I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted. They even said that if the problem was more than just a screen replacement, they would fix it with no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

He was able to see me right away and was super knowledgeable and transparent about what the possible issues were based on the problems my devices were displaying. Dan was also very transparent about the potential costs and success rates of various fixes, and gave me options in different price ranges for what I could have done.
