Maynor and his crew, Yadik and Oswaldo did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house. The ease of communicating with Maynor (the business owner) was quite refreshing. He is professional, has great vision and is thoughtful. There were things that he added without cost to the project that conveyed a real sense of pride in the overall work that he does. Two of my neighbors have used his company for their exterior painting needs and I have benefited in seeing their beautiful outcomes. Maynor and the crew were always on time and always left at the end of the day with spotless cleanup. Even though there were unexpected challenges to the project due to unforeseen issues of water damage to wood siding, Maynor had a plan to address those needs. I would highly recommend, (and have) Maynor and Osorio Painting for all you painting needs.

Maynor and his crew were top notch! Great job, very professional and clean! My house looks brand new now! Stayed on schedule and reasonable price. I will definitely use Osorio Painting for future jobs, highly recommend him!

On a Sunday, I had started painting 3 rooms in my new home, and there were four days before move in day (Thursday). I soon realized that I could not get the job done on time. That's when I decided to look for a painter. I looked here in Yelp for painters in my area, and sorted by most reviews and highest rating. I really like Osorio's painting website and their customer review, so I decided to call them. I called in on a sunday and left a message. A gentleman by the name of Maynor Osorio (owner) called me on Monday, and I started discussing the project with him. I informed him that the rooms were empty, only walls required painting, and that I had already bought the paint from Lowe's. At first, he gave me a quote for labor and material. Then, he quoted me for labor only. He informed that he will bring two guys to do the job and that it will take the entire day to finish all the three rooms. Honestly, the price was a little too high than I wanted to pay, and higher compared to the going rates to paint rooms (empty rooms of a new home construction), but I had no choice due to time constrains. Mr. Osorio was very professional and I appreciated that he was willing to accommodate me in such short notice. So, I agreed with his price on Monday, and confirmed that I will see him on Wednesday. On Monday afternoon, Ann Marie Osorio (wife) called me and let me know that she had sent the proposal and invoice. I looked at the proposal and the prices were written as I had discussed with Maynor. In the proposal, it indicated the following: "Payment schedule:10% down deposit to hold scheduled date, 40% due at the time of start date and the remainder 50% due upon completion. *We accept: Cash, Check and Credit Card (credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee and charged three days in advanced due to bank holdings through Paypal)." Ann Marie was concerned with getting paid, she was acting like they had to buy materials, and therefore they needed money. She reiterated that it takes three days for the credit card processing company to send to them the payment. I don't know why she is telling me this, as It is standard business practice by credit card processor. Anyways, the invoice did not have a link to pay 10% deposit as described on the proposal, instead, it required me to pay them in advanced the entire amount. It was sort of weird since I'm also an IT computer consultant--I manage websites for e-commerce, blogs and company's website. I only make my customers pay 50% down, and the rest when I am done. And I don't make them pay the 3% credit card processing fee she claims it is owed to her. Again, I was pressed on time, so I did not want to argue and I needed the job to be done. In any event, I paid them the full amount two days before the job. On the day of the job, three men crew showed up, one more man that they had promised, and they were on-time. Mr. Osorio was very professional, and really nice to talk to. They immediately started laying out plastic protector around the hallway, stairs, floor in the room, and covered the baseboards. They did an amazing job in all the three rooms. I could tell they have a lot of experience, and were able to finished before 3pm. I was so relieved because I was moving in the next day. So, do I recommend Osorio's painting? Yes, they are the real deal for any painting project around your house. After I settle down with the new home, I will call them again to discuss the project of painting the rest of the house.

Thanks to YELP I found Osorio's Painting! He responded within the day to my request for a quote. From the minute I met Maynard Osorio, I knew my stress about everything was over. His experience and knowledge of the work needed was impressive and put my skeptical mind at rest. He helped me with choosing paint colors and with different ideas I hadn't thought of. He kept me from making bad decisions! His honesty and integrity impressed me as well as the pictures of work he had done. I was sent an estimate by email within the week and his prices were very reasonable. I was doing a remodel of the three bathrooms plus painting the interior of whole two story home including stair banisters, cabitnets, drywall, flooring, baseboards, doors, ceilings and walls. He also installed my new light fixtures, vanities, toilets and ceiling fans..I had hired a handy man, thinking it would be cheaper, and that turned out bad! Osorio's was able to fix all his mistakes plus do the rest of the work I needed in less than two weeks! He worked hard with his crew and they were in and out each day before I got home from work. Working areas were always cleaned up each day. I highly recommend Osorio's Painting for all your remodel work. I am so pleased with his work and my family said I have a model home now! I will hire again should the need arise and I told all my friends and family to hire him also! I posted a few pictures but they do not completely capture the beauty of their work!

Maynor and his crew did a great job painting my house. I Highly recommend using them

I asked for quotes from multiple companies, but I really wanted Diaz painting to do the work the entire time. After getting multiple quore, Diaz painting did come in at the price point I was looking for. As usual they showed up on time, painted the room exactly how I wanted it and was done within a few hours. The room went from a dark blue to an eggshell color and you wouldn't even know the room was blue before. I can't say how much I appreciate the great work the Diaz painting does and I recommened them for all interior/exterior painting projects. I have a few other rooms that I'll be getting done soon and I'll be calling them once again. Thank you Diaz painting for the great work that you always do. Doug D.

These guys drove from the Corona/Riverside area to our home daily and showed up on time. We felt the pricing was fair for the size of our home, and the overall value for the work done was excellent. For only two painters, they were able to complete the work in the timeframe we were quoted, which was great. However, there were a few communication and cleanup issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. As a military family, we were grateful for the military discount provided by the project manager, Fermin. He was highly professional, communicative, and even included a few complimentary touch-ups, like refreshing our light fixtures and painting the side garage door.  Unfortunately, property care at the end of the project fell short. The crew removed our security camera bases to ensure an even paint job but didn't notify us where they were placed. We had to search our yard and eventually found them stashed inside our outdoor cat house and a flower bed. Additionally, the side garage door weatherstripping was removed for painting and left off. Even if the crew intentionally left it off to allow the paint to dry completely, failing to communicate that instruction to us, left us to figure it out and reinstall it ourselves.  The painting itself deserves praise, and the project manager provided our full paid receipt and warranty information as requested. However, better attention to detail regarding communication and final cleanup is needed. We were happy to support a business in the Inland Empire.

We called and he came out right away. He was very knowledgeable, asked appropriate questions regarding what we wanted done. He gave us a bid that included some options including some repair to damaged wood, and painting the whole exterior. His price was great. One thing that impressed me was with the bid was a copy of his liability insurance! He is a licensed contractor. They were very accommodating working around our schedule as we had some plans that prevented us from starting right away. The communication was wonderful. Confirming the start date, the names of the workers coming when they would arrive etc. The workers were professional. They took care to mask off windows, used tarps or plastic to protect surfaces, and used a blower to clean off little flakes of paint off the roof. This is a family business that takes pride in their work and as a customer we benefited from this. The house looks great and I didn't have to climb on any ladder! Thank you.
