Really glad I found this place. Their hours are super flexible when it comes to pick up and drop off and they really love their feline guests. We could check in on them on a 24/7 designated web cam, and, after a short settling in period of a few days we could see they became relaxed and seemed to be having fun making friends with other kitty guests on their terms. This is the *best* Cat Hotel I've been to!! My kitty condo was big and i was able to streeeeetch and waaaaalk inside it. I received lots of attention, and because I am very sweet and gregarious, I was free to roam outside my kitty condo. That was paw-some! We began using this service last November, at the recommendation of some friends. Prior to this, we had enlisted the help of friends and neighbors to watch over our cat. This left our cat without much attention; only at feeding time. Because our cat is a people lover, we wanted to do something different, and thus tried Cat Sitting Hotels. Greg, the owner, is a true cat lover and runs a highly professional operation. The facilities are super clean, and the kennels themselves are spacious and warm. Cats get a ton of individualized attention, which is great, because our cat loves attention. Special needs are gladly met. Best of all, they have webcams, so you can check in on your kitty from afar. Greg e-mails us with updates and pictures of our cat while we are gone, advising us on how our cat is doing. I assure you, you will not find this level of service elsewhere! We've used the Bothell location almost half a dozen times in the past six months. Greg is pretty much like family, and our cat is now immediately at home on arrival. For the first time I decided to leave my cat at a boarding house and I was pretty nervous since she's pretty old, doesn't like strangers and hates other cats. Greg was great in selecting a "room" for her that was out of the way of other cats and had a great view out the window on the "2nd' floor. I immediately felt at ease after meeting Greg and seeing how much he cared for the cats. When I emailed him to check in on her he responded promptly to let me know how she was doing. We just picked up our cat Louis after a weekend trip. This is the only boarder we've been to where Louis isn't practically jumping in his carrying case ready to come home as soon as we arrive... he loves it here! We liked the webcam and the photo updates. It's always been a pain to leave our baby to someone else but this time Greg and his staff took so good care of her that we don't feel guilty during our trip. She's able to walk around during the day and her room was large enough so that she won't feel like in prison. I've boarded my two cats with Greg several times. He is always friendly, professional and accommodating to our requests. I know Max & Marley are in good hands as he takes great care to make sure they are comfortable and looked after. I just picked up Delilah following eleven days at Cat Sitting Hotels' new location in West Seattle. What a great experience for Delilah. Greg and his staff took great care of her. I strongly recommend boarding your cat with these very friendly, cat loving folks. Delilah settled right into her routine once she got home: this tells me that she was comfortable while she was there. I loved that I could check on D whenever it was convenient using the video camera focused on her hotel room. She got out to play with the staff regularly and Greg told me about her interactions with the caretakers and with the other cats (Delilah doesn't particularly like cats). I'm overdue writing this review. We have been taking our cat here for the past couple of years and this is the best experience we've had boarding our cat. Previously when we had to board our cat at other places, she was very scared of the other cats and sometimes came home feeling ill. Ever since we've started taking her to Cat Sitting Hotels, she has become used to other cats and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Greg and his team are true cat lovers and do a great job of getting to know the personalities of each individual cat they keep. If your cat is comfortable interacting with other cats, they are allowed to walk around and stretch their legs if they need a break from their cat suite. If your cat prefers more privacy, that is provided as well. I always thought my cat just hated all other animals, but the first time I took her to Cat Sitting Hotels, I discovered her happily walking around and snuggling up with other cats when I picked her up because the staff do such a great job at helping the cats feel comfortable. Greg & his staff are wonderful. We are new to owning cats. Our cats are very social & we could not imagine leaving them alone in our house while we travel. Greg & his staff pour on the attention to their cat guests. They play with them & actually gets to know the cats likes & dislikes. Without charging you extra for playtime. I like that the cats are safe & have more than a small crate to be housed in. In addition, the cats can have free time to play outside their guest room. I like that the cat rooms have windows - Abby loves looking out side. We have used Cat Sitting Hotels (in Bothell) 3 times within this past year. Our cat Abby recognizes the house & the surrounding. She is shy until she gets to know you. After the 1st visit, Abby knew Greg & his staff. In fact, wanted to be petted by Greg when we dropped her off the 2nd time. It is a funky place when you drive up; although, like others we decided to try it based on the reviews. We have not been disappointed. We will continue to use them. Even though we live in Issaquah - so, the trek up to Bothell really means that Greg & his staff are worth it. We have not been disappointed. The last thing to say, I like that we can pick up the cats on our schedule (within reason). Greg is very accommodating allowing us to pick them up as soon as possible even on Sunday's & after 6 pm. read more

Greg and cat hotels were our life savers during the 5 month process for our cats to finish their paperwork to travel abroad. Much to my anxiety, we had to leave the cats with Greg and leave the country while waiting for our kitties to join us. Greg and his staff's professional care and genuine love for the cats along with the facilities Cat Hotels offer such as webcam services (lifesaver), large accommodation (with sun and windows) roaming time outside the cat's rooms and care and attention made the process better than expected. One of my cats became ill and Greg took him to the vet and cared for him like a baby. There was never a point during the 5 months where I was worried about my fur babies as I knew they were in the best possible hands ever. This says alot! Greg went above and beyond sorting the arduous paperwork and veterinary trips for not one but two kitties. It didn't help that one cat has car sickness. I have never boarded a cat before and I'm glad I found Cat Sitting Hotels! My cat had a nice enclosure, and he was able to roam around the place and socialize during the day. I wasn't sure how it would work with all the cats hanging around together, but they were all getting along just fine! His room was clean and he had excellent care, and I could see him on the webcam. He needed vet care during his 10-day stay (not their fault- an underlying condition) and they got him right over to the vet for care. I will definitely take him here again. read more

We left our two cats here for a weekend trip and I was pleased with the service provided! Cat Sitting Hotels has moved to West Seattle which was very convenient for me to get to. They have a double door cage sort of thing set up in the entrance since some cats are roaming around freely, to prevent them from getting out the front door if they tried! We got a 4x4 room for our two cats and they had plenty of space. They have installed shelves in the cages and there are different levels of items that the cats can hang out on, so they're not just sitting on the floor in the cage, although they certainly can sit on the floor if they want! Or, if they're skittish like my cats, they can sit in the litterbox, LOL. I was pleased to see the staff added a second litterbox to the cage after it became apparent that one of our cats was not interested in moving out of the original litterbox in the cage. The 24/7 live webcam is a great touch! I think with a few more days there, our cats would have warmed up and could have spent some time exploring the hotel, there were several cats lounging around with their cage doors open or wandering around looking to get petted, it was so cute! I found the prices reasonable and would definitely return! read more

There were many toys to occupy their time. The place did not smell and was very clean. I believe Greg really loves the cats and cares for their well being.
