We decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping our previous experience was just a one-time issue, but unfortunately we encountered the same problem again. We genuinely like supporting local businesses and would much rather be leaving a positive review. However, being completely overlooked after being seated is frustrating and not the experience we expect when dining out. We hope management addresses these service issues so future customers have a better experience.
