Don't miss the driveway, google maps thinks you can turn in where there is no driveway. Turn before the Starbucks! Walking in the room was large and clean. TV playing with cartoons at 9am and the play area is visible from the door. It's a very well equipped play area with a block table, lots of toys for a range of ages and tablet screens. Normally when you fill out dr questionnaires, no one reads them and asks you all the questions again. Well I can tell you, they read them! Some of the questions I needed to clarify but they read them. Winning!! In the room, it feels warmer than a sterile room but it's still a dentist office. There was no stickers of cars or horses on the walls but they had a tv on the ceiling ready for the kids to enjoy/distract. My 2 year old got through it with his favourite YouTube channel because it's like a drug for him in comparison to other kids shows. The nurse gave his teeth a clean and a look over, we had a visit from the dr and he gave a more thorough exam and then me a run down of how everything is progressing, addressed my concerns and I was on my way, and my kid with a new toy in his hand after being able to pick one from the toy wall. Everyone happy!!

My insurance covers everything and I trusted the office to keep tracking what was needed to be done. This time I got a bill so I called the office to ask why. Instead of listening to my question, the finance lady yelled at me and told me to stop talking. I never got treated like this in my whole life anywhere else. The dentists need to know how bad she was. As a customer, I had the right to ask a simple question. I don't care what her problem was that day, she had no position and right to treat me like that. We left the office right away and will never go back.

The team here is great. They remember my son and his fear of the chair leaning back. They remember everything that has been a problem in previous visits and try to adjust for him. For when COVID is over, the waiting room is great. They have massage chairs and coffee machines for mom and dad. They have a play area for the kids that includes a slide and toys and tablets.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shah! We've been going about two years with our now 14…read moreand 16 year-olds. My 14 y.o. daughter has autism and cerebral palsy and for years I had to lay under her and hold her down at the dentist. The first time with Dr. Shah I didn't even have to hold her hand. That first visit Dr. Shah scheduled her over the lunch hour so no other patients would be there and she could focus on her without having anything to distract my daughter. She did the cleaning herself and had extreme patience with my daughter, gave her breaks, and was just amazing. My daughter is non-verbal and wrote about how much she liked it. Every other experience has been wonderful and the visits prepared by daughter for orthodontic work and hugely built up her trust. Dr. Shah many times answers the phone, is available via e-mail, and always calls to follow up on any issues. My son had a big infection in his gums related to his wisdom teeth eruption. Dr. Shah called the next day to check on him and to see how his emergency visit to an oral surgeon went (instead of waiting to hear from the surgeon herself). She is extremely caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for ANY special needs child. She totally "gets" them. She remembers patients in great detail, too. They love her calling them "sweet child". :-) The schedule is usually very open, too. Changes can be made easily, which is something I have to do at times given my daughter's medical needs.

The vibe is they're more concerned about getting payment than providing good customer service. I grew up in a dental family and this is NOT how a practice should be run. When I asked how to get a form for release of medical records they didn't ask why but just handed it to me. Once Dr. Fox stopped practicing it all went downhill.
