We relocated to the area a couple of years ago and have put off finding a dentist until now. I just knew that I was going to get judged and reprimanded for avoiding the standard 6 month cleanings and check ups for so long. However, that wasn't the case at all. First, when I called and spoke with a lovely lady on the phone she was able to get my family members in the following day or very soon afterwards. (There are 5 of us). At my appointment this afternoon I felt that the Dr really took time with me and asked questions. My previous experience with dentists is that they come up behind you while you're lying in a chair with a mask on their face. They never spoke with me, did the drill thing and vanished. I couldn't pick them out in a line up. But, this Dr spoke with me and made me feel like my care was important to him. I was examined and my cleaning was awesome. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I felt comfortable to ask questions. Everything on the billing looked correct and I even asked for a reprint of my daughters bill, she had been there the previous day, to submit for reimbursement to our FSA, and the nice lady at the desk did it with no problems. I look forward to seeing and doing business with our new family dentist and his group. Thank you for the wonderful service and making going to the dentist not so bad after all.

She barely could understand anyone working there because everyone's English was very broken. She was told she needed a root canal, but come to find out she doesn't need one and if she got it it would have caused more harm than good. All the Doctors there are very pushy. They were very pushy about having us start her root canal that day, and then go back a week later to finish it. Thank goodness we didn't actually do the root canal there. Decided to go get a second opinion at a full fledge endodontics. They did a CT scan and X-rays and found there was never a need for a root canal. Just saved myself a lot of money and my daughter a bunch of trama and pain. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Soucie. He failed to clearly explain the risks of redoing a…read moreprevious root canal and crown, yet charged over $2,000 for a multi-part procedure that ultimately failed. The infection persisted despite antibiotics, and I remained in severe pain. I had to insist on having the molar pulled. The extraction took over 2.5 hours and was extremely traumatic. It was like the doctor was jack hammering my mouth. I was then charged another $2,000 for a single tooth removal and that added trauma. Afterward, stitches and a plastic membrane caused weeks of pain, and I ended up removing the stitches myself. A month later, the plastic worked its way out of my gum. This was an expensive, painful, and poorly handled experience. Do not see this doctor if you have a previous root canal or crown that needs to be replaced. It's all about the revenue that they want to bring in. I was told payment in full was necessary even when the procedure was not completed. That should be illegal!!!!!
