Lone Tree Pediatric Dentistry - Dr Nick and his staff are so amazing with my 3 year old! She absolutely loves going to the dentist.

We've come to Dr Nick since our kids were 12 months old (they're now 8 and 6)…read more From the start they were so great introducing our babies to the dentist with a fun and educational experience. Now whenever we come for the appointments they run in and say "I love this place!". They have tvs on the ceiling for kids to be easily distracted during their appointments. They have a waiting room with games to entertain the kids. The staff is truly kid-friendly, which is hard to come by. And Dr Nick is the absolute best. We've had cavities, teeth pulled, and spacers placed. He's handled it all so professionally and with great detail while keeping our kids confident and comfortable. Their new location is spacious and easy open parking all the time! I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a kids dentist!

When I spoke with the billing department about this, she said " we always ask if it's OK to take an x-ray so when you say yes that means you are financially responsible". I informed her that when a clinician is asking if it's an OK to take an x-ray that question is in reference to the health of the child and is not in regard to billing considerations so that should not be considered financial consent. Additionally, my children went to the dentist independently from the ages of 16 to 18 where this office gave them treatments that are not covered by insurance based upon the consent given to them by the underage child, and not, as required by law, by the parent.

Oh my gosh - I can't say enough amazing things about Lone Tree Family Dentistry. I'm a young mom…read morewho hasn't been to a dentist in awhile. Between moving from Arizona to Colorado, parenting a toddler, and having a new baby in November 2015 - I haven't had regular dental care. We found a great pediatric dentist for our son, and was referred to Dr. Freeman by his dentist. I'm so glad! The initial phone call was literally the best customer service I've experienced in ages (I work in customer service, so my standards are pretty high). Lisa was competent, warm, friendly and efficient. She scheduled my husband's appointment and promptly followed up with an email of new patient paperwork. Lisa also understood that my appointment would coincide with the birth of my second child, and made a note. Sure enough - I missed my first appointment due to the arrival of my new kiddo, and she helped me reschedule. The new appointment wouldn't be for a couple of months, but she offered to put me on the cancellation list - a way for me to be seen more quickly. Sure enough, an appointment was available the very next day - but I was stuck with both boys at home (2.5 years old and 3 weeks old!). She was very understanding and said it would be fine to bring them with me. Amy (my hygienist) was fantastic - I was due for a ton of new X-rays and she was very good - taking time to explain what our next steps were and my course of treatment after my cleaning. During this time, we had to rein in my toddler a couple of times (he did so well, but got bored a couple of times and wanted to walk around)... and of course, my newborn woke up during my cleaning. Lisa didn't even hesitate - she offered to hold my youngest son while we finished my cleaning, and even walked my oldest back to the waiting room to play with the toys. Insert my googly-eyes here. I was already nervous and worried about this whole experience, but Amy and Lisa went way beyond. They treated us like family. Dr. Freeman was also amazing. Very professional and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I had no anxiety working with her (a problem I've had with dentists in the past) and look forward to my next appointment in the summer. After all this - my youngest son actually woke up and wanted to nurse. I don't mind nursing in public, but Dr. Freeman offered the use of her office to us. This way I could be comfortable, and my oldest son could sit with us. Again - incredible treatment of us like family. I'm so thankful we found Dr. Freeman and her team!

She said I had advanced periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning. Needless to say I was distressed at this news and got a second opinion. Turns out I have a mild case of gingivitis that is completely reversible. I am concerned she is treating other patients like me. I would skip this practice and find another.

Don't miss the driveway, google maps thinks you can turn in where there is no driveway. Turn before the Starbucks! Walking in the room was large and clean. TV playing with cartoons at 9am and the play area is visible from the door. It's a very well equipped play area with a block table, lots of toys for a range of ages and tablet screens. Normally when you fill out dr questionnaires, no one reads them and asks you all the questions again. Well I can tell you, they read them! Some of the questions I needed to clarify but they read them. Winning!! In the room, it feels warmer than a sterile room but it's still a dentist office. There was no stickers of cars or horses on the walls but they had a tv on the ceiling ready for the kids to enjoy/distract. My 2 year old got through it with his favourite YouTube channel because it's like a drug for him in comparison to other kids shows. The nurse gave his teeth a clean and a look over, we had a visit from the dr and he gave a more thorough exam and then me a run down of how everything is progressing, addressed my concerns and I was on my way, and my kid with a new toy in his hand after being able to pick one from the toy wall. Everyone happy!!

My insurance covers everything and I trusted the office to keep tracking what was needed to be done. This time I got a bill so I called the office to ask why. Instead of listening to my question, the finance lady yelled at me and told me to stop talking. I never got treated like this in my whole life anywhere else. The dentists need to know how bad she was. As a customer, I had the right to ask a simple question. I don't care what her problem was that day, she had no position and right to treat me like that. We left the office right away and will never go back.
