Friendly staff... I'm 61 yrs old and have always had my teeth cleaned every six months. The teeth cleaning I received from Perfect Teeth was the worst cleaning I have ever had in my entire life . A new neighbor informed me they had upcoming appointments for teeth cleaning services at Perfect Teeth. Their appointments had come and went and the next time I saw her she said that they would never go back. Prior to my teeth cleaning, on several different occasions I had tried sharing some of my concerns with the dentist about an ongoing issue in my mouth that was only getting worse. Every time he brushed me off or would say that only happens to 1 of 50 patients. Since then time has gone by and because of his negligence it's a possibility I could lose my teeth. Called and scheduled a cleaning. When I arrived, they did everything EXCEPT a cleaning. Then they couldn't see me for the actual cleaning for a week or more. Waste of my time. The dentist seemed good, their office people are terrible. read more

The dentist sent me to a periodontist who did excellent work. I got a notice from this office that it was time for my regular check up. I made the appointment, went in and the dentist came in and asked me if I'd seen the Periodontist. I told him yes. He said he could not treat me until the Periodontist released me. I didn't know this because I've never been to a Periodontist before. He asked if he could see what work the Periodontist did so he looked in my mouth. All was fine. He apologized for the computer telling me that I needed the appointment when he couldn't treat me. He said I would not be billed because he could not treat me. For months now I have been being billed, I have contacted this office repeatedly. They keep telling me that it will be OK. The bill will be taken care of. I just got a letter from the collection agency. They lied to me. They are charging me for work that wasn't done and will not correct it. The treatment was great, the billing sucks. They refuse to take care of this., even have to repeatedly telling me they would. I can't trust them. Evidently it's something I'm going to have to pay even though the service was never rendered. My experience here was sub-optimal from beginning to end. It took multiple calls over multiple days to get scheduled. The receptionist is brusk and rigid, one of those that smiles at you stiffly while making it very clear that she's annoyed you exist. The dental assistant who did my cleanings barely spoke English, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. The dentist himself came in and began lowering the chair from behind while still talking to his assistant, long before he said anything to me, and when he did, he didn't introduce himself, just started explaining the filling procedure. I had to ask multiple times for them to smooth the material they filled my teeth with, as it had edges sharp enough to cut my tongue. At the end, I asked for one of those little bags with the toothbrush, floss, and travel-size paste, and was told they don't have them. Perfect Teeth in Castle Rock is adequate if you have nowhere else to go, but I wouldn't recommend them. They feel like malpractice waiting to happen. read more

This dental office is efficient and friendly, Booking an appointment was easy. The dental hygienist, and the dentist are both fabulous at cleaning teeth. They have always suggested upgrades to my dental health, all within my insurance plan, that have benefited me. I feel that I'm walking in to a friendly and supportive environment, and I walk out with squeaky clean teeth. It doesn't get too much better! read more

Beware! Stay away! They give you a lower estimate, to get you to agree, then they double the price, when they bill you. They gave me an estimate to get a crown done. They assured me that I won't pay that much more, than what the estimate shows. I kept insisting, to find out how close my payment will be and they kept assuring me that it won't be that much different. I trusted them. When the bill came, WOW!, it was DOUBLED. I kept calling them, to find out why the price Doubled, and left a message, every day, for 3 weeks straight. NO replies. 4th week, I used the "Perfect Teeth's" web site, to send a message. I got the attention of a manager who, finally responded. The manager, pretty much, said. "You are responsible for the bill". They don't want to take responsibility for what they assured me or accountability for their action. read more

Feel that the Dentists are top-notch but the front office lacks professionalism and customer service. We really loved the dentist there but had difficulty dealing with making payment options with their front office staff. It became quite contentious which is why we left and would not recommend Perfect Teeth. They lack good customer service. Go elsewhere! read more

I would like to say that this is by far the Best dentist office I have been to in my 59 years! You have too love the whole staff could not have been nicer, more fun or more professional. They did not try to "Sell" me on new products or services that were not needed. They only cared about my health. The office and surroundings were super clean, including all the baseboards and ceilings. The music that was playing was perfect! Not too loud or any of the crazy "thumbing new stuff". I had avoided the dentist for 10+ years... not a great idea to keep your teeth healthy. The truth is I was deathly afraid of the dentist and anyone poking in my mouth. After having to go in because of sooo much pain from my neglected teeth, Dr. Butch and his team did an amazing job first addressing my fear and secondly fixing my teeth. I found Perfect Teeth Castle Rock because I was referred by a partner Perfect Teeth--one at which I'd had a terrible experience. I didn't have high hopes going in but I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Butch's bedside manner. I had a potential root canal situation and in his wisdom (no pun intended!) he advised waiting longer. I don't know if I'll wind up getting it done but that was a month ago and I think my tooth is mending, which indicates Dr. Butch was right. Either way, I appreciate that he doesn't up the gun and genuinely cared about me--who wasn't even his actual patient (yet--I'm switching to Castle Rock now!) I couldn't ask for a better dentist. I have a difficult situation to diagnose. I am being sent to an endodontist, in their network, for further evaluation. I checked with an endodontist friend of mine, in another State, and she thinks they have done a good in testing my tooth, taking 6 x-rays of it and referring me to their endodontist. On top of their friendly care and thorough evaluation, they didn't even charge me for my visit! (since they are having to send me to their endodontist to do a 3D x-ray). read more

I needed a root canal last minute on Christmas Eve, I ended up calling over 30 dentists in the Denver and Castle Rock area, perfect teeth was the only one who was able to help me out, then when I came to get my permanent crown they made sure it was the right shade and the right shape. Dr. Matthew Lake in Castle Rock is a wonderful dentist. I totally trust him and appreciate his honesty. I just recently went in for a crown and he decided that it wasn't absolutely necessary. After some shoddy dental work and a distressing experience 5 yrs ago, I've been pretty nervous to ever go back and see a dentist, even tho I knew I had some major problems. So much so I often then made my mother take my daughter to her appointments for fear of a dentist seeing my mouth. After moving to another town and then an accident that caused my daughter a chipped front tooth, we were in need of a new dentist. I found Perfect Teeth and was able to make an appointment right away. After seeing how absolutely amazing Dr. Butch and Loretta were with helping my daughter, and really just the overall friendliness of the entire office, I was put really at ease and was already contemplating a visit for myself. I didn't have to wait long when I lost a filling 2 days before my daughter's follow up visit. I was still so nervous I waited till I was in the office to mention it and was so relieved when I did. I was able to get work on a bridge that day and the experience was a breeze. Although they kept commenting how good I was being, I honestly felt no pain or discomfort.
