I don't know what it is about dental offices, but it feels like the decision to choose a new dentist is more crucial than any other medical provider! We moved from out of state and were in need of a knowledgeable, kind, and amazing office for our family of 4. Luckily we found that with Brightside Dentistry! From start to end, there's an emphasis on kindness and quality. Initially, I didn't have an appointment until December but they got me in last week from their cancellation list. Last week I met Nancy, the most rockstar of all dental hygienists in all the land. We got along like old friends and I could tell I could trust them. Brightside Dental is a great office. I initially started going to this office when my last dentist, who I hated to leave, stopped taking my plan. I was apprehensive for sure, but I quickly realized I was in good hands. They are pleasant, accommodating and one of the best that I've been to. It starts at the front desk, Emily gives the best customer service. Julie is my hygienist and I can't say enough positive things about her. She makes you feel so at ease. I had all of my teeth removed and went through Brightside to get immediate dentures. One thing that I didn't know is there is a separate cost to get your dentures relined as your gums heal. It was in the paperwork, but I didn't recall it being explained. I thought making sure the dentures fit would be part of the process of getting dentures and was included in the cost-- I was wrong. That's on me for not properly reading and understanding the treatment plan. One reason I am only giving two stars is the attitude that Ms. Brightside demonstrated towards me when discussing this. She literally took what I said personally when it was not personal. Another reason for two stars is I believe I received substandard care because Ms. Brightside was not happy with me. She even suggested I find a different dentist. I was not asked how the relined dentures feel, nor was the bite checked even though I mentioned I have never been able to chew with the dentures. She literally did the mold, did a rudimentary check on the fit and bid me farewell. So I have dentures that I can technically wear, but cannot chew with at all. Thanks Brightside! The reason the review is not one star is she didn't charge for the reline. I'll give her a star for that. I would have rather paid for the reline and gotten proper service. Needless to say I will not be back. Neither will my family. read more

I just finished having a cavity filled and it was the most comfortable experience that I've ever had at a dentist office. I have had some bad experiences in the past, I try not to hold that to other dentists but sometimes the anxiety can just be too much. Herself and her staff are so respectful, gentle, and genuinely kind. Plus the office itself is modern and well designed. I've already recommended her to two other people. Almost forgot, I was given Bose soundproof headphones to watch Netflix while they did the filling, not only is that cool, but removing that auditory effects from the drill really helped ease my anxiety. read more

The facility is crazy clean and exceptionally well put together. The check-in desk reminded me of a luxurious LA hotel lobby lol every exam room was private with a computer and wonderful gentle help. I'm not going to lie, it'd been YEARS since I'd gone to the dentist. The ones we had here in Castle Rock either closed or we had horrible experiences with. They don't make you feel embarrassed when it's been a while (they're just happy you came in!), VERY friendly, Dr. Brightside doesn't force treatment on you - they discuss and make a decision together or offer 2nd options if you're interested. I'm a wimp, so they dose me up with numbing agent, so far my teeth are doing great! TMI - my gaps were as high as 6 back in Feb 2021, as of October 2021, they're down to 2 to 3! :) Note - they make appointments as early as 7am (grrrr lol!). read more

I love Brightside Dentistry! They are so warm and friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Christina. She instantly made me feel at ease. I was also greeted by Dr. Brightside and the Dental Hygienist, Cassie. We chatted a minute and I loved how they all made me feel instantly at home. For my appointment, I followed Cassie the Dental Hygienist back to my chair. She was so kind and sweet! She took all my nerves away and made me feel so comfortable! She even offered me a blanket if I wanted. Wow! At the beginning we took X-rays to see what kind of attention I would need from Dr. Brightside. The X-rays were taken on a new digital system. Cassie explained to me how it was less radiation and much safer. The convenient part was that your X-rays show up right away on the computer and can be viewed by the doctor instantly. Cassie reassured me the whole time even if I didn't get my mouth placed just so. She was patient and relaxed. I never felt like she was rushed, yet she was so fast and efficient at the same time. Before I knew it, all 18 shots of my mouth were done! After the X-rays, Dr. Brightside came in for my examination. She went over the X-rays and then she told me what she was doing on my mouth. She showed me her instruments while she was working and explained the process to me. I could tell she was so passionate about dentistry and really cares and takes an interest in her patients. She was so personable and we talked and had such a wonderful time. Before I knew it, we were all done. After the exam was through, we talked about billing options. Dr. Kylie has some great deals currently, so I felt lucky enough to receive those since I don't have any dental insurance. I would encourage anyone else to take advantage of these sweet deals! Affordability is my greatest concern and Brightside Dentistry offers it! Over-all, I'm so glad I went. I chipped a front tooth a couple years back, and my current dentist did not thing it would be fixable. I asked my friend who is a dentist out of state, and she recommended Dr. Brightside. I am SO glad she did! The office is clean, organized, modern and state-of-the-art. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was so informative and sweet. I was able to get in quickly, and was shocked and thrilled that they actually were able to fix my tooth the same day I went in! I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I still make an effort to get my 6 month cleanings. When I called in to make an appointment the receptionist was so wonderful and it made me excited to come in for my visit. The office is absolutely beautiful and super clean! In all the years I have been to the dentist not EVER have I had the actual dentist do my cleaning. It was amazing and I felt like more an a number or just a paying customer. Dr Klyee told me that she likes to do the cleaning so she can get to know the patients better.....that was huge for me! Plus being a new patient I also received an impatient FREE teeth whitening plus whitening trays and gel. I can't believe I'm saying these but I'm really excited for my next visit!!!
