We came in on a Monday evening to purchase a dog tag for our dog Michael who earlier today gave us…read morethe fright of our lives when he decided to dart out of the house like a bat outta hell! We spent a good chunk of the morning scouting the neighborhood for him, but that's beside the points I'm trying to make here... Two things I want to point out - staff here is super duper helpful. We've only ever bought a dog tag once before at their rival store and so I was a bit lost when looking for their pet tags. The guy I asked walked me over to where they were. Also, the cashier, Sara, who tended us was nice enough to highlight the code that would be needed to engrave the tag at the kiosk. I thought that was a nice gesture, because again, I only have one other instance to compare it too. Second, I wanna say the store is well organized and clean. It isn't odorous as other pet stores I've been to. Plus their dog treat cart was well kept. The Halloween costume display was well stocked and again, organized. Highly recommend this store. Oh, and for those wondering, don't worry, we found Mike :)

I went to get another bag but noticed spiderwebs around those bags. Really bad experience here.

That is why we made the trip yesterday, my husband traded in 7 green terrors and a sucker fish and I thought they give good trade in value. The store is bigger now than when it was on Rosedale hwy. It's located in a warehouse so there is plenty of parking but the pavement is in poor condition due to cracking. The man who was working was so kind and informative. He had a tank waiting for our fish. There were a dozen or more tanks filled with different fish. The place and tanks looked as clean as they could considering people and fish are in and out all day.

Make that make sense to me that I can't bring him with a muzzle in the AM but I can reschedule later that day and bring him in a muzzle.
