Very poor communication, no one ever answer's the phone , almost impossible to talk to someone,…read more almost missed my plane because of it . They say they eed the dogs at 7 , when i picked up my dog they told me he already had dinner and i was there at 3 ? I was told i could drop him off at 7 and no one was there so idk how they feed the dogs at 7 , it probably more like 8am and 2pm feeding schedule idk olay whatever, so they go to get my dog so we could go home and he is soaking wet , yeah it was raining i get it but did he have somewhere to get out the rain , I've known my dog for 9 years and he wont go off the porch if its raining lol so there is that , and with the daily reports they say he was friendly and wanted loves and cuddles and petting lmao . For 9 years he dont ever want cuddles or pets , hes a fetch driven dog 24hr a day i highly doubt, he wanna love and cuddles and pets. Anyway the communication, the feeding and their daily reports.\nHave a bad taste for my mouth.I will try somewhere else next time

It was horrendous coughing and coughing up phleg. I had to take them both to an emergency vet clinic because my regular vet had no openings. Yes, they had Kennel cough and they needed two prescriptions each. This vet visit was more than the dogs visit at the kennel. I called the kennel and reported my dogs were sick, and in a voice that didn't sound to sorry, told me we're sorry and no other dogs have been sick. My dogs are in a fenced acre yard and were near no other dogs. This kennel has lost my business.

HIGHLY Recommended!!!! Amazing value and dependability. I will use this service every time we go…read moreout of town! Deanna went above and beyond with my pets. I have two young Siamese cats that have not had the option to be very social (they are scared of people other than me and my husband). Deanna took the time to come over twice to meet and interact with them before taking care of them while we were gone. These extra visits, at no charge, ensured that she and our boys were comfortable with each other enabling Deanna to care for them while we were gone. She did not want to accept the job without ensuring that our pets would be comfortable, happy and safe! While gone we received daily pictures and updates as to how the boys were doing. This helped us to not miss our "kids" so much. Deanna came daily and checked the house to make sure the boys were not getting into things that they shouldn't and that nothing was wrong in the house. It was a huge relief to have someone taking care of them and keeping an eye on the place. She also took the garbage out on garbage day and vacuumed up the litter around the boys' boxes! Deanna provides such an outstanding service; you can tell that she truly loves pets and her job. The value for having Deanna come to your home to care for your pets in their own environment is invaluable. Her fees are much better than boarding fees in the Oly/Lacey area and as I said your pet gets to stay in its own home! What could be better than that?!?! The only down side is that I think my boys miss her more than they missed me! :-) Honestly, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

It can be hard finding a pet sitter for small animals, so I was thrilled to find out that Deanna…read morewas knowledgeable about and willing to care for my two guinea pigs. She did an awesome job caring for them, and when I came home a day earlier than anticipated, their cage and the surrounding area were clean, and they had plenty of hay, pellets, and water even though she had not come by yet that day. Her rates are very reasonable, too! I highly recommend her no matter what kind of pet you need taken care of while you're away from home.

Gina graciously helped us through my dog's reactive behaviors and taught me how to better understand him. My dog had Parvo as a puppy and unfortunately became very reactive towards people and other dogs afterwards. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and she was very kind and patient with me and my pup. She truly has a way with dogs and can tell you everything just from their body language. I have recommended her to friends and family, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality trainer in the area. I recently went out of town for 4 days and was so thankful to board my dog with Gina because I was confident he would be well taken care of which allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Gina is the only person I trust with my dog and we are so grateful to be working with PacwestK9!

He is a great dog however did need work on reactivity to people and pets. He was labeled as aggressive by vet because he is over protective of me. He was limited on the places I could take him because he did not like men outside my husband. Her comes Gina communication with her staff and her was excellent. They really listened to our needs and our concerns. We wanted to be able to take our dog everywhere. That's exactly what we can do now. He is phenomenal in every way. Yes you are required to follow through with training. Her training has brought me to tears we can't believe the full life our boy gets to live. She absolutely puts everything into ensuring your dog succeeds.

After dealing with other dog trainers in the area I wouldn't recommend this one by far. No positive reinforcement and only taught my dog what the prong collar was. Only negative reinforcement to a dog who was only fearful/ slightly aggressive. My most loving dog did better without a prong collar and lots of praise. Our Vet also didn't recommend this place. Run and go with someone who is more knowledgeable. So many red flags for this place and trust the negative reviews

I've had 2 friends now who have brought their dogs here, both dogs are extremely aggressive. He…read moreteaches owners to use negative reinforcement which is scientifically the LEAST effective training tactic out there. Both dogs are extremely reactive to new people entering the owners home, to the point of fear from guests, and needing to put them away and use straight up animal abuse tactics to "correct" them (taught by the trainer). One friend uses a prong coller (used to cause pain when dogs pull on the leash) in the home to correct them when barking at visitors by pulling up (HARD) on it to cause pain. Another owner was told to CHOKE their dog when aggressive behavior was shown. This dog bit my husband and put him in the hospital, and if this person wasn't a friend we would have wanted the dog to be put down as this dog is EXTREMELY aggressive, and this training hasn't even kind of helped. Unless you want your dog to react and act aggressively to anyone but you, take them to someone who teaches positive reinforcement, which is good for bonding and creating positive interaction, even in situations that cause stress on the dog, you can create a positive experience and make them less aggressive with a different trainer. This guy clearly isn't it, based on the dogs I've met that he has "trained" (one was even trained since she was a puppy, the other started training after aggressive behavior had already started)
