The amazing professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and workmanship of Freddy and his great crew, Miguel, Jose, and Junior, in my opinion exceeds that of what their rate is. They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. He was difficult to communicate with and overall very reluctant to help with anything beyond painting, such as removing smoke detectors and patch up the hole to paint the area. The paint job looked good upon first glance but because he freehanded the project and didn't tape out sections that should be left unpainted, there were paint droplets left all over the various surfaces of my place. He also completely forgot to paint the back of the closet doors, and did not respond to my texts and emails asking for them to be completed. Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. My wife is making plans to have them back to do some work on the inside of our house.
