The charges were deemed invalid from the provider. Was also treated rudely when I asked for MY records and was promised an electronic copy which I never received. Oh wait, why would it be safe to assume they could complete an honest task that is part of their job? Stay away from this provider if you like honesty, quality, and service; the practice is trash on every level.

Another visit and dentist spent all of 3 minutes and told me I needed two crowns. Felt like being in a dental assembly line. So after some review searching decided to give Dr. Brody a try. Very happy I did. To start, the team did a very thorough exam including a variety of imaging processes. Dr. Brody literally walked me through pictures of each tooth and explained where there are concern areas and which are fine. Explained how old metal fillings can expand and contract and are prone to cracking the teeth themselves. Then discussed short and long term plan to prevent teeth from breaking and needing crowns. Highest priority was replacing three old, cracked fillings with new resin fillings - with insurance paid a fraction of what I would've paid for the two crowns at the other place, not to mention not having to go through crown process, and getting three teeth set for a long time instead of two. Did all three in one sitting and no sensitivity afterwards at all. While I may need more work as I have a lot of old, metal fillings, at least I feel like Dr. Brody is looking to prioritize and preserve my teeth and not just being reactive. Plus the staff and facility are all top notch.

I saw Dr. Ludin for a toothache for which she couldn't find the source. She did find a "small…read morecavity" on the opposite side of my mouth. Went in to have it filled and as she was working on my tooth (lower molar), her drill jumped out of her hand and chipped off a piece of a separate tooth (top incisor). I immediately asked if it chipped my tooth and the Dr. said it was fine. The dental assistant thankfully spoke up and pointed out the jagged edge left behind and the Dr. then filed the chip to a smooth edge. I also have a cut on my lip from where it was being pinched during the procedure. I went into this appointment with a high level of anxiety and having damage done to my teeth only exacerbates my anxiety about going to a dentist in the future. I don't know if anyone leaves the dentist feeling happy, but I definitely left feeling hurt and upset.
