This is such a hidden gem!!! My husband heard about this food stand/truck from a friend and decided…read moreto try it! We were craving authentic Mexican food and so glad we gave this place a try! It's tucked behind the 76 gas station on Blanding Blvd and has an outdoor area for dining. Super cute area with colorful decorations in the dining area! They even have a hand wash station to clean your hands too! Parking wasn't an issue when we went around 11am on a Sunday. The ladies working there were super sweet, happy, and made sure we were taken care of! We had the following: Birria tacos: 9/10 - I've had plenty of Birria tacos and these were one of the best ones I've had! I don't like soggy Birria tacos, where they don't grill the tortilla for a crispier texture. They did it just right here and the tacos came out fresh, hot, crispy, with a lime and good amount of consume (dipping sauce) on the side. As soon as I bit into one, it was game over! The consume was packed full of flavors and you can taste the heartiness of the broth and fresh herbs and the meat was so juicy!!! The lime added a fresh, acidic element to the tacos and my husband and I enjoyed them every much! I'm still dreaming about them till this day! Husband ordered a lengua (tongue) taco, al pastor (pork), and carne asada (steak) taco. He was especially excited for the lengua as a lot of places don't serve them (the ones that we have tried so far). Lengua taco: 10/10 - He devoured that taco in like two minutes! The taco was filled with lengua and generous on the veggies (cilantro, onions) and lime. Now I don't typically eat lengua tacos as the texture throws me off, but I had a bite and these were amazing! The lengua was so tender and the flavor on them was chef's kiss! I would absolutely eat this taco again! Al pastor taco: 10/10 - His favorite taco and I could see why! The pork's flavor was wow! It was like an explosion of flavors in our months and it was also devoured in 2 minutes haha. They give you so much meat for your buck too! The veggies were packed on the taco as well! Definitely getting this taco again next time! Carne Asada taco: 9/10 - Husband loved this taco and the steak was juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. They give you quite a bit of meat for your taco as well! You know it's good when you're biting it and juices fall out from the steak! I had a bite and it was rich, little fatty, and overall, pretty tasty. Would have rated it higher, but the other two tacos were just a smidge better than this one. Elote: 9.5/10 - I love love Mexican street corn on the cob and oh my goodness! I took a bite and went straight to heaven! It was smothered in mayo, cotija cheese, tajin, and came with a lime. Even with all these flavors going on, you can still taste the grilled corn. The corn was slightly nutty with a hint of sweetness. They also sell it in a cup (Esquites) The prices were super reasonable (between $4-$5) for tacos. They also have other menu items like tortas, burritos, quesadillas, sopas, menudo, etc.) They even have a Birria pizza! We were a little bummed they ran out of aqua frescos though, but it's okay! Next time for sure! If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out this place! You will not be disappointed!! They also do specials so make sure to ask them for the special of the day too.

Very good service, perfect food quality and taste. I'll return for sure location could be better so…read morethey would get more business but when you know where it is you will come back

This is an Italian Ice & Food Truck experience. Chasing down this food truck is a sure "CAT &…read moreMOUSE" game. Make sure you have gas and check their social media. They are not always open nor near. My hunt today was specific to my craving for a cold treat and attempt to be a FIRST TIME CALLER. The truck is very bright, DECORATIVE, clean, and fun by looks. The service is typical of a Food Truck Experience. Not much to explaining the menu or making suggestions. It's more like "what do you want?" or "Are you ready?" I arrived with two Kids in tow (teenager and kiddo). After a study of social media and looking at the menu we landed on Strawberry Lemon Drop (teenager), 904 Paradise (for me) & Cotton Candy, Airhead topped Cotton Candy & Rainbow ice regular size - totaled $31 Lemon drop - it was a good mix of flavors; however my daughter was DISAPOINTED with it being a juice and MELTING so quickly 904 Paradise - this menu option it hit me just like the name PARADISE. The combo of Mango, Piña Colada, & Coconut was enjoyable and mesmerizing (I topped it with my own sour gummy worms which popped the flavor). This was the REFRESHER I needed. Cotton Candy & Airhead topped Cotton Candy & Rainbow ice - was PICTURESQUE. My little one smiled when she received it. She didn't finish because the Rainbow ice was DISPLEASING for a kid (somehow someway they should make this a cherry or punch flavored ice) $31 seemed a bit much too (but ten dollars a person is somewhat REASONABLE) I do think they need a kids cup option or cup of the day special. Also, every cup is itemized (not explained) so it can be edited and it drives the cost up. Also, I did not tip since it's a food truck. I'm sure they're not making server wage
