own rights. All in all, I foresee big things happening for this truck. Great tasting, delicious, yummy tummy food. You can follow them on Instagram for more info and on site locations. Additionally, future plans include opening up 3-4 more food trucks in the future. Until we meet again S&S...

They also offer sandwiches and spam musubi's. As an East Coast local joy from Kaimuki on Oahu I was psyched when I saw that I was going to be in Orlando and Chef Willi would be at a local micro-brew. So I ordered a Spam Musubi, the Huli-Huli Chicken plate lunch and the Kal-Bi Rib plate lunch. The proteins had a good char on them which is important. The Kal Bi ribs were very tasty just like I remembers them and the boneless Huli-Huli chicken had a nice sweet taste to it. The rice was made in a rice cooker so of course perfect and the Mac salad was good - a bit too creamy for my taste but the best I've had on the mainland. Mahalo Chef Willi for bringing some of the island to the east coast!

I realized I had bad attitude one day, and I needed to change it, and the best way to change it?…read moreHave a fabulous lunch. Ella Maybe the best lunch you can have in North Florida. Yes, I'm talking about eating at the food truck called On the Fly. Calling it a food truck is in this number, I'm not sure what you would call. It is fabulous. Now let's start off with the negatives, parking is not as easy as it is for most lunch places, but it's really not that bad if you know what you're doing. There are plenty of slots on the street before you get to the restaurant, and if you called ahead and are just picking up then you can park in the reserve lot, where On the Fly is located. Now these spaces are reserved for lawyers going to the courthouse, which is nearby. So you can't park there here all day, but if you're just stopping in for lunch or if you've called ahead or just picking up takeout, then you should be fine. If you're in someone's spot, the first place to look is the restaurant, so just know you may have to move fairly quickly. For me, I like to call in advance, place my order, and then Park in one of the spaces. Then I pick up my food and go and I'm only there for five minutes. Now that that's all out of the way, let's talk about some of the best food that you will have in Jaxonville. On the Fly sauce - I think this is made by a team of leprechauns they keep in the back of the food truck. Because it comes out so fresh, so delicious, and if they sold it by the gallon, I would be numero Uno in buying it. Blue chips - a great starter chips and blue cheese, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and delicious. Firecracker Sesame seared Tuna - another solid performer, it has some kick to it, although the tuna is always perfectly cooked. Sweet and spicy quesadilla - oh my God, this dishes as close to heaven as I think I will ever get to. The chicken is so tender and put into a tortilla with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and covered in On the Fly sauce. I don't know how but this works so well you cannot imagine. Service 5/5stars Food 10/5 stars Parking 3/5.

Which isn't a truck- it is an adorable, classic looking camper- which appeals to me as much as Sangria. The look is complete with a camper yard with seating! By the time we circled back around there was a line, naturally. They offered 3 Sangrias. Mexican Fiesta- Red wine, brandy, lemons, oranges, limes, pears, apples, sprite & garnished with orange peel. Passion Fruit Sangria- Riesling, simple syrup, lime, oranges juice, pureed passion fruit, blackberries, ginger & garnished with lemon twist. Summer sunset- a blend of the Mexican Fiesta and the Passion Fruit Sangria. We went with one each of the original blends. One Mexican Fiesta- everything you expect in a sangria & one Passion Fruit Sangria- a refreshing twist on a white sangria! Absolutely loved the concept- after going on their website I am teased with the concept of renting the truck! They also have a portable bar to rent! What an amazing addition to an event!

Sometimes sangria can be way too sweet or dry and they worked their recipe out perfect. I wish I got both the names but I tried both flavors they had. One of them was named Honeydew or something and it was fantastic. Not only are the drinks great but the girls bartending (assuming the owners) are the coolest of the cool and created a very relaxing atmosphere with little couches out front. The truck is also not a truck but the cutest little camper decorated to the T. It would be perfect for a party! I'm also feeling a little buzzed and I only just started on my 2nd drink... and I'm no lightweight.
